A nice stay

We went in Albufeira for a few days vacation at Andre's place. The apartment was comfortable and with all the facilities, and near to the beach. We spent there a good time and Andre and his staff helped us where needed. Reccomended

Good location

Andre was very responsive to all messages.Could have used a few more amenities like extra dish cloth, napkins maybe some basics like salt and pepper.Very close to a small grocery store which was convenient.Arrived late due to flight delay and found it a bit difficult to find apartment.

Perfect

The Location is very close to the Beach and a Supermarkt. We enjoyed staying at Andre‘s Place who is a very nice Host. The Check- in and Check- out procedure were uncomplicated and the appartment had everything we needed. Since we stayed during the Winterseason it was a bit chilly at nighttimes, therefore I recommend to provide thicker Blankets. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay and will come back again.blankeres

A quiet neighbourhood

Nice refurbished apartment on the third floor with sea views, beach at walking distance. Ideal for a short holiday. Good communication with host.

Great place for a holiday but...

The apartment is very nice and located, about 10 minutes walk from the beach. The rooms are large and the common areas spacious. But made less detailed with a scouring pad, some kitchen towels, perhaps gel or shampoo. Overall, the stay has been very good and the communication. Perhaps these details are what he lacks to achieve an even greater note. with André positive.

Portugal Getaway

Overall the place is pretty nice especially the kitchen area (Noting dishwasher and washer was difficult to operate not knowing cycle...could have used instructions) Upstairs shower is fairly small...difficulty moving within said shower. And bedroom to the right upstairs would have been nice to have additional blankets and pillows. Entrance door hard to utilize with key...We were generally pleased with layout, although many stairs to access apartment...Management were friendly and location was very good. Happy to have experienced the opportunity. People in the area were very nice! Portugal was awesome!

Great value

Our stay was fab. Literally 10 mins walk to the old town and the beach. Very well equipped . Was great having to take much less due to having a washing machine, dishwasher was also a big plus. Air con machines in both bedrooms great. The big plus was also being to access international tv, Netflix and YouTube and the internet worked very well. Just a couple of things I brought to his attention and he assures me those things will be rectified for the enjoyment of the next guests . Compared to the cost of staying In other apartments in the same area I feel this was superb value being a lot less in cost. Dry quiet area, easy to find. Great stay

Die Unterkunft war in Ordnung. Man ist in einem Mehrfamilienhaus in der 3. Etage ohne Aufzug. Es ist alles notwendige da, bis auf Geschirrhandtücher und Lappen, die muss man sich selbst mitbringen.

Lovely apartment

We stayed here for a week in march 2025.lovely apartment,It's on the 3rd floor with no lift so a bit awkward if you are not fit,We were two elderly women so found it hard to get cases up and down ,but a nice taxi driver helped ,This is a nice quiet area

Super emplacement pour découvrir Albufeira et l’Algarve

Appartement duplex très fonctionnel à Albufeira dans une grande résidence. La salle principale est au 3ème avec une cuisine équipée, une grande table et un petit coin salon tu. Les 2 chambres sont à l’étage tout comme la salle de bain/WC. L’appartement était propre et la communication avec André trés fluide malgré notre arrivée très tardive (1h du matin). L’arrivée autonome via boîte à clés est un plus !!). Les plages et le centre animé d’Albufeira sont à 10 minutes à pied et il y a des places de stationnement gratuites pour la voiture de location devant l’appartement. Nous étions 4 en famille et tout a été impeccable.

Albufeira rocks!

Superbe vue sur l'océan et bien situé. Nous avons été un peu déçus qu'il n'y ait pas d'air climatisé dans les chambres à l'étage, mais seulement au salon. Nous avons eu un peu chaud! Mais en laissant les fenêtres ouvertes pour faire un courant d'air, c'était tout le même bien. Je recommande!

Wir sind voll zufrieden mit dem Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist gut und sauber. Es gab alles was man braucht. Das Bett war bequem, was auch sehr wichtig ist. Die Lage ist perfekt. Supermarket ist um die Ecke, wo man alles und sehr günstig kaufen kann. Der nächste wunderschöne Strand ist auch 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Não foi só uma excelente estadia, o proprietário foi muito atencioso e sempre disponível. O apartamento oferece todas as condições necessárias para umas boas férias . Para mim relação qualidade/preço supera as expectativa. Estamos gratos e certamente iremos repetir .

A informação do anúncio não corresponde à realidade

Péssima. Apartamento no 3 andar sem elevador, na plataforma da Vrbo não refete em momento algum esse problema. Sou uma pessoa com mobilidade reduzida e nem a Vrbo nem o proprietário avisaram onde ficava o apartamento, ficando eu a saber só no momento que cheguei a Albufeira. Gostaria de saber porque não Facultaram a morada quando paguei o apartamento, só no dia que cheguei é que o proprietário me enviou a morada. Apartamento sem TV, sem cobertores de cama, sem um secador de cabelo e Internet muito fraca. Quando liguei para a Vrbo a questionar porque não tinha acesso à morada, perguntando se não estava a ser burlada. A Vrbo parecia que sabia menos doque eu, nem se prontificou a ligar ao proprietário a saber o que se passava, se o tivessem feito, tínhamos descoberto que o apartamento era num 3 andar sem elevador e teriamos cancelado a tempo. Irei descrever tudo l que passei na vossa plataforma para que outras pessoas não sejam enganadas como eu fui.

Apartamento ideal para férias tranquilas

Ótima localização, em bairro tranquilo, longe da confusão, mas suficientemente perto para aceder a pé, em poucos minutos, à praia ou ao centro histórico. A casa corresponde exatamente ao anunciado e faz jus às fotografias. Trata-se de uma casa em bom estado, porém, em prédio com já alguns anos, pelo que o isolamento não é o melhor. Ainda assim, não sei se pelo facto de já não estarmos em época alta, segunda semana de Setembro, não se ouvia nada em demasia, sendo mesmo possível dormir de janela aberta. Ficamos uma semana, tendo cozinhado algumas vezes. Tem o equipamento necessário para tal, bem como loiça, talheres e copos. Na nossa opinião, poderia ter consumíveis, tais como detergente da loiça, panos de cozinha ou sabonete líquido. Nada que, no entanto, desvirtue a avaliação bastante positiva do espaço. Totalmente recomendável.

Bonito duplex cerca de la playa

El apartamento esta impecable y tiene unas vistas maravillosas desde la terraza de arriba. Cerca de la playa, pero en una zona muy tranquila. Se agradececpor la noche la brisa del mar que llega para dormir a gusto. Hemos estado fenomenal y la comunicación con el propietario ha sido perfecta.
