Tervetuloa Ohana Treasure, osa Hawaiian Luxury Collection -mallistoa. Ohana Treasure on KaMilo on ihana 4 makuuhuoneen koti yksinomainen Mauna Lani Resort.

Olemme ylpeitä tarjoamme joitakin kaikkein halutuimmista koteista Kohalan rannikolla ja olemme innoissamme lisäämään Ohana Treasure -mallistomme.

Olemme nyt tehneet yhteistyötä Ohana Treasure'n upeiden asunnon kanssa, jotta saisimme samanlaisen hyvin varustetun kodin koko perheellesi tai ryhmällesi.

Ohana Treasure tarjoaa täydelliset puitteet Hawaii-pakoillesi ja on suunniteltu jopa 10 hengen kokouksiin, ja se tarjoaa upean, rentouttavan, ylellisen ja hyvin varustetun kodin Havaijin lomallesi. Ohana Treasure hakee Havaijin viehätystä siitä hetkestä, kun kävelet. Jokaisessa huoneessa on polynesiläinen inspiroitu huonekalut ja paikalliset taideteokset ja punaiset korostukset vastoin muuten neutraalia sisustusta. Tunnelma on heti hienostunut ja kutsuva.

Big Island on niin ihmeellinen paikka viettää ystävien ja perheen, lasten ja lastenlasten kanssa. Lomat luovat ihania muistoja; Toivomme, ett�� tämä matka on yksi mielenkiintoisimmista perheen muistoistasi ja että palaat vuosi toisensa jälkeen.

Talossa on kaksi makuuhuonetta, erillisiss�� kerroksissa sekä king-vuoteella että oma kylpyhuone. Kolmannessa huoneessa on queen-vuode, ja neljännessä makuuhuoneessa on kuningas ja extra pitkä Twin. Tarjolla on myös pinnasänky, jonka ansiosta talo voi nukkua kymmenen ihmistä mukavasti.

Ilmava avoin konseptin pääkerroksessa on keittiö, ruokailutila, suuri huone ja suuri Lanai, jossa on ulkokeittiö. Ruokapöydässä mahtuu mukavasti 10 henkeä. Lanan ulkotiloissa on 4 istumapaikkaa ja 4 laajaa keittiötilaa. Suuret uskomattoman mukavat sohvat ja tuolit mahtavassa huoneessa ja Lanai-hotellissa ovat ihanteellisia rentoutumiseen pitkän päivän jälkeen, kun hauskaa auringossa! Suuri huone sopii erinomaisesti rentoutumiseen, pelien pelaamiseen, musiikin kuuntelemiseen äänipalkissa, pelin katseluun tai elokuvan rentoutumiseen maksuttomasta NETFLIX- tai Apple TV: stä.

Yläosassa on grilli ja se on yhdistetty suuriin huoneisiin lasitaskuovilla, jotka katoavat seinään auki. Lanai tuntuu suuren huoneen laajennuksena. Jokainen Lanai on sisustettu tyylikkäästi mukavuutesi ja nautintoasi varten. Olitpa juhlia syntymäpäivää, vuosipäivää, uutta työtä, eläkkeelle jäämistä tai yksinkertaisesti juhlia auringonpaistetta, kotimme on varmasti loistava kokemus.

Elegantin, mutta viihtyisän kalustetun kodin rakentamisen jälkeen tunnemme sen usein pienet yllätykset ja mukavuudet, jotka tekevät kaiken eron.

