It is located 200 meters from the city's central course. It has an independent entrance on a very calm garden although close to the agricultural high school. The layout of the rooms is that of traditional bourgeois houses: on the ground floor, a fitted kitchen and a basement with shower and sink and an air-conditioned lounge. On the first floor, a spacious bedroom, a room converted into a game or meeting room, a bathroom and a WC. On the second floor there are two large bedrooms: one with two twin beds and the other with a double bed.
All three bedrooms are air-conditioned.
