The apartment is located on the beachfront of Levante. Elevated floor, 120 m2, which has 2 large rooms, a large kitchen, large living room and 2 fantastic terraces with fabulous views of the bay of Benidorm.
The building has private access to the beach and has showers and foot washes.
Its location is excellent, it is located in the historic center of the city. It has all the services around it, restaurants within 50 meters, as well as the main shopping avenue of the city located just 100 meters away.

Amazing view and apartment

This is our 2nd year and already booked for 2026 Exceptional view!!! Bar couple of doors away has same view & very nice cocktails. Apartment spacious and clean. Home from homeMatias is a great host!

Excellent stay

A lovely clean, well equipped and furnished apartment overlooking Playa de Levante with direct beach access. Matias is an excellent host. He kept in touch during our delayed arrival and greeted us at the apartment. Would recommend and hope to return in 2025.

Easter Break

The apartment is great, large and bright,with fantastic views of Levante beach. Matias, our host is a gent, met us on arrival and explained everything to us. I have been to Benidorm many times, and this one of the best apartments I've stayed in.

Quite possibly the nicest apartment we’ve ever had n Benidorm and we have been coming here for 18 years. The views are spectacular- the location is perfect. We will most definitely be returning!

New Year in the Old Town.

This is a great Apartment. Location is spot on and the views from the large balcony are fabulous. The owner made us welcome, explained how everything worked and was readily available for any questions. We plan to book again and would thoroughly recommend.

One week in a Benidorm old town beach front apartment.

This apartment has fantastic views and a great location.It could sleep up to six people with one person being on a sofa bed.It is clean, spacious, and has everything you could require for your stay in Benidorm.Only down side was that this time our Taxi firm (Beniconnect) could not/would not take us to the door of the apartment. Leaving us with a five minute walk to get there (up hill). Fortunately we knew where the apartment was as we have stayed there before.Not a problem if you are young and able bodied, but could be a problem if you are older and have mobility issues and large suitcases.However, once there you will have a great time, and it's down hill on the way back.

The view

This apartment is all about the location. The view from the balcony is outstanding. The apartment is well furnished. The only minor criticism is the quality of the towels .Everything else was completely satisfactory

A great apartment in the heart of the old town with a view along Levante beach. We were met there by Matias and his Mother and were made very welcome an explained about all the amenities. We will return again and highly recommend this property. Thanks again Matias

Exceptional views - great location

- exceptional views of the beach front & clear view of Benidorm island to the right. - top floor apartment - balcony is private & not overlooked. You just hear sea waves. - there’s a hotel 20 metres away, which does a good pot of tea & has the same exceptional views - apartment super clean & offers full range of UK channels (movies sport etc) not that we used it with that view - 3 minute walk to bars & shops - 20 minute walk to the new town - will defo book for next year.

Great stay!

The owner Matias was fantastic from the start, replying to my questions and when we arrived we were met at the apartment and shown how everything worked. The apartment smelt so clean and was totally spotless and the view is to die for! We ate breakfast everyday at Sherry,s pub which is about a 1 minute walk from the apartment and although the apartment is in the thick of the all the entertainment in the old town it was very quiet at night, so no issues with noise at all. Would definitely return! Thanks Matias!

Superb!

Apartment was highly recommended by a friend, and we are so glad we booked! It was superb. The location is excellent, the apartment is fabulous, the view outstanding,UK TV a huge bonus, secured WiFi brilliant. Matias met us on arrival at apartment and went through everything and was very helpful. Matias was available if you had any questions during holiday. We’ll definitely be booking for another stay in 2024. Thank you Matias.

We keep coming back for more!

Just back from our third stay at Matias’ apartment and already we are planning to return. Unbeatable in terms of location (seafront between Levante and Poniente beaches and next to the old town) and with the roomiest balcony and best sea views we have ever experienced, the apartment is spacious, flooded with light and has all the amenities required to provide a home from home – whether for a couple like us or for a family with kids – including well-equipped kitchen, power shower and an amazing range of English news and entertainment channels on TV. As hosts, Matias and his parents are always welcoming and supportive and for what is on offer the price is very reasonable. We would happily recommend this apartment to anyone.

Jewel of Benidorm

A high-quality apartment on the top floor of a six-floor block with amazing views over Levante beach from a balcony large enough to accommodate two sunbeds and a table with four chairs. The location is ideal, perched between the seafront attractions of Levante and Poniente beaches, next-door-but-one to a Tourist Information Office, and with immediate access to the backstreets of the Old Town where a large supermarket is only a short walk away. There are plenty of storage facilities throughout and my partner and I found the double bed in the main bedroom very comfortable. The host, Matias, could not do enough to welcome us, answering all questions promptly before our holiday and spending a lot of time with us at check-in to make sure we were confident to use the induction cooker, power shower and large-screen TV which has an incredibly broad range of English news and entertainment channels. Thank you for everything, Matias – see you again in September!