Rakastamme rakentaa todella suuria hiekka linnoja. Kohalan hiekka on tästä poikkeuksellinen, ja meillä on sekä lapsille että aikuisille tarkoitettuja työkaluja. Päiväsi rannalla löydät

• Mukavat rantatuolit, rantamatot, sateenvarjot, hiekkalelut ja hiekkalaatikkolaitteet, lentopallo ja jalkapallo
• Suuri kokoelma snorkkeli-vaihteita monikokoisina, jotta voit jakaa meren ihmeitä
• Boogie-levyt nauttivat pelaamisesta aaltoissa
• Pelastusliivit, uimahihnat nuoremmille
• Suuret pyöräiset j��ähdyttimet ja tupperware-astiat rantapikille

Nauti kokoelmastamme (aikuiset, nuoret ja lapset, joilla on kypärät ja lukot). Ne sopivat erinomaisesti yksityiselle rannaklubille, tutustumalla Mustan hiekkarannan historiallisiin perusteisiin, Fairmontin lomahotelliin tai moniin muihin ihaniin paikkoihin, joita Mauna Lani tarjoaa. Kysy meiltä GEM-naapuruston sähköauton (Golf cart) vuokrausta, jotta saat perheen hauskempaa.

Asioita tehtävänä:

Yksi suurimmista perksistä on läheinen virkistyskeskus. Se ulottuu lähes 2 hehtaarin verran, mukaan lukien lap-allas, lastenallas ja suuri ilmainen tyylinen uima-allas, jossa on erillinen poreallas. Keskukseen kuuluu myös työhuone (ei huone), jossa on vapaita painoja ja uusimmat painokoneet. Tässä rakennuksessa on miesten ja naisten pukuhuoneet, joissa on graniittiset nielut ja suihkut. Pääsy sisältyy vieraillemme!

Voit myös hyödyntää puhdasta yksityistä rantaklubia, jossa on hengenpelastajat ja Napua-ravintola vain kahden kilometrin päässä. Erinomainen snorklaus rauhallisilla vesillä!

Lyhyen ajomatkan päässä on kuusi (6) Havaijin upeimpia rantoja, kuten Beach 69, Hapuna-ranta ja henkeäsalpaava Mauna Kea -ranta.

Kohalan rannikko on golfin paratiisi, jossa on seitsemän (7) haastavaa kurssia, jotka sijaitsevat 7 kilometrin päässä huvilastamme.

On ostoskeskus kävelyetäisyydellä pienellä gourmet-markkinoilla (Foodland), jossa on deli, tuoreita sushia ja leipomo. GREAT House

We LOVED staying at Ohana Treasure. The house was perfect for our group. Clean, comfortable beds and linens, plenty of towels. They provided laundry soap which was a great surprise! Plenty of room for entertaining. We traveled with 17 family members and rented 3 properties in this neighborhood, and Paradise was great for us all.

What an AWFUL smell!!

We love the big island and KaMilo is one of our favorite places to stay. We are also huge VRBO supporters and always look here for our holiday choices. However our stay this time was not the same and left a pungent fowl smell in our nostrils. Though the home is beautiful and has many amenities, we were greatly disappointed and it did not meet our expectations at all. The house boasts a beautiful view and one of our favorite things to do is open up the big sliding glass doors to the deck and sit outside for meals. In this house however the glass sliding doors were so difficult to open that it sometimes took two adults just to get the them to move at all. Having to put so much effort into opening the doors was not only a huge hassle, but a risk for back injury. Though this was difficult, we managed just fine. Then, one day after coming in from the beach, we noticed a very fowl pungent smell coming from the upstairs powder room. Having stayed in cabins close to our home, we recognized the smell right away and knew there was a dead rodent somewhere in the bathroom. We looked all over and couldn't find anything (ick!!) So we contacted the agent but was told that due to in being over the weekend they couldn't send anyone out until Monday. The smell kept getting stronger and started to seep into the upstairs master bedroom and master bath and even into the kitchen. Family we had upstairs were starting to feel ill do to the odor. When a serviceman did come out, they couldn't find anything and established that it had either died in the roof or one of the walls and they wouldn't be able to get rid of the smell until they could cut into the wall. Needless to say, we had to live with a dead decomposing rodent smell for the rest of our island holiday. Sadly, we didn't find the agent very helpful or empathetic at the slightest. If it were my home and it had happened to my guests, I would have done all I could to offer some compensation for the issue and overall discomfort that it caused. However, that is not the case. We tried to notify the owner of the home, but were not able to get in contact. I hope that they have a chance to read this so they know how their beautiful home and guests are being treated. Unfortunately, this is one home that we would not recommend nor will we be returning to.

