Disappointing and aggravating

Aside from the fact that this property was poorly kept up, (I am used to old Tel Aviv apartments and would not have complained) the property management has insisted that we lost a key (we did not!) and that we broke a ceiling fixture (it was broken when we got there), and that - aha!- they found a broken chair after we left (not sure who broke it, but it definitely was not us). They have resisted listening to my reasonable explanations (I believe their employee is a bit crazy- he lies a lot), and I think they have kept my deposit. I have been renting apartments in Tel Aviv since 2007 and have never had a complaint. Also in other parts of Israel. These people don't answer their phones (no answering service), and the employee caused a big problem with the hot water boiler switch, and then refuse to acknowledge it was his fault the I told him about it. I made a complaint to the Ministry of Tourism - to no avail. (Not that they didn't believe me -they said they are not resposible for private transactions.) I rented though VRBO as they have a good reputation -I did not realize I would be moved to another management company.. Now I hear these crazy people have posted a bad guest review - so I am filling this out to clarify my position.

Ann asked for 3 keys and returned only 2. Unfortunately after Ann stay we found 2 damages. She was made aware of and declined responsibility. It's a shame because it can happen to everyone and is not a lot of money. No money was taken from her as we didnt have her consent. Ann our whole team wish you to find the Shalom in your heart.

Great location!!

We arrived from the states after hours. Our host had forwarded all the information we needed to get into the property. And then we had a super great trip! We were able to get anywhere from our apartment and also really enjoyed the vibe of the neighborhood. The host delivered some beach towels right to us so we could enjoy the Tel Aviv beaches. Definitely recommend!

Amazing apartment and even better location!

The apartment is incredible! Very clean and modern looking. It also has an incredible wrap-around balcony that gives you a great view of Tel Aviv. Location is amazing as well! Your about a 5-10min walk from the beach and being on Dizengoff makes it really easy to get to anywhere in downtown Tel Aviv. Not only that, but there's lots of great cafes and restaurants walking distance from the apartment. Overall it was an amazing stay. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Great location

Great Apt , with fantastic view from the terrace. Only problem is with washing machine not working well and there was no Wifi in upstairs bedrooms
