Enjoy a Paradise Like No Other

(KGV25P 1-2) BEAUTIFULLY REMODELED TWO BEDROOM PATIO UNIT IN THE GOLF VILLAS!

This condo is our family's home away from home a few months each year. The kitchen has all the amenities to provide for a home cooked meal. Two large bedrooms sleep 4 comfortably (California King beds in both Master and Guest bedroom). Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and shower. The living room, dining room, and guest bedroom open directly to the lanai overlooking the 2019 renovated 5th tee of the Bay Course with awe inspiring views of the ocean with Molokai and Lanai islands beyond. The lanai is the perfect place to sit, relax, drink your morning coffee, or your late day cocktail, and watch the gorgeous sunsets - every day seems to bring a new "best one ever!"

Our condo is located in the prestigious Kapalua Golf Villas in beautiful NW Maui. Recreational opportunities at the Villas include: zip-lining, bike rentals, hiking trails, four swimming pools, basketball courts, the Tennis Garden with tennis/pickleball courts and two spectacular 18 hole golf courses. Outside of the Villas, you are just a short distance (about a 10 minute walk) from 4 of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii: Kapalua Bay noted as “America’s Best Beach” by National Geographic with amazing snorkeling opportunities; Napili Bay with smooth white sands and great waves for body surfing and boogie boarding; D T. Fleming beach, a good place for a picnic, turtle/whale watching, or just relaxing; and Oneloa Bay, a very large white sand beach, but sparsely populated.

Maui offers many other spectacular outdoor activities elsewhere as well such as whale watching, helicopter tours, surfing, parasailing, kayaking, scuba diving, wind surfing, mountain biking and hiking. Your vacation can be both relaxing and fun filled at the same time…the possibilities are endless!

Great Stat

We meet up with my wife’s sister and brother in law every other year in Hawaii because we live in Dallas and they live in Australia. This condo was perfect for us with 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a great kitchen and living area. Quiet, clean and very well appointed and Teri is a fantastic host. Highly recommend staying heee.

Beautiful location

Had a wonderful time! Didn't use the pool that often, but it is very handy with it being right next door. Fantastic 10 experience! Communication before, during and after was excellent. Property was exactly as described with very nice finishings/furniture/appliances and included some really nice creature comforts you’d only expect at home. Location is quiet and close to some very nice beaches and snorkeling and as golfers we enjoyed direct view of a green and tee box (along with a decent partial view of ocean). Being right beside the pool and BBQ's was very convenient.As new VRBO members, owners Teri and Tom have spoiled us and set a high benchmark for future VRBO expectations. Mahalo!

Everything you could want

This property was exactly how it was described.. paradise! Beautifully kept home and grounds. The pool next to the villa and the beach down the hill was amazingly convenient for us. The trail that runs along the coastline was such a beautiful scenery. I really enjoyed running it early in the morning with the sun rising. I can’t wait to come back!

The condo was just like the photos show. It was such a beautiful condo. The pool and grills are right next door. So it was great! We would prep our food and go to the grill and swim well we cooked. The sunsets were beautiful to watch from the lanai. Teri and tom were easy to get responses from before and during our stay. I would highly recommend their condo to anyone going to Maui.

Wonderful stay in Maui!

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at Teri and Tom's place! From the time we booked, which was three months prior to our stay until our departure there was great communication. I feel the pictures provided really don't do this gorgeous place justice. We arrived at night, so the views of the golf course and ocean we didn't enjoy until the next morning! Be sure to take some time to enjoy dinner on the patio at least once while you are here so you can witness the large frogs make their way across the golf course. We definitely plan to stay here again in the future!

Growing up in California, we quickly grew fond of the ocean and nice weather! So when we purchased the condo in the Kapalua Golf Villas, our whole family was thrilled. It is such a peaceful and beautiful place to call our "home away from home." We feel very lucky to be able to share our little piece of paradise with our guests. Since this is our only property, and much like our second home, we treat it more as a guest house, not as a business. We like to get to know our guests personally, often exchanging pictures and Kapalua experiences and stories with them. It is our hope that we will create an extended family, of sorts, with a few guests that would like to return year after year. Of course, we equally welcome those who may only be experiencing Maui for the first time...but we hope to create a friendship that lasts a lifetime with them as well.

Why they chose this property

The Kapalua Villas is well known both for it's exquisit golf courses as well as it's ideal Maui location. Located on the 'peaceful' side of the island, the Kapalua Villas has everything we could want in a vacation home....beautiful, serene beaches that offer AMAZING snorkeling opportunities as well as the best golf experiences anywhere. This side of the island also offers some of the best surfing, windsurfing and hiking opportunities around. What we like the best, is that it offers all this without that 'tourist' feeling. It really is a dream come true to own a little piece of paradise in the Kapalua Villas.

What makes this property unique

There is SO much to do at the Kapalua Villas. Our property is conveniently located within a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Our lanai looks over the 5th tee 0f the Bay Course with views of the ocean and the islands of Lanai and Molokai in the distance. The shopping is great and the restaurants are remarkable!! However, we often enjoy making our own home cooked meals in our complete and remodeled kitchen, or BBQing some fresh fish poolside (right above our unit!) while watching the sunset. You can do as much or as little as you want...and be perfectly satisfied either way.
