The house is perfect for a girls weekend… Very spacious and lots of seating for gathering in the living room… The backyard is huge and cozy. The kitchen is very well stocked. The fire pit was so easy to work and so relaxing. The pressure in the showers are phenomenal. The beds are super comfy. I would stay here again!

The pool was great to float on after a long day of work. My coworker really enjoyed the hot tub as well. Home was clean and beautiful and check in was a breeze. Will definitely stay next time we are in Dallas.

We travel a bunch. And this place was great. Plenty of room to chill outside. Which we did every night. And plenty of beds. House was very well stocked for us to cook. Good gas grill. Hot tub was a bonus. Would say it was a four seater. Neighborhood was middle class working folk. So we fit in perfectly. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at this property with my husband and two young children. unfortunately my experience was disappointing.One of the biggest concerns was privacy. On three separate occasions, men entered the garden without any consent, which felt intrusive and uncomfortable. Each time it was raised with management who said that contractors manage their own diary but will ensure I am notified before they arrive. This never happened. You will be given a rough outline of when to expect contractors however our experience was it would say Tuesday they turn up Monday. Our worst experience was two pool men walked into the garden no knocking while my daughter was undressed in the garden a day. This is something that should not be happening at all. I made the management team aware that this was frightening for all of us particularly as I was alone with my children while my husband worked but it continued. Cleanliness was also an issue, as there were noticeable stains on the mattress, which is unacceptable for any stay. In addition, the house is very dark, to the point where lights need to be on constantly, which made the space feel unwelcoming.There were a couple of positives — the rooms are a decent size and management did fix a broken bath plug quickly — but these points don’t outweigh the overall negative experience.I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Good place

Enjoyed it! Hot tub had been drained and cleaned right before our arrival, so it was cold the first day, but it was nice to know that it was clean for us the rest of the week!

Relaxing & Comfortable!

We had an amazing stay and really enjoyed the pool! There were a couple minor cleanliness issues, but the host was very responsive and had them fixed quickly! Beds were comfortable and we had all the amenities we needed! We would stay here again, thank you!!!

Good Location

Nice neighborhood, quiet, and central location to major highways. Communication with property manager was great. Very responsive and made it a point to check in on us almost daily.

After travelling from out of state for the funeral of a family member, this host cancelled our reservation on the day we arrived.

Our stay

It was a nice place to stay. The kids loved the pool. The neighborhood is pretty packed tight but very quiet and a nice fenced in backyard. We had one small issue but it will get fixed. Communication is very good at this rental. Overall we had a great vacation and stay

Weekend Getaway

Was great weekend to relax with the pool, jacuzzi, and deck with close proximity to Six Flags. Backyard is hidden gem in the city. Bunk beds added plenty of sleeping space for the younger kids. Highly recommend.

Our Irving Home away from Home

Overall, we enjoyed our stay in your property. Well stocked kitchen very impressed. You need a funnel (LOL) and a better wine cork remover. The home is comfortable.
