A lovely, quiet apartment centrally located in Levato.

This is a perfect place to stay while day-trekking to the various Cinque Terre villages. Recently remodeled with updated appliances, electrical outlets and fixtures, owner Enrica really helps a new arrival get oriented to the vicinity. Her warmth, interest and generous nature are an added bonus to discovering (and uncovering) additional points of interest in the area. Highly recommended!

The most wonderful small townhouse

We loved the apartment, we love the owner and even learned a few words Italian! Enrica answered all our questions and shows perfect hospitality!! Cinque Terre is very busy and very touristic. Levanto is officially Liguria and has perfect (train) connections not only to all the villages in Cinque Terre but other attractive cities as well. We didn’t use the car but used all advantages of hiking one way and take the train back. Our stay was definitely too short!

Centrally situated apartment

The apartment is centrally situated in the historical centre of Levanto. It can be reached by car after registration by the owner Enrica Bazzoni, but parking is not possible in front. All shops, restaurants and the sea can be reached within minutes. The apartment is not very big, but comes with all necessary amenities. The only little disadvantage is the narrow living room. Enrica was very helpful in preparing our stay, though she had to undergo a serious heart operation. Therefore, her son Cesare welcomed us in Levanto and acted as her representative. He showed us the apartment and gave us a tour around the centre of Levanto. We enjoyed our stay very much and travelled by train or boat instead using the car. Many important soght can be easily reached that way.

Grossartiger Ausgangspunkt für Cinque Terre & Co

Die Unterkunft und Vermieterin Enrica waren wirklich ein Volltreffer. Enrica eine sehr herzliche und aufmerksame Person hat uns wunderbar empfangen und unterstützt und war für alle Fragen erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt ausgestattet, sehr sauber, dabei ruhig und hat eine tolle Lage im Zentrum von Levanto. Parkplatz gegen 8€/Tag Aufpreis in der Nähe mit der Möglichkeit, Gepäck vor der Haustür abzuladen (sehr praktisch). Wir würden wieder dort wohnen wollen und können es nur empfehlen.

Un gioiellino a Levanto

Caratteristica abitazione a Levanto, con una romantica facciata. La struttura non è molto grande ma funzionale, molto curata nei particolari dalla proprietaria, garbata e disponibile Signora Enrica. Pur essendo centralissima, è leggermente defilata e quindi in zona molto tranquilla. Comodissima ai servizi, il market è a 200 mt. e fornitissimo, il mare è a pochi minuti. Unica nota un po' negativa, ha bisogno di essere arieggiata e irradiata dal sole, altrimenti è un po' umida. Ottima per chi vuole fare un soggiorno tranquillo, ma in centro.

Gut, aber trotzdem ruhig gelegene, gemütliche Unterkunft.

Sehr schöner Kontakt mit Enrica. Ich wurde am Bahnhof persönlich abgeholt und mein Koffer (von ihrem Enkel) übernommen! Währenddessen eine nette Kommunikation mit vielen Informationen zum Ort und Umgebung. Sehr ausführliche Einweisung in die Wohnung. Diese ist liebevoll und sehr persönlich eingerichtet, trotzdem modern und alles in sehr gutem Zustand. Vom Garten nebenan kamen gute Düfte (des Zitronenbaums), und es war angenehmes Vogelgezwitscher zu hören. Nachts sehr ruhig. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt von 1 Woche. Danke, Enrica!

Tolle Wohnung in super Lage

Wir sind sehr herzlich von Enrica empfangen worden. Sie hat uns einen super Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung besorgt. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet und sehr sehr sauber. Enrica hat uns viele gute Tipps gegeben und uns durch Levanto geführt. Wenn wir noch mal in der Region Urlaub machen, dann werden wir mit Sicherheit bei ihr anfragen.

Wonderful!

Sehr nette Gastgeberin hat uns empfangen. Die Lage war bestens für alles als Ausgangspunkt fürs Erreichen der “Cinque Terre” Mann kann aussuchen, wo man gerne zum Baden gehen möchte. Wir haben Montessoro ausgesucht zum Baden nach einer Wanderung von Vernazza. Porto Venere ist der Heighlight! Wunderbar!

Au coeur de Levanto

Enrica a pris le temps de nous guider et nous accueillir vers sa maison située dans les petites rues au coeur de Levanto. Après avoir déposé nos bagages nous avons garé notre voiture dans une rue a proximité grâce à la carte de résident mise a disposition par Enrica a prix modique. elle nous a indiqué, en français 🙏, quelques bonnes adresses que nous avons testées avec plaisir ! Le logement est agréable, au calme, bien équipé et avec une très bonne literie. Nous avons visité les villages des Cinque Terre ainsi que la magnifique Porto Venere en prenant le train (gare a moins de 10 mn a pied) ou le bateau. Merci Enrica pour le Chianti 🍷 et l'eau fraîche dans le frigo, pour votre gentillesse et votre attention a notre égard. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Urlaub bei Enrica in Levanto

Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen in Levanto und Umgebung ( Cinque Terre) verbracht. Die Wohnung war in einem Top Zustand und sehr sauber. Enrica hat uns sehr viele gute Tipps gegeben und uns viel über Land und Leute erzählt. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Toller Aufenthalt

Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen, wenn man gerne zentral sein will. Die Fußgängerzone und auch der Strand sind quasi ums Eck. Für Zugreisende ideal, die Wohnung eignet sich toll für Paare, wir hatten unsere Kleine dabei (fast 3). Das hat auch gepasst. Enrica ist sehr nett und hilft jederzeit.

