Villa Matteo - Peruski, with private pool, placed in village Peruski on east coast of Istria, between Pula and Labin, 2,5 km from the beach.
It's built in the end of 19th century as the traditional Istrian farmhouses, and renewed 3 years ago.
Walls made of local stone are so wide and both bedrooms are airy and cool for sleeping in even during mid-summer, cute kitchen, living room with satellite TV, WI-FI internet and nice terrace that is pretty spacious.
Both bedrooms are with air conditioners and bathroom with shower are placed on the first floor connected by inner stairs made of stone with ground floor where are living room with 2 additional beds on sofa, kitchen, bathroom and terrace near barbecue.
One set of dining furniture is placed in living room and another one on covered terrace where is a table with benches and main chair made of more than 150 years old oak timbers, suitable for 10 adult persons.
The terrace leads into sunbathing terrace, which feature a private, lighted (whom enjoys late night swim) swimming pool.
Around the swimming pool is a spacious garden (1.500 m2) with trampoline and orchard with olive, cherry, fig, walnut, almond, plum, pear trees but also a pomegranate and different Mediterranean spice herbs - laurel, rosemary, lavender, sage ...
