The house has a private and closed parking for 2 cars. It consists of a large bright living room overlooking the veranda overlooking the ocean (breathtaking view!) Overlooking the infinity salt pool with, below, a pretty garden. It is shared with potential tenants of the bungalow.
The open kitchen, fully equipped, adjoins the veranda.
The house has 3 bedrooms: The first on the ground floor with direct access to the side garden, equipped with a double bed, a dressing room and a sink / toilet area. The other two are located upstairs. The first has a double bed and the second, very broad, has two sleeping areas: One with two single beds and one double bed. Both bedrooms have sea view. A large independent bathroom floor to complete this set.
Also, an outdoor bathroom with walk-in shower is also at your disposal. You will have access to our infinity pool green slate, salt, with its stone and beach chairs.
Guests can enjoy a barbecue (weber).
The linen (sheets and towels) is provided and you will have a laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Wifi internet access. The property is located 15 minutes walk from Pointe au Sel and its museum, 2 minutes drive from the center of Saint Leu and beaches, within a minute of the National Tamarins Road which serves the North and south of the island.
