About Debbie & Rick
After nearly 40 years as contractors, we retired and moved to TN. But we are an active couple who still enjoys digging into a good project. Remodeling and renovating real estate is our passion. Our home is conveniently perched between our 2 adult children and their families. We love our German Shepherd and enjoy walking or riding bikes with her. We love boating and exploring the backwaters and nuances of the Chickamauga.
Debbie & Rick purchased this house in 2016
Why Debbie & Rick chose Chickamauga Lake
We dreamed of owning a home on the water for many years and jumped at the opportunity when it presented itself! After spending time here we trust that you will be as blessed and rejuvenated as we are with each stay.
What makes this house unique
On this part of the Chickamauga there is less congestion, providing safer boating activities than many other highly populated areas. In the fall we enjoy watching the yachts and pleasure craft going by on their way to UT Knoxville games! And winter is a great time to enjoy clear blue skies, the fireplace on the front patio and a good cup of coffee while watching bird migration. The neighborhood is quiet providing a wonderful break from your busy life. Just a mile or less in either direction and you can access a boat launch and fuel.
