Warm and welcoming

A great location, space and a lot to explore for the kids. well equipped kitchen, dishwasher and everything you need (and a little bit more). We have had a great time, exploring the area and also handing back the key was easy, Brigitte was spontaneous as we where ready earlier then expected.

Great location, quiet but lots of activities nearby

We had a great time. The cabin is located in a very small and quiet town. We spent the week between Christmas and New Year’s there, we had a beautiful and snowy landscape. There is a slope 200m away, perfect for sledding also a beautiful little waterfall within walking distance. Also some skiing areas are very neat but can be very crowded. Communication with the host was limited since he could speak French only, but he was super friendly and check in and out was super quick and convenient.

Ruhig gelegenes Chalet

Wir wurden sehr herzlich gegrĂŒĂŸt von Brigitte, die uns alles gezeigt hat. Im Chalet gab es alles, was wir fĂŒr den Urlaub benötigt haben, sogar ein Waffeleisen. Das Raclette-GerĂ€t genauso wie das Fondue-GerĂ€t und den Grill haben wir nicht genutzt. Besonders gefiel uns die ruhige Lage am Ende einer Sackgasse. Im Vergleich zum völlig ĂŒberlaufenen GĂ©rardmer hat man hier wirklich seine Ruhe. Es gab drei Schlafzimmer (2 Zimmer mit je einem großen Doppelbett und ein Zimmer mit einem Stockbett und zwei Einzelbetten). Wir haben sogar einmal die finnische Sauna genutzt. Von der HĂŒtte aus kann man eine schöne Wanderung am Berghang entlang machen, auf der man an einem netten Wasserfall und einem großen Felsen mit geniale Aussicht ĂŒber das ganze Tal vorbei kommt. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Urlaubswoche und kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes Haus - Sitzmöbel mĂŒssten dringend erneuert werden

Das Haus hat alles, genĂŒgend Teller, Schalen, Töpfe, Pfannen. Nette Tassen, Besteck und GlĂ€ser! Wir waren 2W bei leider schlechtem Wetter da. Bei der KĂ€lte half die Sauna. Die Sitzmöbel sind zwar irgendwie noch bequem aber sehr veraltet, die Polster schon geflickt und sogar eingerissen, die StĂŒhle mh, da mĂŒsste ganz dringend investiert werden! Das Haus lĂ€uft ĂŒber mit Elch und Canada Dekoration, habe nie zuvor sowas gesehen. Die Betten haben große Bettdecken, wir haben gut geschlafen, leichte Dellen waren vorhanden. Es ist ruhig, es gibt in der Umgebung viele Wanderwege. Die Gegend ist perfekt fĂŒr Motorratouren. FĂŒr die Lage und Umgebung habe ich einen Stern wegen dem abgebrannten Nachbarhaus abgezogen. Brigitte ist sehr nett, spricht gut deutsch und wohnt in der NĂ€he.

Chalet trÚs agréable

Un chalet chaleureux, proche de Gérardmer, trÚs confortable pour 2 couples avec enfants, à la fois bien équipé, agencé et décoré. Nous avons pu profiter des balades pour accéder à pieds aux cascades. Et il était tout aussi agréable de rester au chalet bien au chaud ! Mention spéciale au sauna spacieux et moderne. Séjour à recommander car malgré la météo peu clémente, nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Merci à Brigitte pour les petites attentions autour de Noël vraiment charmantes et ses explications trÚs claires. Nous espérons revenir.

Holzhaus zum Entschleunigen

Schönes, liebevoll eingerichtetes Domizil in ruhiger Lage, aber ohne EinschrĂ€nkung in der Ausstattung, lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche offen. Es ist an mancher Stelle erkennbar, dass darin gelebt wird und wurde, aber das ist Teil der charmanten Ausstrahlung. Sehr netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin und deren Kontaktperson vor Ort, beides sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Damen. Allerdings ist aufgrund der etwas abgeschiedenen, idyllischen Lage gute MobilitĂ€t vorausgesetzt, um die VorzĂŒge der Vogesen genießen zu können und die Eigenversorgung sicherzustellen.

Reposant et nature

C'est 1 super chùlet avec vue directe sur les collines boisées et le coucher du soleil. Les balades peuvent se faire au départ du chalet. Le chalet a tous les équipements nécessaires. L'accueil est au top et Brigitte est toujours là si vous avez 1 soucis. Vivement le prochain séjour.

Nous avons passé quelques jours dans le chalet Erable, situé au calme avec vue sur les montagnes. Tout était au rendez-vous pour un séjour reposant. Nous avons apprécié le confort du chalet, l'accueil et la proximité de Gérardmer et de la Bresse. Nous reviendrons!

Excellent sĂ©jour au coeur de la forĂȘt.

Excellent accueil par la "deuxiÚme Brigitte". Le chalet est idéalement placé, pour visiter les Vosges ou pour randonner dans les environs immédiats. Il est confortable et chaleureux. L'équipement (l'électro-ménager entre autres) est de qualité et nous avons apprécié la déco. Nous sommes partis avec regret, et avec l'envie d'y revenir lors d'un autre séjour.

Knus chalet op een mooie locatie

Alles wat je van een chalet zou verwachten, veel hout, knus, een haard, maar daarnaast een compleet uitgeruste keuken en twee badkamers waarvan eentje met sauna. De ontvangst was plezierig en fijn dat we in meerdere talen konden communiceren. We kregen een hoop uitleg. Er is veel gedaan aan de aankleding rond het thema van het chalet, namelijk esdoorn en Canada. In ons geval was er ook een hoop kerstversiering daar we rond de feestdagen een week verbleven in dit chalet. De zitgelegenheid in de woonkamer mist wat comfort naar onze mening. De bedden waren redelijk hard maar niet oncomfortabel. Het uitzicht is prachtig en het is heerlijk rustig gelegen. De hond heeft het ook erg naar zin zijn gehad met alle rust en het wandelen in de omgeving. We hebben een fijne week gehad in Chalet Erable.

Chalet confortable, bien pensé, cosy. Propreté des lieux irréprochable, bravo ! Situé au calme, vue dégagée, trÚs appréciable. La dame qui nous a accueilli est trÚs agréable et de bons conseils. Nous recommandons ce logement, nous y avons passé une superbe semaine. Merci !!

Chalet bien conçu, bien amĂ©nagĂ© et bien entretenu avec une belle vue dĂ©gagĂ©e. Proche de Gerarmer et de La Bresse pour les courses et les balades. Bonne communication en amont et sur place. Seul bĂ©mol : le prix n’est pas tout inclus. Vous devrez ajouter votre consommation Ă©lectrique et un forfait eau et ordures en complĂ©ment du mĂ©nage obligatoire. Dommage, c’était presque parfait ...
