Superb villa Architect's upscale located at 2 steps from the beaches and downtown in a quiet residential area, ideal for a family holiday combining relaxation and outdoor activities.
Enjoy the large windows opening onto a spacious terrace surrounding a beautiful heated pool facing south.
Its location will allow you to forget your car during the time of your holiday.

Composed of a spacious living room very bright 75m2 open on large wooden terrace (100m2) and a beautiful heated pool of 8x4m.
The terrace that surrounds the pool is equipped with an outdoor table for up to 8 guests, a large covered outdoor seating and a BBQ.
The ultra modern kitchen (100% equipped art) and open bar on the piece has food will allow you to spend time very friendly.

Its floor heating and wood stove in the living room make for a cozy stay even during cooler periods.
The storeroom is fully equipped, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing set, ...

The house has a wine cellar filled by a fine selection of wines (red, rosé and white), as well as champagne, provided by the reference wine bar in Hossegor, "L'Etiquette". You choose!

2 tastefully decorated rooms overlook the pool and are composed of:
- 2 single beds that can be joined together (with mattress)
- 1 bed of 140x200
They will share a bathroom with bath and toilet.

This villa is the perfect place for a great vacation! It has a perfect layout, is tastefully furnished, spacious and modern and is in a quiet residential area. The kitchen is well equipped. The garden has ample areas to enjoy the sun, chill in the shade or swim in the heated pool. In two weeks we hardly used the car as the town centre, the beach and the harbour, with a great variety of eateries and bars, are all within a few minutes cycle ride. Isabella and Nico are perfect hosts - very welcoming and helpful, including providing great restaurant recommendations. It‘s a great place to stay!

Maison très bien pensée pour des vacances en famille

Maison moderne très agréable, bien située, à proximité a pied ou à vélo des commerces et de la plage. Ouverte sur l’extérieur, terrasse très agréable bien orientée, permettant de profiter de l’extérieur même par temps de pluie. Équipements au top (cuisine, barbecue, buanderie…). Prudence juste avec la terrasse en bois (échardes).

Great spot for a relaxing week. Easy walks to beaches (long for little legs, but fine for our older kids); easy walk into town for ice cream, for markets, dinner. Nice pool, nice place.

Wir haben 2 wunderbare Wochen im "Petit Paradise" verbracht. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll gemäss den Bildern und es fehlte an nichts. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt um mit dem Fahrrad die Umgebung und den Strand zu besuchen. Der in unmittelbarer Nähe liegende Wald ist toll geeignet für kleine Mountain-Bike und Jogging-Touren trotz 30°C. Die Vermieter waren steht's problemlos erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Seul le temps ne fut pas au niveau!

Malgré un temps (très) variable pour un mois d'août, nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans un vrai 'petit paradis'. La villa est bien pensée, lumineuse et confortable. La localisation entre plages et commerces permet d'éviter l'utilisation de la voiture tout en profitant du calme d'une zone résidentielle. Mention spéciale au coin piscine et la pièce principale qui sont magnifiques! Isabella est de plus très disponible dès que besoin pour répondre à nos questions. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

Petit Paradis indeed!

We (family of 4 with 2 teenage daughters) couldn't have asked for a better place for a relaxing 10 days. The villa was clean and comfortable with a wonderful pool and outdoor seating area. Isabella has thought of all the little things that make this such a great "home from home" villa. The location of the property is fantastic; in a quiet residential area but close to the town and beaches. We hired bikes for our stay and it was so relaxing cycling everywhere - the beach, town and nearby Hossegor - the car was only used for supermarket runs and a day trip out. Our only problem was that we had to leave at the end! We will be back. Thank you Isabella for a wonderful stay! Claire Cox

Very stylish and modern beach house

We had a wonderful week in this extremely stylish, lovingly decorated modern house, just a few minutes by bike from the beach. It was very clean and perfectly equipped - also for cooking delicious seafood on the beautiful French Atlantic coast. The garden around the beautiful pool was great and we really enjoyed the time at the house. Isabella was very responsive, helpful and attentive. She lives with her family nearby. A booklet with many valuable tips is available in the house and a wine fridge with selected wines invites you to enjoy. We were welcomed with a beautiful rosé. We will be back!

You won't want to leave !

The property is one of the most well designed & decorated .places we have stayed. It is private but also close to Cabreton and minutes from a more vibrant Hossegor for shopping, nightlife and beach bars & surfing. Isabelle is SO helpful and quickly responsive to all questions before you commit, then before you arrive, and then the entire time you are there. She is like having a great concierge. There are great areas to eat inside and out as well as hang out. We would definitely stay there again ! It is great to have off street parking for your car and having the owners next door when you need them, but you never see them so you feel like you are privately in your own home. We loved every minute there !

Villa exceptionnellement bien équipée et située par rapport à l'océan, le village et l'autoroute. Plan de villa intéressant: répartition distincte entre jour et nuit, le tout sur un étage. Design particulièrement soigné. Accès en cour un peu difficile dû au gravier. Réception WIFI suffisante autour de la partie jour.
