Positivo: posizione. Negativo: incoerenza tra sito e realtà (non ci sono asciugamani, vasca idromassaggio, la lavatrice e l'asciugatrice sono, come non specificato, in comune), e il divano letto è molto scomodo. Infine, attenzione, dopo il pagamento ti vogliono far firmare un contratto con delle clausole non presenti nella piattaforma, all'arrivo vogliono una cauzione di 300 euro in cash che ci siamo rifiutati di dare. vasca idromassaggio, lavatrice, asciugatrice

Unsere bisherige Unterkunft war leider nicht verfügbar, deshalb haben wir uns für eine Ferienwohnung über Fewo direkt entschieden. Die Buchung verlief problemlos sowie die Anreise. Die Wohnung selbst ist winzig. Die Erwachsenen schlafen auf einen Schlafsofa im Wohn-Essbereich. Die Küche und das Bad sind auch sehr klein. Die ganze Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Für Familien und Paare mit geringen Ansprüchen geeignet.

Très mauvais emplacement

Appartement situé juste au bord d'une route bouchonnée 16 H sur 24. Personne pour nous accueillir impossible de rentrer ni dans la cour (pas ce badge portail) ni dans l'immeuble pas de clé....) Pas d'internet gratuit disponible...ni de hotte d'évacuation d'air. Impossible d'utiliser la terrasse trop bruyante et pollution automobile.

Je recommande malgré un bémol !

Appartement conforme à l’annonce ! Idéalement situé. Route un peu bruyante mais c’est ok. Très bien équipé. Les sols n’ont cependant pas été nettoyés avant notre arrivée.. Les sanitaires étaient Ok. je recommande malgré cette déception !

Séjour familial à Ste Maxime

Appartement fidèle à l'annonce. 1 seul commentaire : il est difficilement visible dans l'annonce que la literie est fournie à part par la société de conciergerie, et dont le prix, que l'on connait après, est assez élevé et minore largement l'économie sur le logement. Le coût complet reste intéressant mais pas autant que ce qu'on croit au dèbut.

Studio bien situé

Le point fort de cette location est la proximité du centre ville et de la plage. Un supermarché se trouve en face de la résidence. Le point faible est le bruit de la route très passagère. Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances.

Emplacement idéal

L'appartement est idéalement situé, très proche des commodités et de la plage. Petite station balnéaire familiale avec ses boutiques, ses restaurants, ses marchés et son centre ancien piétonnier. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Très bon séjour

Le logement est petit mais très bien agencé. J’ai séjourné avec mon fils de 4 ans et sa c’est très bien passé. La plage est à 5 min à pied ainsi que le centre ville. Il y a un supermarché juste en face de la résidence très pratique. Le propriétaire est très gentil ainsi que la concierge très arrangeante. Je vous recommande ce logement

Une semaine au top

Séjour d'une semaine très agréable, au centre de Sainte-Maxime donc à proximité de toutes commodités (à deux pas de la mer, des commerces, des marchés, des restaurants, des sorties pour visiter les villes alentours et de l'office du Tourisme). Nous avons profité pleinement de notre séjour entre plongée, aquasphère, karting et nombreuses autres sorties. Pour couronner le tout, de belles animations dansantes mises en place au bord de plage réunissant toutes les générations c'était génial et convivial. En ce qui concerne l'appartement : fidèle au descriptif, tout y est. Nous savons et voyons exactement à quoi s'attendre, donc parfaitement conforme à l'annonce. On y trouve l'équipement nécessaire, prendre le petit déjeuné au soleil du matin qui est bien fort agréable. Il est certe situé au bord d'une rue, mais je me permets d'intervenir quant au commentaire d'Olivier, ce n'est pas un axe routier avec des camions il ne faut pas exagérer. La rue est passante en journée mais de manière normale et la nuit est calme, on peut dormir la fenêtre ouverte. Pour témoigner, nous avons eut une seule fois des voisins fêtards, mais nous sommes en vacances, dans un immeuble de ce fait, vous retrouverez toujours où que vous alliez "un peu de bruit" et ce, même dans des hôtels. Le rapport qualité/prix est compétitif, nous avons pu profiter pleinement de notre semaine de vacances et avec le temps magnifique que nous avons eut, nous étions la majeur partie du temps dehors ! Merci

Excellent séjour durant ces 2 semaines passées Location conforme à la description Proche de toutes commodités (carrefour market avec station essenceà 100 m, centre ville et plage à 300 m. Possibilités de loisirs nombreuses et variées. Cerise sur le gâteau un excellent rapport qualité prix. Garderons plein de bons souvenirs de notre passage à Sainte >Maxime et espérons y retourner
