In a small new secure residence 400 meters from the sea and 300 meters from the center comprising 1 fitted kitchen, 1 large living room with television, stereo, Wifi and 2 bedrooms (double beds), 1 shower room and separate WC , 1 cellar with washing machine, 1 terrace facing south with garden furniture and 1 cellar on the ground floor as well as a private parking space (entry into the residence using a remote control)
Damgan is the ideal place for lovers of MORBIHAN, beach, fishing on foot, water sports, hiking, (the GR is 400 meters from the apartment) and the discovery of the gulf with its islands (boarding at Vannes 15 minutes from Damgan : Belle Isle, Île aux Moines, Île d'Ars, d'Houât and Houedic. etc., etc

Excellente location à Damgan

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’appartement est très bien situé proche du centre bourg et de la plage ( les deux sont accessibles à pied). Annick est très sympathique et nous a très bien accueillis . L’appartement est très fonctionnel et d’une grande propreté. Tout est conforme à l’annonce, lave vaisselle en plus! Vous pouvez louer les yeux fermés chez Annick. Nous y reviendrons certainement .

Très bel appartement très bien situé

Très joli appartement au dernier étage dans une petite résidence calme avec tout le confort nécessaire pour passer de belles vacances . Proche commerces et plages. Propriétaire très accueillante et disponible. Cellier très pratique pour stocker des vélos. A recommander.
