Beautiful T2 cabin renovated spacious comfortable and very well equipped with superb view

Large 45m2 F2 with a large, very bright living room (BZ sofa with 2 sleeping places) opening onto a balcony and its magnificent panoramic view of Lake Matemale, a master bedroom with 1 140X190 bed, a bathroom with WC and a small cabin area with 2 foldaway beds in 80X190.
Each bed is equipped with a mattress protector, a duvet and pillows.
Fully equipped kitchen with appliances, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, raclette machine, crêpe maker.
Located in a residence 450m from the slopes, 200m from the shops, free shuttle bus to the village resort.
Reserved parking, heated ski room on the landing.

There is no wifi. There is no household linen.

At the foot of the Pyrenees, you will have the opportunity to visit the fortified city, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in Mont-Louis, and to discover the largest solar oven in France in Odeillo.

Tres bon sejour dans cet apparemment tres confortable, tres propre et bien equipe, et bien decore. La vue de la terasse est top. Nous avons pase une super semaine. Seul petit bemol,le reseau passe pas bien et la wifi nous a manqué du coup.

Vacances d’été aux Angles

De super vacances, l’endroit était très propre. Je dirais que le seul petit bémol c’est qu’il y’a peu de rangement pour les vêtements mais en soit cela ne nous as pas vraiment dérangé. Il y a plein d‘activité à faire dans les alentour. Parc aquatique à Err, Andorre, la grotte de Fontrabiouse, les bains thermal de st Thomas, la base de loisirs au lac matemale (pédalo, poney, kayak, cheval, chien de traîneau), la ville fortifié à villefranche de conflent, la ferme pédagogique du rialet etc. Plein d’activité bien sympa. Je recommande !

Trato horrible e intento de estafa

El apartamento es correcto, está bien, pero el trato recibido por la persona que nos entregó las llaves ha sido horrible y además nos intentó estafar la fianza de 600 euros. Jamás me habían tratado tan mal, incluso he tenido que decir que llamaría a la policía para que me devolvieran la fianza. Llegamos a los apartamentos el sábado a las 15:15 horas y contactamos por teléfono para que nos entregaran las llaves, pero la señora que nos atendió no hablaba nada de español, catalán, ni inglés, y nos fue casi imposible entendernos con ella. Tardamos más de una hora y media en encontrarnos a causa de la barrera idiomática (ella solo hablaba francés), al fin nos encontramos en el párquing y nos acompañó al apartamento. Yo iba acompañado de mi mujer y de mis tres hijos de 5, 6 y 15 años. La señora fue antipática desde el primer momento y parecía molesta porque no hablábamos francés. Una vez dentro me insistió varias veces en que debíamos dejar el apartamento limpio e impecable. Entiendo normal que lo recuerden, pero no es necesario que lo repitan con mala cara hasta en cinco ocasiones, a mi me hizo sentir incómodo porque parecía que nos estuviera llamando "guarros". Entonces quise pagar la fianza de 600 euros con tarjeta y me dijo que tenía que ser en efectivo para a continuación echarnos del apartamento y retirarnos las llaves de muy malas maneras. Fui a un cajero a sacar dinero y le entregué los 600 euros en efectivo, pero no me entregó ningún recibo a cambio. Cuando le pedí algún justificante de la entrega de la fianza se enfadó y me dijo que si quería las llaves "es lo que hay", que ya me devolvería la fianza a la salida si el apartamento estaba bien. No me pareció normal, pero mis hijos estaban cansados y no quise discutir, así que cogí las llaves y fuimos al apartamento. El martes se presentó en el apartamento 10 minutos antes de la hora acordada para la salida. Entró sin avisar y empezó a gritar a mi hija de 15 años. Habíamos limpiado a fondo el piso para evitar problemas, pero ella con muy mala educación nos gritaba que todo estaba sucio. Le dije que no era cierto y entonces cogió las chaquetas de mis hijos y las tiró al suelo fuera del apartamento. Se negó a entregarme la fianza y nos intentó echar fuera a empujones, y solo nos la devolvió cuando LLAMÉ A LA POLICÍA. Nos insultó, nos hizo un corte de mangas y nos gritó que le hablásemos en francés. Pensé que estaba loca, drogada o borracha. Creo que pretendía estafarnos los 600 euros de fianza.

Muy buena ubicación, a 5 minutos andando del pueblo. La calefacción iba genial, no pasamos frío. Muy bien equipada la cocina... la nevera es de las pequeñas pero para 3 días cupo toda la comida. El único problema es que quien viene a entregarte las llaves y recogerlas no habla castellano, además no es fácil ponerse en contacto con estas personas (no son el propietario), y llegan tarde a las citas. Pero ahora que ya sabemos esto... te puedes adaptar.

Superbe semaine dans cet appartement à l’emplacement idéal avec toutes les commodités. Pièce à vivre très lumineuse, cuisine avec le nécessaire très pratique et salle de bain très fonctionnelle avec douche. Propretée irréprochable. Une rénovation de la cuisine et de la salle de bain sympathique et bienvenue. Les lits escamotables dans le couloir d'entrée très astucieux. Bonne literie autant dans la chambre que sur le canapé lit. Bon à très bon équipement. Un vrai four appréciable. Manque un à deux fauteuils confortables dans le salon salle à manger. Un seul défaut, le manque de soleil sur la terrasse dès 9H30 le matin du à une orientation NE. Mais belle vue sur le Lac de Matemale et le Capcir. Casiers à chaussures et à skis sur le palier très appréciables. Commerces non loin à pieds.
