On the ground floor:
- Living room with table and 6 chairs.
A sitting area with two leather sofas and coffee table.
- Large flat screen TV and Hifi system
- American kitchen including electric hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and electric robot.
- Bathroom with shower with glass walls, a washbasin on furniture, washing machine and dryer.
- separate WC
- A first bedroom with a double bed (160 * 200), two bedside tables, a flat screen TV, a large closet dressing.
Under the stairs a balloon hot water, vacuum cleaner and equipment maintenance of the house and two chairs.
- To enjoy your meal outside you have a choice between two terraces, one on the front of the house next to sea and the other at the rear of the house with an outdoor barbecue.
Both are equipped with a table and two benches.

- A second bedroom with sea view with a bed for two people (140 * 200), a dresser, two niches on each side of the bed and a flat screen TV, large closet.

Séjour au Conquet

L'emplacement est le gros point fort de cette location en sortie de Le Conquet. Plage à 5mn à pied, et surtout une vue magnifique sur la mer. La maison est bien lumineuse, équipement complet avec télé dans chaque chambre, en revanche les toilettes à l'étage doivent être revues car impraticable... Seul bémol, sinon je recommande cette location pour un tarif très correct. Famille LAVALETTE

Schönes Haus mit tollem Meerblick

Ein schönes sehr helles Haus mit einem tollen Meerblick. Auch die Lage hat uns gut gefallen: Man ist in wenigen Minuten am Strand oder kann nach Le Conquet oder zum Point St. Mathieu laufen (jeweils ca. 30 Minuten). Das Haus hat zwar keinen eigenen Internetanschluss, aber dafür sehr guten LTE Empfang. Wir haben mit einem LTE-Router und einer SIM-Karte von free.fr WLAN 'nachgerüstet'. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub und würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen. Tipp: Deutsche Bettwäsche passt nicht auf französische Zudecken :-)

Das Haus liegt in einer wunderschönen Gegend und verfügt über einen unverbauten Meerblick. In dem Haus findet man alles vor was man braucht. Einziges Manko ist der nicht vorhandene W-LAN Zugang und ausschließlich französisches Fernsehen. Die Rezeption vor Ort war sehr nett und hat sich zeitnah um alles gekümmert. Allein allem kann man das Objekt weiterempfehlen.

qualité/prix quelque peu décevante

Nous avons loué cet appartement sur 3 semaines soit du 17/08 au 07/09/2019 à 4 personnes adultes. Il a un atout indéniable : la vue sur l’océan qui est juste époustoufflante. Pour le reste, l’annonce précisait une villa or c’est une maison coupée en deux et la proximité des occupants de l’autre appartement nuie à la tranquilité du séjour (isolation phonique à revoir). L’habitat est géré par une agence et l’agent a été très accueillant mais par contre, à notre arrivée nous avons trouvé : la poubelle de la « miniscule et unique salle d’eau » non vidée, une douche en mauvais état (pommeau qui coule, température très difficile à régler, cabine sâle avec des moisissures dans les coins) et exigüe (80/80), le sèche-linge avec la porte du récupérateur d’eau pendante, le sèche-serviette qui ne fonctionne pas. Il faudra d’ailleurs 3 visites des propriétaires pour en réinstaller un autre. La cuisine, propre de première apparence, révèle une cafetière non nettoyée, des grilles du four très sales et un four globalement qui a bien vécu, le micro-ondes avec des résidus sur ses parois. Au niveau de la chambre du rez de chaussée, les volets sont également très sales. Pour ce qui concerne les chambres à l’étage, il restait des cheveux dans les tiroirs des commodes. La lunette des toilettes de l’étage est retenue par une ficelle. Le ménage de l’appartement a été réalisé partiellement (juste ce qui se voit !) et la poussière s’accumule. Au niveau des extérieurs : un barbecue avec des grilles rouillées (de plus, aucun matériel à disposition pour l’utiliser : gants, grande fouchette…), les poubelles ont été scotchées pour ne pas être utilisées car, selon la personne de l’agence de location, les résidents ne faisaient pas le tri sélectif (nous avons dû emmener nos poubelles à plusieurs kilomètres), des chaises en plastique sales, deux bains de soleil d’un autre âge (pour 6 ?), la table et ses bancs en bois non entretenus, les terrasses avec des herbes qui poussent entre les pavés. Nos photos sont témoins de toutes ces anomalies. Le séjour nous laisse donc un goût amer d’autant que la prestation n’est pas à la hauteur du tarif que nous avons payés sur cette période ; qui est le double de ce que nous avons l’habitude d’engager sur des locations de bien plus haute qualité en Bretagne et ailleurs trouvées sur le même site internet. En l’état, nous ne recommandons pas cette location.