Eine nette kleine Wohnung, auch bei heißen Temepraturen kühl, Lage schön zentral und wenn man will trotzdem ruhig. Perfekt wäre sie, wenn es eine Terasse gäbe.

Alloggio accogliente e pulito in una comodissima posizione

La signora Enrica è gentilissima e disponibile. Ci ha fatti sentire a casa, accogliendoci calorosamente e condividendo con noi la passione che prova per Levanto e le zone limitrofe, che immortala con bellissime fotografie. Ci ha spiegato tutto ciò che c'era da sapere sulla casa e sulla città, soddisfacendo anche i dubbi che non sapevamo ancora di avere. L'appartamento è abbastanza spazioso e può ospitare comodamente fino a 3 persone. Non è provvisto di condizionatore né ventilatori, ma grazie alle pareti spesse è un ambiente fresco anche ad Agosto. Il bagno è spazioso, la cucina è dotata di fornelli, forno, forno a microonde e frigo. E' ben pulito e ha una posizione comoda in centro città, a circa 5-10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e a poche centinaia di metri dalle spiagge. Non ci è mancato nulla, dalle cose più elementari quali stoviglie e carta igienica a quelle più ludiche, come la variegata selezione di letture. Non c'è la televisione (per noi non è stato un problema) ma per i clienti più tecnologici sono presenti caricatori, spinotti e prese USB con cui caricare i propri dispositivi. Estremamente consigliato, l'appartamento è ottimo, se ci si sposta via treno risulta estremamente comodo.

Wohnung mit Herz im Herzen der Altstadt

Die kleine, aber feine und sehr saubere Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen, mitten im Städtchen und zwei Steinwürfe weg vom Strand! Enrica, die Vermieterin und ihr Mann sind überaus hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen und wie daheim. Die Wohnung selbst hat nicht so viel Licht und wirkt dennoch sehr hell und freundlich. Für Paare und auch zu dritt wie wir (mit 11-jähriger Tochter) ideal. Wenn wir wieder nach levanto kommen, „klopfen“ wir wieder zuerst bei Enrica an!

Alles hat wunderbar geklappt und Enrica war herzlich und stets für alle Wünsche erreichbar! Die Lage ist perfekt! Einzig die kleinen Fenster in der Erdgeschoss Wohnung machen das Apartement ein wenig dunkel.

Perfect stay in a charming neighborhood

Enrica and Albert were charming. They met us at the train and walked us to the house which was sparkling clean. We used the house as a base for Cinque Terre for four days. Our favorite town ended up being Levanto! The hikes were limited (the ocean trails from Riomaggiore to Vernazza were all closed) but it was easy to travel by train. We did hike from Levanto to Monterosso then on to Vernazza which was a beautiful hike. The house was sparkling clean and had ample room for the two of us. We had a great stay.

Charming and artfully decorated and perfect location!!

Enrika offers this charming one bedroom apartment in the heart of Levanto. We loved the location and her kindness to share her knowledge of the town and surrounding area. It was unusually hot during our 4 night stay so a bit uncomfortable. Maybe a fan for the bedroom would have helped. The apartment is extremely well equipped and decorated nicely with original art pieces.

Résidence Enrica

Magnifique région,les chemins cinq Terre sont fabuleux mais éprouvants. La mer était géniale, car toujours le fond pour les nageurs moyens.La maison au calme dans ce quartier médiéval.Madame Enrica est consciencieuse et conseille beaucoup pour ses hôtes.Dès notre arrivée, on fut à l'aise avec elle.Les concerts sur les différentes places ou églises étaient fabuleux, tout comme ce fameux feu d'artifice. Je recommande cette battisse médiévale, mais il faut savoir la respecter, la rendre comme on la reçoit.Madame Enrica fait tout pour cà, il faut donc jouer le jeu.Pour ceux qui ne savent pas, n'oublier pas d'ouvrir le réduit, il fait office de ventilation et d'aération. C'est le bémol de mon séjour , je ne le savais pas, et j'ai eu quelques soucis avec cà. Sinon,merveilleux séjour inoubliable pour nous deux. Famille Murisier. Ps. Attention les parkings! Vaut mieux s'arranger avec Madame Enrica avant le séjour, car les tarifs!!! C'est une astuce que je vous recommande.

Vacanza a Levanto

Padova 17 luglio 2018 Ho gradito molto questa vacanza a Levanto, l'appartamento era veramente gradevole ben disposto e dotato di ogni comodità. La posizione , in pieno centro ci ha permesso di raggiungere con facilità la via lungo il mare molto importante per me e mia moglie dato che abbiamo un handicap e possiamo muoverci solo su strade asfaltate spingendo un carrello. La signora Enrica (la proprietaria) è molto gentile e ci ha assistito per ogni necessità aiutandoci a risolvere i nostri problemi e abbiamo passato molte ore in piacevoli conversazione, se potremo tornare a Levanto cercheremo di averela stessa sistemazione. très bon appartement

Le logement d'Enrica est très bien situé: près de la mer,de la gare et des commerces .Idéal pour visiter les Cinque terre.Dans le quartier piétonnier de Levanto, nous étions au calme, réveilles par les oiseaux..Enrica nous a accueillis de manière exceptionnelle et elle nous a fait découvrir l'histoire de sa maison et de l'Italie. L'appartement est très fonctionnel. Voilà une très bonne adresse que nous transmettrons à nos amis Encore un grand merci à Enrica.