We had two sets of grandparents, aunt, my husband and I, and our 3 kids (5, 3, and 1) stay for 9 nights at this property. One bedroom is upstairs, the remaining 3 are downstairs so if mobility is an issue for many members of the group, I wouldn’t recommend this property. Otherwise, it’s GREAT! We loved the open space, the lanais, the Mauna Lani beach club, pool, and fitness center. Things to note: 1) if you want to explore the Hilo/Kilaeaua side of the island a lot, stay on that side for a couple nights, it’s a long drive over there and not economical to go back and forth everyday; 2)we had unexpected visitors (a scorpion and gecko). We removed the scorpion but the gecko was fast and we couldn’t catch him. He was there before we got there and is still here now. 3)the downstairs bath has mold and mildew on the shower curtain and in the grout. The rest of the bathrooms (3) were super clean; 4) the beds have varying degrees of firmness. The bunk bed room has the firmest. The downstairs master bed is fairly soft. It’s like Goldilocks and the three bears trying to find the right comfort level. The bunk beds were perfect for my older kids and I put the guardrails up to make sure they didn’t fall off. My 1 yr old slept in the pack and play provided and the baby monitor was easy to use. 5)there’s no baby gate for the stairs so we used the bar stools to block the stair access for my 1 yr old but it’s a pain. With everything said, I would stay again! Thanks!

Wonderful house for three families

We couldn't have been happier with our stay. The house is spacious, open, and attractively decorated, with additional space for sitting outside. Somehow it felt very private even with a lot of other properties around it. And the proximity to the pool was accurately described -- very close. We did a couple of bike rides, including one to snorkel at 49 black sands beach. Loved our stay.

We are a family of 6 adults, 3 couples and one 16 yr.old grandson. All 4 units had a bedroom. We have stayed in many beautiful condos. This was our first house vacation. The layout of rooms was convenient. We ate inside at the dining table and sometimes out side on the lanai. The lanai outside had a sofa and someone was usually on it reading or computing. The kitchen had every convenience as far as utensils, pots and pans and dishes. We cooked most of our meals and used the microwave, range top, oven and the outdoor grill. Grocery shopping was convenient. We used the pool and hot tub almost every day. Very quiet and just a few steps from our unit. A little difficult to have only one key to the area and it took cell phone communication to get people into the pool. We were very satisfied with the information supplied to us and never questioned anything. People had left some supplies and we did as well. Very nice. We had a wonderful time and pleased with our first foray into renting a home.

Beautiful home for our family of 9

Home was spacious and well stocked, it has everything you could possibly need. Layout was spacious & very clean. It was perfect for our grandchildren. Bedrooms were big & tv’s in every room. Kitchen was perfect for our guys to do ther cooking.

Ohana treasure and sand castle villa

We came with all 19 of us, children and grandchildren, and rented two homes. It was absolutely awesome! Both homes are the same floor plan, very family friendly, and just a four minute walk between them! The homes are so well prepared, portable cribs, high chairs, cookware, spices, the sand castle villa Even has a motorized spit on the grill to roast pineapple (it was delicious)! We found out on our first day, a Sunday, that the washing machine wasn’t working, so I texted the management company, and they sent someone out that day. They said the machine couldn’t be fixed, and said they would replace it asap and in the meantime asked if we needed access to an empty property to use theirs. The washer was replaced the next morning. The management company responded quickly to every question or request. The grounds are beautiful, the pools are great, the mauna lani beach is perfect for the little kids, and awesome for snorkelers-we saw sharks, eels, octopus…it was really some of the best and easiest snorkeling I’ve done in Hawaii! And for the bigger kids, Hapuna beach is perfect for boogie boarding and body surfing! Close to shops and car from crowds and downtown! We’re already figuring out when we can come back, and we will 100% be booking these homes again!

Lovely location with 2-minute walk to Pools & rec centre and 5- minute drive to Beach Club at Mauna Lani. Great vacation !