Schönes Haus, das beste ist die direkte Sicht auf das Ma Wer und die Sonnenuntergänge. Für ältere Menschen sind die beiden im ersten Stock gelegenen Schlafzimmer nur über eine „lebensgefährliche „ Treppe zu erreichen. Die Terrasse war etwas ungepflegt. Polsterauflagen für die Liegen wären auch nicht schlecht. Aber alles in allem ein sehr gutes Haus.

Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Ausblick auf das Meer und die abendliche Sonnenuntergänge sind spektakulär. Leider gibt es im Haus kein WLAN und das Badezimmer hat zuwenig Möglichkeiten Handtücher aufzuhängen.

Tolle Lage mit Meerblick

Es war ein toller Urlaub. Das Haus war bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten genau das Richtige für uns. Es war alles da was man brauchte. Das was nicht ganz so toll war ist der Schimmel in der Dusche. Das sollte man vielleicht mal entfernen. Ein paar Deckenlampen fehlten auch, waren nur die nackten Glühbirnen da. Aber jeden Tag den Blick aufs Meer war ein Traum. Den Strand direkt vor der Tür...einfach toll!!!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt: das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet, die Lage ist ruhig und man kann Le Conquet fussläufig erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter - Team war unkompliziert und professionell. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Das Ferienhaus ist eine Doppelhaushälfte mit Trennwand zum Nachbarn, wenn dieser sich ruhig verhält kann man von einer allgemein ruhigen Lage sprechen, da man die vorbeiführende Straße nicht störend hört. Die Austattung und Raumaufteilung ist gut bis sehr gut, die Toilette im OG nur ein Notbehelf, die Dusche im EG hatte Schimmelstellen, die sehr freundliche Frau Cessou wurde informiert. Von drinnen und draußen hat man einen tollen Meerblick, und mit etwa Glück kann man Delphine in der Bucht beobachten, Fernglas nicht vergessen.

Top Lage mit fantastischem Ausblick

Im Haus findest man alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Die Lage ist einfach nur klasse. Etwas erhöht schaut man über das Meer und kann fast jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang von der Terrasse oder der Couch aus genießen. Zum Ortskern sind es ca. 2 km, die man auch gut zu Fuß gehen kann. Dort findet man alles, was man für den täglichen Gebrauch benötigt. Um es vollends perfekt zu machen, fehlen allerdings Liegestühle oder ähnliches zum relaxen auf der Terrasse. Dort befinden sich zwar zwei stabile Sitzgarnituren aus Holz, allerdings sind diese nur zum gemeinsamen Essen gut, aber nicht bequem, um länger drauf zu sitzen. Für die Bettdecken benötigt man große Bezüge, wenn man diese selber mitbringen möchte (ca. 160 x 200) oder man bucht die Bettwäsche hinzu.

Super Lage mit Meeresblick und in Strandnähe, im Haus viel Platz und lichtdurchflutet! Ideal für unsere beiden Vierbeiner (Magyar Vizsla ) ;Auch Le Conquet ist ein schöner Ferienort mit vielen Wandermöglichkeiten.

Quelle vue... le bout du monde en un seul regard.

Très bien située, la villa est super lumineuse et spacieuse. Le soir, le ballet des phares est superbe. Nous avons apprécié la proximité des restaurants et du confort de la région. Seul le wifi est absent !!!

Bonnes prestations générales

La vue mer est vraiment agréable, l'accès à la plage à pied, la proximité de la ville du Conquet et de ses commerces et restaurants. Les moins sont l'équipement un peu bas de gamme, le nettoyage des précédents résidents qui peut laisser à désirer et la proximité avec les voisins parfois bruyants (mitoyenneté). Mais si comme nous, vous aurez le plaisir de voir des dauphins de la terrasse, cela vous comblera !...

Schönes Haus mit traumhafter Aussicht

Das Haus was sehr schön, gepflegt mit ausreichend Platzt und gut ausgestattet. Die Aussicht war das Beste! Sehr helle, lichtdurchflutete Räume. Reibungsloser Ablauf bei Ankunft und Abfahrt. Manchmal hat man die Straße gehört, hat aber wenig gestört. Sehr schöne Spazierwege in der Umgebung, auch der Ort ist sehr nett.

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit unglaublicher Aussicht!

Wir hatten dort einen wirklich wunderschönen Urlaub. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und die Terrasse mit dem traumhaften Ausblick ist das Highlight. Der kleine Ort Conquet ist zauberhaft und die Menschen dort sehr gastfreundlich. Danke für eine tolle Zeit in Le Conquet.
