The Home- Casa totalmente remodelada frente al mar con 3 dormitorios, 2 baños completos. Home ofrece un plano de planta abierto con magníficas vistas de Power Island, Old mission y West Bay. Remodelado en 2018 y casi todo es completamente nuevo, incluidos los muebles. Home ofrece acabados de alta gama que incluyen encimeras de cuarzo, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, pisos de superficie dura y pintura fresca.
Servicios: la propiedad tiene muchos lugares excelentes para pasar el rato, como la bañera de hidromasaje, el patio trasero, la enorme isla de cocina de 10 pies, el porche delantero con excelentes vistas, fogón y una terraza ubicada justo en el agua. Perfect place for an Up North getaway

Perfect place for a 4 day girls weekend getaway. The house was very clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The hot tub was such a treat for the cooler fall weather. If you're an early riser, the view of the sunrise over the lake is incredible

Worth coming back

The house had everything we needed to have a great work/fun trip. Great location and setup for us and our dog. Host is easy to work with. This was our second stay and will continue to come back.

This is the perfect place. Location is excellent and so beautiful. We didn’t even use 1/2 the amenities. I can’t imagine how great it would be in the summer.

Great time!

This was a perfect getaway. Our family had such a great time staying here. The only negative was the cleanliness of the house and dishes upon arrival. Other than that everything was great!

Beautiful View

The huge kitchen made it very comfortable for five adults to cook and prep meals easily while looking at amazing views of the bay. We enjoyed coffee on the porch, read books on the dock and could drive into town in under 10 minutes. Wonderful location! Any questions were answered promptly and check-in could not have been easier.

The Best of Everything

Great Stay! House was so well stocked and loved the natural views. The water was gorgeous and our whole family enjoyed it. The house was also in the best location. So much to do all over. Jeff was quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend!!

Simply beautiful

This property was a great fit for our trip to Traverse City. The location is convenient, just far enough away from the congestion and traffic in town, and has a great view of the bay. The floor plan and design touches are well-suited for working remotely and having the dog with us. Just wish the weather would have been warmer to enjoy the dock. Definitely worth another stay!

The location is awesome. Beautiful sunrise from living room. Close to wide variety of activities. The kitchen was easy to cook meals. There were games and activities available for the evenings. The owners (Jeff) responded quickly to communication. I would come back.

GT Bay Beauty

Nice three bedroom property off M22 on West Bay. South of Suttons Bay with Tart Trail access and many vineyards a short ride away.Well appointed property. Huge kitchen with great prep space and two split ACs a real plus. Beds are a little soft and pillows need refresh.Shower in Master is tiny - second bathroom has bigger space.Be careful crossing M22 to get to the water…it is a speedway. Water is a great payoff!Overall pricey but a very nice place.

Beautiful and Super Clean!

This was a beautiful house. It had amazing views of the lake. It was one the of the cleanest houses we have rented. Owners were easy to work with. They had all the essentials so you really don't need to bring a lot. Only recommendation would be adding some curtains in the bathroom windows since there was a house directly behind. Would definitely rent it again!

Thanks for staying! We will definitely look into blinds for the bathroom. In the summer, you cannot see the home in the back but with the lack of foliage, we can understand wanting a little extra privacy. We appreciate the recommendation!

Great Spot for Family Get Away

Four of us stayed for a week in the well provisioned and well put together home right in between Traverse City and Sutton's Bay. This really fit what we were looking for as part of an extended family trip with an open living room, dining, room, and kitchen plus comfortable bedrooms. Kitchen is well provisioned, basement provides great extra space plus washer and dryer. Game rooms in the garage were lovely on the one rainy day we had. I would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the area as long as crossing the road to get to the water is okay. The stairs and dock make getting down to the lake easy and both the hot tub and fire pit round out wonderful options.

Nice couples getaway

A nice house with a modern, open, spacious kitchen and living room. The hot tub is great, the view of the bay across the street is beautiful, and everything is clean and comfortable. I do think the price is a bit high. The bedrooms and bathrooms are small and we were surprised there was not the simple amenity of shampoo and body wash. Locationally, it is several miles north of Traverse City’s downtown, but you do have many wineries close by. The owner was responsive prior to signing, but felt like I was bothering him after that.

Thanks for stay. Sorry you felt that way about the communication. I give everyone my cell phone number to call or text. My goal is to respond quickly as possible sometimes that maybe couple word response or like a few weeks ago a 30-minute conversation about favorite winter activities to do with kids. Was not my intent on making you feel like you were bothering me. Our pricing matches with VRBOs recommendation but we have the hot tub which many homes do not. Home is 1400sqft and the bedrooms easily fit a queen size bed. I think the photos give a good representation of size.

Just Perfect, Chef's Kiss

Literally not a single complaint or suggestion for doing better. House was clean and fresh. Not just surface level clean, but inside the kitchen drawers, baseboards and fan blades too. Perfectly appointed, wasn't anything missing, cozy and comfortable. Enviable collection of mugs in the kitchen. Jeff could not have been more helpful and kind. We stay in the area regularly and will search out his options specifically going forward. Probably should mention the stunning sunrises over the water from the comfort of the living room couch. There can't be a better view anywhere. See you soon, Jeff!

Overpriced

Fruit flies were all over the place, cobwebs in corners. Watched a spider crawl across the living room ceiling. The big panoramic windows were dirty. The comforters on the bed had a musty smell to them. We paid premium money for a less than average experience in my opinion. If you're looking to get the most bang for your buck, I wouldn't recommend this property.

Sorry for your inconveniences. We do our best to keep bugs and insects in the property to a minimum with pest control. We hired a reputable professional cleaning company for cleanings after every stay. I have forwarded your concerns onto them, to make sure these items are addressed. All of the comforters were recently purchased and less than a month old. Please checkout our other reviews showing an upkept home. We have many repeat customers that believe this property is a great deal with ample space, convenient locations views, game room and hot tub.

Perfect location and clean!

We had a great ladies weekend at this super cute, newly updated and very clean house! The view from the picture window was breathtaking. We hit Mission Peninsula one day and then Suttons, Hop Lot and Mawby the other so the location was perfect. Owner was also very helpful and responded fast to answer any questions I had. We can’t wait to come back!

Leelanau adventure

Beautiful view. Nice accommodations. Beds could be more comfortable. Noisy street. Lots of traffic. 55 mph. Very happy it was pet friendly. Our dog loved staring out the window at the water.
