WALK TO N KA'ANAPALI BCH! PRIVATE COTTAGE!

This is an nice location which is walking distance to Airport Beach/Kahekili Beach in Ka'anapali - essentially the beach next to the Westin. There are several shops, restaurants, and the food tracks near the Times Market -- all quick car trips away. There are some beach toys for kids and a couple of boogie boards, plus a few beach chairs and umbrella as well, which were very handy to keep in the car when exploring the island's other beaches. Two things that I think deserve mentioning: the owner and the local agent are very responsive and helpful -- which is great! The other thing to know is that this place is close to the road and a bit noisy, but that closeness to the beach is part of the advantage as well. Also be aware there is no AC but, with the tradewinds and the great cross-ventilation, the breeze really cools it off in the afternoon/evening -- if fact it could feel a bit too cool by morning! It is a good basic option for people who don't want a hotel room at a fancy resort and would rather have a kitchen to use some meals and a patio to relax on. All in all a good spot for a beach vacation!

Had everything you need , a quick drive to lots of fun places, a walk to the beach, really close to the pool!

Would love an upgrade to the living room sleeper couch, sheets and, floors in the bedrooms. The screen doors to the lanai were really tough to open /close and the screens were coming off. The grill ran out of propane while we were cooking dinner. None of this was really a big deal. Nice big bathrooms / shower space and water pressure was perfect. Nice kitchen , and loved having a washer & dryer. The foilage is lush, and the lanai was utilized a lot! Nice big table with nice chairs. Felt a little cluttered with the pool chairs on the lanai , so we just rearranged the furniture while we were there and put it back. We would stay here again !

We stayed in this unit for two weeks in December 2017. We were extremely happy with the amenities offered in the unit, the location of the unit and complex, the friendliness of the neighbouring units, the cleanliness of the unit and the complex, and the ease of booking/check-in/check-out. Everything was rather seamless and we felt very welcome. My one piece of feedback would be that the couch and the beds are a bit uncomfortable - the sofa is in need of an upgrade and the queen bed was very firm for my very pregnant hips. If you like a firm mattress, you will love it. This was our first trip to Maui, and we were wonderfully pleased with our stay and with the facility. We would absolutely stay again, both in this unit or another at the International Colony Club (ICC) complex. The beach is steps away across the highway, and the shopping close-by had everything we needed at hand. We traveled with our 18 month old, who LOVED baby beach in Lahaina and it was a quick drive south to the aquarium... another fun day! 3-4 people would fit very comfortably in this unit, and we were extremely happy with our experience.
