Korsikaurlaub 2024

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet und es gibt noch einen Gasgrill zum grillen. Der Pool war sehr sauber. Die Begrüßung von unser Ansprechpartnerin war sehr herzlich. Für Fragen war sie offen und hilfsbereit und man konnte sie jederzeit kontaktieren. Über der Straße gibt es einen guten Bäcker. Supermarkt ist ca. 15 Minuten entfernt, Strände sind mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir können die Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen.

Korsika Urlaub 2023

Wir haben in der gepflegten und modern eingerichteten Ferienwohnung einen tollen Urlaub im August verbracht. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und wir haben uns sofort gut zurechtgefunden. Die Ferienwohnung liegt ca. 15 Autominuten vom Meer entfernt. In unmittelbare Nähe befindet sich ein sehr guter Bäcker, in 10 Minuten Entfernung befindet sich ein größerer Supermarkt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und haben von der Ferienwohnung sehr viele Ausflüge unternommen (Bastia, Cap Corse und Corte). Wir können die Ferienwohnung für Familien und Ruhesuchende uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Nous sommes une famille de 5 , et nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement d'Olmeta di tuda . L'appartement était très propre et vraiment super bien équipé, avec un grand jardin. L'emplacement est idéal pour découvrir St Florent (15min), Le cap Corse (1h30), Bastia (35min), L'ile Rousse (1h15) , Corte (1h) et Calvi (1h45)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour: logement propre, confortable et moderne dans une résidence calme. Nous n'avons cessé d'admirer la vue depuis la terrasse: magnifique coucher de soleil sur la montagne. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine (un seul regret: l'absence de transats). L'endroit est idéalement situé entre Saint Florent et Bastia. Les services à proximité (boulangerie, produit régionaux, pizzéria) sont très appréciables. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Recommande sans hésitation

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans ce logement très bien équipé pour se sentir comme à la maison. Nous avons très bien profité de la piscine qui est très bien adapté aux enfants. La terrasse et le jardin sont un plus , à l'ombre le matin et le midi vous pouvez profiter de la fraîcheur pour le petit déjeuner et le soir vous dîner avec le couché de soleil sur les montagnes des agriates au top ! . Une boulangerie de qualité à 50 mètres avec un commerce de vente de fromage charcuterie et fruit/légumes. Idéalement situé pour découvrir la haute corse un peu à l'écart des afflux touristiques qui permet d'être au calme . En résumé nous avons passé d'excellente vacances dans ce logement.

Neue und komfortable Ferienwohnung nahe St. Florent

Die Ferienwohnung war wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern ersichtlich komfortabel ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. In allen Schlafräumen sind Klimaanlagen verbaut, Filterkaffeemaschine, Kapselkaffeemaschine, Spülmaschine sind vorhanden. Schönes Bad. St. Florent und Bastia / Cap Corse sind schnell zu erreichen. Negativ: - Am Pool fehlen Beschattungsmöglichkeiten. - Nach drei Tagen massiver Ameisenbefall auf der Terasse und im Garten sowie auch in der Küche. Verschiedene Lebensmittel, die geöffnet und in der Küche gelagert waren, mussten deshalb entsorgt werden (Müsli, Kekse, Chips, etc.). Die Vermieterin hat zügig reagiert und Ameisengift im Garten verstreut. Der Ameisenbefall war danach deutlich reduziert, allerdings nicht gänzlich beseitigt. Die Tür zum Schlafzimmer quitschte laut beim Öffnen und Schließen. Beim nächtlichen Verlassen des Schlafzimmers wurden andere Familienmitglieder leider im Schlaf gestört. Dies wurde dem Vermieter ebenfalls mitgeteilt, diesbezüglich gab es leider keine Reaktion. Insbesondere aber ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Schöner Urlaub auf der sonnigen Insel Korsika in schöner Wohnung

