Well equipped open kitchen with central island, 1 rectangular table and 8 chairs. 1 fridge-freezer, 1 microwave, 1 ceramic hob, 1 stainless steel hood, 1 toaster, 1 coffee maker, 1 kettle, 1 dishwasher, 1 oven. 1 Hifi radio.
1 cloakroom.
1 large closet sliding and deep.
1 bathroom with bath + shower, (shower tray 120x0.90cm), 1 double vanity unit with 4 drawers and 1 large mirror, 1 hairdryer, 1 electric towel rail.
1 separate WC with washbasin + mirror.
1 washing machine and 1 DRIER, 1 table + 1 iron, 1 vacuum cleaner, 1 drying rack.

Perfect location, comfortable and fully equipped

Perfect location with wonderful view on the beach and the Atlantic Ocean from the living room and also from one of the sleeping rooms. Very comfortable and fully equipped flat over two floors, situated in a nice and well maintained garden. Hosts are very nice, we had a perfect stay!

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait dans cette location ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduits par la propreté irréprochable, la décoration soignée et l’équipement complet du logement. Merci à Brigitte et son mari pour leurs disponibilités, leurs conseils et leurs sympathies. Un week-end de 5 jours extra sous le soleil, la plage de l'autre coté de la rue. Emplacement idéal à 10/15 min du centre à pieds. En face de la plage du boisvinet. Apéro sur la petite terrasse le soir, c'est juste un régale avec vue sur la plage. Propreté irréprochable, literie top et espace de vie important, équipement très fonctionnel et en bon état. Nous conseillons sans hésitation. A bientôt

Des vacances magnifiques

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances. Les locaux réservés étaient excellents, très propres, aménagés avec soin et goût. Outre le fait que l'appartement était merveilleusement situé, il était complet et remarquablement équipé, avec tout ce dont on avait besoin. La famille Guilloton est super gentille, très discrète, mais extrêmement soucieuse de répondre rapidement à toutes les questions. Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise et nous recommandons sans hésiter ce logement. Un grand merci pour ces deux semaines de vacances fantastiques. Beaucoup, beaucoup de salutations à Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie.

St Gilles Croix de Vie

Très bel appartement, spacieux, propre, bien équipé et bien entretenu. Situation idéale à proximité de la mer. Notre séjour a été compliqué par manque de clés (deux jeux de clés pour huit occupants). Le bailleur exige que la porte extérieure soit systématiquement verrouillée. Mais sans sonnette ni interphone, les occupants sans clé restent bloqués dehors. (les enfants doivent se rendre à la plage avec une clé ou un téléphone portable). PS: les formalités de départ seraient facilitées si le bailleur précisait sa version du "forfait ménage" au niveau du contrat de location. (nous avons eu le malheur d'oublier de vider une mini poubelle de salle de bain, alors même que nous avions souscrit un forfait ménage à 100€).

Un super séjour en famille (3 adultes et 4 enfants): plage au pied de la maison et promenade agréable sur la corniche pour accéder aux commerces. La maison est très bien équipée et très propre. Superbe maison de ville en duplex avec vue sur la mer depuis le séjour et la chambre parentale. Parking clos et privé. Un intérieur impeccable, tout confort, soigné et chaleureux avec des équipements premium. De plus, juste une rue à traverser pour être immédiatement sur la plage. Propriétaires accueillants et charmants :-) Nous reviendrons !

Gîte confortable à 2 pas de la mer

Le gîte était très propre à notre arrivée. L'appartement est spacieux et confortable. La cuisine bien équipée. Nous y avons passé un bon séjour. Par contre, l'environnement est assez bruyant et il y a beaucoup de passages. Cela a gêné notre sommeil durant le séjour car nous dormions les fenêtres ouvertes en raison de la chaleur. L'appartement est en face de la plage ce qui est très appréciable. Par contre, il est assez loin du centre ville et des commerces et animations. Il faut donc prendre sa voiture ou compter 20 minutes à pieds. Je déconseille cet appartement pour les personnes qui ont dû mal à monter les escaliers ou les jeunes enfants qui apprennent à marcher car il y a de nombreux marches pour accéder au 1er et 2ème étage.

Magnifique séjour

Appartement très agréable et très bien entretenu avec une jolie décoration et surtout une agréable cuisine équipée à merveille, sans oublier une vue magnifique sur l'arrivée des bateaux en vrai petit coin de paradis n'hésitez pas allez-y les yeux fermés😉. Les propriétaires sont des gens charmants très agréable merci encore de votre accueil.