SIMPLY THE BEST!

We arrived at this lovely apartment on 6th Sept 2017 for 10 nights to be met by the helpful, friendly and kind parents of Matias. The property was perfect for us and so big too! The views are breathtaking from both the large front balcony overlooking the Levante and Peacock Island and the rear balcony overlooking the Old Town and the beautiful views of the Poniente and the 'Sleeping Giant'. It was like being in two different worlds, the large front balcony had the real holiday vibe with lots to see both day and night and in the evening we ate overlooking the Old Town, listening to the sounds of the church bells it was so close I felt as if I could almost touch it! An amazing calmness - just wonderful. During the day it was hot, we had all the doors open throughout the apartment that sent a most welcoming breeze 😃 and at night we were blessed with the air con. The kitchen was fully equipped as was the rest of the apartment from tv to wifi to washing machine. We will be back at some point, thank you Matias your communication from beginning to end was excellent. I wish I could give 6 stars because it was a fabulous holiday and just what we needed. Excellent frontline property

If you want to relax on a balcony with amazing views this is the apartment for you. The balcony gets the sun from sunrise till around 3pm. We were there over Easter which was very busy, but unlike the frontline apartments that are over bars/restaurants you can see all the hustle and bustle, but you can't hear it. The apartment itself is clean, large and well equipped with everything you need. A 2 minute walk takes you right to the heart of the old town so you will be spoilt for choice when it come to eating out or you can continue for a couple more minutes to the inside market for fresh fruit, veg, meat etc and beneath that a full supermarket. This is nothing to do with the apartment itself, but If you are booking a coach transfer from the airport be aware that they don't drop off in the old town, I presumed that a coach drop off/pick up that was listed as Don Cesar (which is just on the corner from the apartment) was where we would be dropped off/picked up, but it's not, it's a 7 minute walk away at Mar Blau Hotel. We got a taxi to the pick up point on our return which was fine. We will definitely return to this apartment. Matias and his parents were excellent hosts and I can highly recommend their apartment.

Amazing apartment in a perfect location

Matias met us, even at such a late hour to provide the keys and show us around the apartment. The highlight of the apartment is the balcony with amazing views over the sea and beach. So peaceful but a perfect location to visit levante, the old town and Poniente beach. The use of the private access to the beach and use of the little deckchairs was brilliant and a perfect start to our day. The rest of the apartment is typically Spanish, but the bathroom and kitchen look like the have recently been refurbished and everything you need in the apartment. We didn’t need to contact Matias during our stay, but know if we did he would have been helpful. He came to say goodbye and check we had a good stay. It was the perfect break we needed and I can’t wait to book again. Thank you once again.

Stunning Cruise like View from Terrace!!!

The apartment is on 6th Floor and the view from the terrace is glorious, like being on a Cruise Ship! it is very large spacious and cool, decor and furniture is homely (a little bit tired but overall very very comfortable. Our party consisted of me, Hazel (10 weeks post knee op) my very disabled husband Michael and our wonderful daughter Caroline! there is a lift up to the apartment, beach is just 2 min walk away, Tapas Alley, 2 min walk away, everything you could want just few minute walk away. The apartment best feature apart from the view is how quiet it is, only the sound of the sea. The worst thing is the hill outside if you have difficulty walking and not been able to hire a scooter as there is no access for such a thing, also Taxis are reluctant to go there as at certain times the road below is closed off. Despite my husband not been able to leave the apartment for the full week, we enjoyed it thoroughly and would highly recommend the apartment and its location. Mateus was very good when our prebooked taxi (Beniconnect) dumped us on our arrival 5 minute walk away, which was the most stressful experience, when you cant walk and dont know where you are or going! Luckily Mateus came and found us and got us a taxi to the apartment, bless him.

Amazing apartment with fabulous views

This is an amazing apartment. Great location, fabulous views over Levante beach. On the sixth floor, it is very quiet, with very little noise from the surrounding bars and cafes. Thoughtful touches such as washing powder, fabric conditioner and washing up liquid provided. There was even a shopping trolley to help with heavy shopping such as water (or beer). Balcony with sun beds is a perfect sun trap. Large TV with access to English channels a bonus. Located very close to the Tourist Information Office - helpful hint - give this guidance to the taxi driver, it will help him/her locate the apartment. Drive along the Promenade towards the Old Town and when you reach the TIO the apartment is up the hill on the left. Matias extremely helpful and flexible on arrival/departure times. We had a wonderful time, can't wait to return.