Wir 3 Erwachsene und 1 Jugendlicher haben 1 Woche auf der landschaftlich reizvollen Insel Korsika verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und gut ausgestattet. In der Wohnung konnte man sich sehr wohlfühlen. Es gibt eine große Terasse mit tollem Blick auf die Berge. Zu der Anlage gehört ein Gemeinschaftspool, den wir allerdings nicht nutzten. Die Wohnung ist technisch auf dem modernsten Stand (elektrische Rolladenöffner, Klimaanlage Markisse usw.) Das Internet funktionierte super. Direkt gegenüber der Anlage befindet sich eine Bäckerei, die täglich geöffnet hat. In 15 Minuten Entfernung (mit dem Auto) ist ein großer Einkaufsmarkt. Zum Strand ist man ca. 20 min. mit dem Auto unterwegs. (Sant Florent) In ca. 5 min. Entfernung mit dem Auto kann man von der Kirche von Mureta tolle Wanderungen unternehmen. Man hat einen fantastischen Blick auf das Meer und die Berge. Bastia erreicht man in ca. 30 min. mit dem Auto. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen, allerdings ist es von Vorteil, wenn man Franzözisch spricht, da die Verwalter weder Englisch noch Deutsch sprechen können.

Appartement de campagne bien situé pour visiter la Haute Corse.

À la croisée des chemins pour se rendre à Calvie, à Bastia ou en haute Corse, tout près du beau petit port de St-Florent. Bon accueil et attention des propriétaires. À proximite à pied d'une excellente boulangerie qui cous l'ouvre l'appétit. Merci pour le beau séjour.

Excellent séjour à Olmeta

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. Il correspond au descriptif de l'annonce et est très bien équipé. Son emplacement est idéal, permettant de basculer vers Bastia ou Saint-Florent en peu de temps. La piscine est appréciable ainsi que le calme qui règne dans l'enceinte des résidences. La boulangerie située juste à coté est un plus. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Cécile qui s'est adaptée à nos exigences par rapport à notre horaire d'arrivée. Propriétaires très gentils et réactifs. Logement à recommander sans hésitation, nous en retenons que des points positifs.

Comme à la maison

Appartement idéalement situé entre mer et montagne, permettant d'être au calme le soir venu. A mi chemin entre St Florent et Bastia cette location nous a permis de découvrir le nord de la Corse, mais aussi de pousser notre route jusqu'à Piana ou Ghisonaccia sur une journée. Totalement équipé, il n'y a plus qu'à poser ses valises et à profiter de son séjour, en bénéficiant d'un confort "comme à la maison". Expérience à renouveler sans hésitation.

Traumhaft schöner Urlaub mit viel Komfort

Wir (eine 3 köpfige Familie aus Deutschland) waren 2 Wochen in dieser Unterkunft und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Es ist eine sehr neue, saubere und vor allem komfortable Unterkunft, die keine Wünsche offen lässt (z.B. eingezäunter Garten, Grill, überdachte Terasse, jeder Raum klimatisiert, elektrische Rolläden, Pool mit Liegen... etc). Sie liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig zwischen St. Florent und Bastia und ist somit ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um den Norden Korsikas zu entdecken! Ein Auto ist allerdings zwingend notwendig, da es in unmittelbarer Umgebung nur einen Bäcker gibt. Der nächste Strand ist mit Auto 15 min entfernt. Auf der Terasse bei einem Glas Wein die Sonnenuntergänge zu beobachten war eindrucksvoll und wird uns lange in Erinnerung bleiben. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der außerordentlich freundliche und hilfsbereite Kontakt zu der Vermieterin. Bei kleinen Problemen (wie z. B. kein Warmwasser) hat Sie sich unverzüglich darum gesorgt uns zu helfen. Das einzige was uns in dieser Zeit gestört hat war der fehlende Internetzugang. Dieser war zwar im Inserat angegeben, hat aber während der gesamten Dauer aufgrund von Wartungsarbeiten seitens France Télecom nicht funktioniert. Alles in allem sehr schön, wir haben uns gut erholt und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank nochmal an Régine für das Geschenk und die tolle Zeit!
