Villa fully renovated in 2016, located 1 km from the center of Besse-sur-Issole, village Var 40 km of tracks (Toulon, Hyères, Bormes-Les-Mimosas) and airport, 1 hour of Lavandou, supermarkets 10 min, bakery, cafes, restaurants, small supermarket in the village. The house has a new kitchen open to the dining room, great cooking center induction, American fridge, it is suitable for a large group or several families. separate TV room, mezzanine. 5 bedrooms open onto a terrace, 3 bathrooms, 2 toilets, washing machine, extra large fridge, storage space. teak furniture, decor sober and soothing. All rooms are equipped with cupboards, beds from 180 in adult bedrooms, two bathrooms are completely new and independent WC .A the outside to can enjoy a large covered terrace (35m2) south allowing to easily accommodate all the guests in the shade, teak furniture and other large north terrace overlooking another part of the garden. Large plot of 5400 m2, secured by a gate. The 10x5m heated swimming pool is covered with an electric shutter for the safety of the little ones. You can also relax in the evening around a good barbecue in a quiet. Ping pong, wifi, TV, bed linen provided. Sunday to Sunday rental. The final cleaning is included in the rates.

Beautiful property & home

We had a wonderful time with family here. The downsides were having to bring our own towels (flying in from another country) & the fact that airconditioning was advertised, but was not available in the bedrooms, which made sleeping difficult some of the time.

Great family holiday

Cathy the concierge was very welcoming but spoke no english and my schoolgiirl french was very rusty, but we managed. The house was as described but the airconditioning was only in the dining room. Luckily there was a cooling breeze to make the high temperatures more comfortable. Everything in the house was as described, however it would have been more helpful if was stated that towels were not included. The party was aged 14-72 and all had a great timr

Es war ein Traum. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und sehr groß. Das Außengelände und der Pool sind fantastisch. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir haben zwei sehr entspannte Wochen Urlaub verbracht.

Hébergement tout à fait pratique pour séjourner avec 6 adultes et 6 enfants. Grandes pièces de séjour, grande cuisine, grande terrasse, chambres et salles de bains spacieuses. Grands espaces extérieurs et grande piscine permettant aux enfants de jouer à l'aise.

Perfecte vakantiewoning. Terras waar er altijd schaduw is (ideaal als het 36c is), en 's avonds zalig om te zitten. In de slaapkamers is er geen airco maar de ventilatoren zorgen voor voldoende afkoeling en doordat er overal rolluiken aanwezig zijn, kan je het huis redelijk koel houden. Heel rustig gelegen en op 20 minuutjes wandelafstand van het idylische dorpje besse sur issole waar er ook een visvijver is. De kinderen hebben zich goed geamuseerd in het grote zwembad. We hebben enorm genoten.

Schönes ruhiges Haus

Wir hatten mit drei Familien einen schönen Aufenthalt in Besse-sur-Issole. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, der Pool und das Gelände sehr schön. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, ein Auto absolut empfehlenswert. Leider gab es keine Sonnenschirme am Pool und die Stühle am Esstisch waren ohne Sitzauflagen etwas unbequem. Ansonsten kann man eine sehr gute Zeit in diesem Haus verbringen.

Toller Aufenthalt

Das Haus, der Garten und ganz besonders der große Pool – alles top! Das Haus ist geräumig, die Betten sind bequem und die Küche erstklassig ausgestattet. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage im Wohn- und Küchenbereich. Da es während unserem Aufenthalt sehr heiß war, wäre eine Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern ein schönes Plus gewesen. Wir haben aber auch mit Deckenventilatoren einigermaßen gut geschlafen. Sehr schön ist der große Garten, die vielen Liegen um den Swimmingpool und der Grillbereich, welchen wir ausgiebig genutzt haben. Die Übergabe und auch die Endabnahme mit und durch Cathy ging einfach und reibungslos, wofür wir uns hier nochmals ganz herzlich bedanken möchten. Die Kommunikation mit Luc und Isabelle war jederzeit komplikationslos! Die Gegend hat uns sehr gut gefallen, es gab viel zu entdecken. Morgens sind wir mit dem Fahrrad ins Dorf zum Bäcker gefahren. Für uns eine rund um gelungene Woche!

Traumhafter Urlaub

Das Haus und das Grundstück sind noch schöner als auf den Bildern dargestellt. Auch die Lage ist top. Unsere Kinder Insgesamt 5 zwischen 7 und 11 Jahren) haben das riesige Grundstück voll ausgenutzt und ihnen ist nie langweilig geworden. Die Betten waren hervorragend. Auch die Terrassenmöbel sind aus hochwertigem Holz. Ebenso die Liegen. Hinzu kommt, dass alles für 12 Personen vorhanden ist!!! Wir waren schon oft in Ferienhäusern und haben eine solche Qualität noch nicht gehabt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Küche mit ausreichend Platz und allem was nötig ist. Zudem sind sämtliche Geräte neuwertig. Der Kühlschrank ist riesig und in Kombination mit dem 2. großen Kühlschrank im Keller konnten wir alles jederzeit ohne Stapeln kühlen. Die Kommunikation mit den Isabelle und Luc hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Wir können das Haus mit der tollen Lage wirklich empfehlen.

Leuk verblijf

Een zeer leuk vakantiehuis met een prachtig domein. Alles was aanwezig om je te amuseren. De ligging van het zwembad was ideaal voor onze kinderen, de volwassenen konden rustig aperitieven onder het terras en toch perfect de kinderen in het oog houden. Een aanrader voor een rustige vakantie.

Beautiful property

We had a fantastic week here. The pool and patio is amazing. The villa was very clean and spacious. It’s a 20 min walk in to Besse Sur Issole which is a lovely village and has a few restaurants although we drove because the walk is along country roads with no pavements. Only suggestion would be it would be great if you didn’t have to clear away your own rubbish given the cleaning fee. We had no room in our car and had to carry it on our laps.

Nous avons passé un séjour fabuleux dans cette maison tout confort ! Tout y est bien pensé pour une grande famille ! Nous avons été agréablement surpris car elle est encore bien plus belle que sur les photos !Équipements modernes, literies de très bonne qualité et propreté irréprochable ! Les enfants comme les adultes ont profité de cette immense propriété : de belles parties de pétanques, de Ping Ping, des fous rires en jouant à cache-cache, piscine, transats ! Le top ! Merci à Cathy, toujours aimable et disponible, qui nous a accueilli avec plaisir. Nous recommandons cette belle maison et y retournerons très sûrement !
