After spending a day on one of 25 courses within 5 miles (less than a mile to Mid Pines & Pine Needles), you will it a hole in one whether you hit the town (minutes from Pinehurst Village & downtown Southern Pines) or stay in to grill out, play cornhole & unwind with a drink by the fire pit & a game of pool.

Also a fantastic place for a girls' weekend, or family retreat! 30 minutes to Fort Liberty.

Beautiful home in great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was well maintained and had a lot of nice amenities for my family to enjoy. The host was very accommodating and communicative throughout the process. We would definitely stay here again our next visit.

Convenience and Comfort at Right Price

Just what four seasoned golfers were looking for. House is at the intersection of roads direct to both Pinehurst and Southern Pines. Equipped and furnished with everything we needed for a full week stay. Recommend it. We would return if the opportunity arises.

Perfect location for our golf outing!

We had an excellent stay at Hilda‘s property. The house is in a perfect location to experience many of Pinehursts best golf courses. Close to both Pinehurst Village and Southern Pines. The accommodations were very comfortable, we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend this accommodation when visiting the Pinehurst area. We will be back. Thanks again, Hilda!

Midway House

The Midway House is a very comfortable, clean and nicely appointed home in an ideal location between the villages of Pinehurst and Southern Pines. Just minutes from many top golf courses and dining. We were a group of 4 retired friends on a golf trip, and the house was perfect for our needs and preferences. We would definitely use it again on a future trip

Perfect Pinehurst Retreat

Wonderfully updated/super clean house close to everything Pinehurst has to offer, countless golf courses and dining options within 5-10 minutes. Private and peaceful setting with no visible neighbors and a golf course across the street. Hilda (owner) did a wonderful job with communications and ensuring everything was ready for our stay. With 4 bedrooms (8 beds in total) and 2.5 baths, we had plenty of room for everybody. Spacious living area with two large couches and a huge flat screen tv made for excellent football watching (dvr was an added blessing and not always available in rentals). We also enjoyed the extra entertainment options: bonus room with pool table and flat screen tv, cornhole game which allowed for hours of fun in the yard. Plenty of fresh towels and linens were provided, the kitchen was also well stocked with cooking/dining necessities. We will definitely be coming back to stay in the future.

Golf trip

Second time staying at this property with the same group of golfers. Proximity to golf is superb and the house has a few extras that make it great for a group, including a pool table and cornhole boards. Nice outside screened porch and the house has adequate space for privacy but still great areas for sharing dining and relaxing. We used the grill one night as well. Great place to stay!

Perfect Spot

Hilda was an exceptional host. The property looks exactly like the photos is on a nice quiet lot and has everything you’ll need for the perfect stay. It is in a great location to both southern pines downtown and pinehurst area. Will book again when in the area!

Golf Buddy's Trip

This house was perfect for 6 guys' golf trip. Great location, fully equipped, enough beds for 8 and comfortably furnished. Had a slight issue with cable TV, buy it was resolved in a flash. One of the best vrbo's I've stayed in....highly recommend!

5 Stars all the way around!

The driveway was a little tricky to find but after that this place was great. 5 guys playing 2 rounds a day at courses in and around Pinehurst/Southern Pines. 2 mins from Southern Pines historic downtown, 5 mins from village of Pinehurst. Almost across the street from Pine Needles and Talamore. Plenty of beds, pool table and bag boards when we were actually at the house in the afternoon along with Cable TV and internet. Would rent from again in the future!
