We enjoyed a fantastic Thanksgiving together with family here. It had a great kitchen, with plenty of pots and pans etc to make a big meal. The rooms were comfy, the hot tub was clean, fast wifi, great just great!

Spacious and relaxing

Four of us stayed very comfortably in this lovely home. It was quiet, clean, and the outdoor hot tub was the highlight for me. Only thing I wish I had known ahead of time was that there were no condiments, i.e. salt pepper, etc. Overall, it was wonderful and I would definitely stay there again.

Nice, quiet getaway

Overall our group of 5 really enjoyed our stay. It was clean quiet and comfortable and close enough to town that it wasn’t an inconvenience to run to town. Other than a couple minor issues that could be easily remedied this was an overall great place to spend a few days!

Great place and great location

Place was perfect for us, we had a wonderful time. The only problem was that it was not cleaned very well, upon move in it was clear the sheets had not been washed because my wife found several long black hairs between the sheets in the master bedroom, so she stayed up late an led washed all the sheets, the coffee maker was full of old coffee and the plates in the kitchen cabinet all needed to be re washed, also cobwebs in 3 bedrooms
 overall great, just not clean - we left it much better than we found it

Grad weekend

We were here to celebrate a high school graduation with two childhood friends. McCall is such a favorite for everyone and this house and guest services were top notch. Thanks for all the communication and not having a thousand things to take care of on the exit day.

Nice Home

Room for a small group with a nice floor plan. House could use a deep clean and maybe a few more items in the kitchen but it worked for what we needed. Upstairs will be warm for some in the summer.

The hot tub & horseshoes off the patio were nice. Great that there was a few games & toys in the closet. Wonderful to have a washer & dryer available. Loved having the fireplace!! It would’ve been great to have some firewood.

Whitetail Wedding

It’s in McCall, Idaho so the area is gorgeous. Enjoyed the hot tub. Comfy furniture. Yard could use work and the fridge a wipe down but honestly, not that big of a deal. we really enjoyed ourselves and we were a mere minutes from the venue for my niece’s wedding.

Great house but not clean

The check in process, location of the home were great and the size of the house accommodated four of us perfectly. Unfortunately, the garage was a mess, the pans in the kitchen were dirty with what looked like scrambled eggs, the coffee machine was filthy and a lot of the spatulas and utensils were dirty. Again, again the house was nice, but it was definitely not up to our cleanliness standards

Cabin stay

Overall great place to stay. Very clean bathrooms + bedding. Hot tub was clean + ready to use. Only complaint was that towels, silverware or plates were not stocked for us. Only after our first meal did we realize dishes were left for us to clean in the dishwasher. Then while doing a load of laundry, because there were so few towels, we realized all the towels were left for us in the dryer to put away from the previous renters. Minor issue, just must be use to other places that leave a house fully stocked.

Overall I was pleased with my experience. Pros-very clean, good beds, location, and kitchen. Cons-check-in was difficult. No code until day of arrival. I was in transit. Key box was difficult to open. Only one key. No book of instructions. TV was difficult to navigate, again no instructions. Garbage container was at roadside and I assumed it was due to be picked up. Next morning there was garbage strewn all over driveway. Bear proof can, NOT. Cleaned up terrible garbage. Next day can still there (no instructions). Can remained in driveway entire stay.

2022 McCall Vacation

We wanted to watch a Football game on Saturday but the TV stopped working, we called Vacasa and spoke with Kathern, she immediately came over and was able to get the TV fixed and the game on. Excellent customer service, Thank You Kathern.

Clean and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay in McCall. Our rental was clean and comfortable. Very spacious for the eight of us. We also enjoyed the hot tub! My only suggestion would be to add some beach towels for the hot tub and lake. We would absolutely stay here again! My family and I had a blast! Thank you!

Nice area

This home nice and clean. Great location. Very warm weather, so grateful for the ceiling fans in each rooms. The bunk room no window. So happy it did cool some at night with windows open. Suited our family needs well.

Great Location

This place was perfect for a girl's weekend away! The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking for a group, and the cabin is not far from downtown in a quiet neighborhood. We had a small issue with the upstairs toilet--it seems there is a part that needs to be replaced. Vacasa maintenance responded right away and they were very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

Everything!! Our stay was fabulous. We had a family reunion, stayed in the same place and had wonderful fellowship the whole week. Beautiful surroundings with plenty to do!

Cleaning not so good.

Good location, but cleaning needs to be much better. When we arrived there was still garbage in the can under the sink. The large outside can on the street was completely full. We didn’t have any trash bags! There was still used coffee grounds in the coffee maker. Called Vacasa and the next day they delivered much needed items, paper towels, TP and trash bags the next day. Additional cleaning was needed for the pots and pans, microwave, stovetop, etc. The carpet is badly stained and the BBQ was too dirty to use. Bring Kleenex it isn’t provided. The last night something got into the garbage can on the street and trash was all over the road, not our trash, our bags were piled in the garage. I called at 7:30 am to let them know and when we left it 10:00 it was still there. The house is good, lots of rooms and towels and sheets, they need a new cleaning crew for sure. Our group had a good time in McCall in spite of all this.

Great experience, except for the following:

We loved the location, the house and the way everything was arranged. It was perfect for 5 adults and 3 children, ages 4-7. We would definitely stay there again. We did have a few problems: 1. Not enough toilet paper for 8 guests. 2. Not enough paper towels for 4 days and 4 nights. 3. Not enough garbage bags for the number of people and the time we were staying. 4. The weeds were not pulled in the backyard. It did not look like the picture we saw online.
