Chatel ski break

Lovely situated apartment with in the heart of Châtel. Very well equipped with a wonderful outlook & balcony, 5 minutes walk to the nearest bars, restaurants & supermarket. Would definitely recommend this apartment, great value.

Très bon séjour !

Nous avons séjourné en famille dans ce bel appartement. Il est parfaitement situé au centre du village avec des places de parkings privatives (pas nominative donc en basse saison, nous n’avons eu aucun problème). L’appartement est spacieux et bien équipé. Nous avons juste été légèrement déçu de ne pas trouver certaines éléments primaires pour une location tél que le liquide vaisselle ou le papier toilette.

Logement fonctionnel et agencé avec goût

Le logement est très bien situé dans la station, nous avons facilement trouver le masterlock pour récupérer les clefs du logement en revanche, nous avons mis quelques minutes à trouver la porte du logement, le nom n’étant pas le même et le logement pas indiqué dans l’annonce. L’appartement est très joli et bien décoré cependant petit bémol avec les wc et la chasse d’eau qui en éclabousse beaucoup. Seul point négatif, nous avons retrouvé des affaires d’un ancien locataire (rasoir, verre sous un fauteuil, céréales dans le canapé) et des traces dans les sanitaires.

Spacieux et cosy

L’apprtement est conforme aux photos de l’annonce malgré des communs qui datent d’une autre époque. Myriam a répondue à toutes mes questions, la communication était parfaite. L’appartement est situé idéalement pour le ski avec un arrêt de bus 50m plus bas et proche du centre ville. La décoration est appréciable, les mobiliers sont solides et dfonctionnels.

Une proprietaire à qui on ne peut pas faire co fiance.

La gestion de la location et le bon déroulement du séjour de ses clients ne sont visiblement pas la priorité du propriétaire : - ne réponds pas aux appels téléphoniques - guide d'accueil reçue le lendemain dans un format de fichier non exploitable, - multipass promis dans l'annonce disponible au 3ème jour de notre arrivée après plusieurs relances, - frais de ménages de 70€ prélevés sans notre accord et en dépit du temps passé à rendre l'appartement largement aussi propre que nous l'avions trouvé. - remise prevue de 30% pour nous dedomager de la présence d'un échafaudage autour de l'immeuble, nous avons eu difficilement 20% après nous être fâché.... - pas de place de parking attitrée,...

Appartement idéalement situé, clair et calme

1 semaine passée dans cet appartement idéalement situé, calme et lumineux. Belle vue sur la montagne en contre bas. Communication avec la prioritaire est fluide. Literie de qualité. Appartement bien fourni en electro ménagé, plaque vitro, bouilloire et machine à café + machine Nespresso. Quelques petits bémols : le casier à ski est un peu petit - il faut jouer à Tetris. Les murs sont assez fins, on entend un peu les voisins mais résidence calme. Enfin l'appartement devait être disponible à 16h mais malgré notre arrivé à 16h45 la femme de ménage est arrivée à 17h30 - je précise que cela ne nous a pas dérangé du tout.