Let the Good Times Roll

Family vacations are not new to us. We ( my 3 adult children, their children and my husband and I ) have spent many seasonal all over. The first impression of the environment was quite a surprise we all had a tremendous respect for the resilience of Hawai’i ´s residents.: So much Lava and desolation. Arriving at our rented home was a great joy. The neighborhood , the luxurious nature was stunning. Walking through the front door well to put it mildly: superb❣️❣️ Spacious, and so practical. Kitchen offered all the modern commodities. Miissing dishwashing rags and dish towels. The pantry had a dreadful smell!!! I found the culprit: a frying basket that was not deep cleaned. Had to leave it outside I washed shelves and put dryer sheets to bring down the smell. I would suggest a deep clean of cabinets we found some roaches and a scorpion, in the bunker room. They were not a determent we are just informing you. One cannot live in a Tropical environment and not have little critters. Just specify that food residue on cooking tools and cupboards will attract bugs. On an other subject:we bought Clorox for the bedding and white towels, they should disinfected The floors: marble has to be washed with a mix of a low PH : bicarbonate 2 teaspoons and a drop of dishwashing soap. Will keep the shine. Changing the water per rooms We all took great care to maintain the home’s beautiful look. The pantry is fuller. A complimentary gift to the next client The fridge too. We had a wonderful time visiting the Island from beaches to restaurants and all the popular national parks. We even had a Rhum tasting! We must not forget the gracious and accommodating personnel❣️❣️ Koodos to all Mahalo. Each of us will highly recommend taking a trip and stay at your Resort. Lastly. The garage was useful, for beach things. We couldn’t park either vehicle because another truck was in it. With this a close my review Claudia, Manuel, Jeremie, Alexandre, Christine, Julien, Lily Rose, Amélia René and I, wish you well and safe tomorrows. Mahalo

Great location, close to the pool and shopping.

Very modern and comfortable. We liked the fact we could use the beach toys, surf boards, cooler and other swim equipment. The local beach was very nice and the nearby pool was so big we thought we were the only ones there. We enjoyed the size and location of this beautiful home, in a gated community.

Beautiful Property

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Ohana Treasure. It had ample room for our family and the featured amenities were many and exactly as described. We really appreciated and enjoyed access to the pool and beach club. The Mauna Lani resort area is a wonderful vacation spot. One of the most highly rated beaches in Hawaii, Hapuna Beach was just a short 5 min drive. This is a place we would return to again when visiting Kona.

Amazing amazing staycation!

The reservation process went smoothly. Management was very responsive to all the questions and concerns I had. The house was exactly as pictured. There was 10 of us; 7 adults and 3 children, and there was lots of space for all of us. There was lots of gear in the garage for use which made the stay extra fun. The neighborhood was well manicured and pleasant. All in all the description of the property was spot on. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Birthday Staycation

We escaped our rainy town to spend my daughter’s 7th birthday here. The condo was a really good size that accommodated my family of 10 very comfortably. The rooms were spread out throughout the condo and each room had its own bathroom. The kitchen and living room were very spacious and the outdoor deck with the grill was a big plus! The condo was located right across the pool which was very convenient, especially for my 70 year old grandma and myself, hauling baby gear to and from for my 6 month old. The condo even came equipped with a high chair and playpen (crib sheet included) readily set up for my baby which was really nice! Whoever is contracted to clean the condo didn’t do the greatest job though, when we checked in we could feel that the floor was not clean and after walking around the condo all day the under of our feet were black. The countertops also needed to be wiped clean. The only complaint I’d have would be the neighbors who are residents. Not friendly at all! We even greeted them and no reply/no gesture. They even took pictures of us unloading our cars as we had to stop on the road to quickly unload our luggage before parking in the garage, which was a bit tiny for our large SUV (parking alongside the road is against the rules). We felt a little harassed by the residents of the community. One lady even took time to come to the pool and take pictures of my party (10 including my infant) and another family. The condo we booked slept 10 and all members of my party at the pool were registered under our reservation.

5 Stars for Ohana Treasure

By far our favourite home stay experience. The home is very well appointed and was extremely comfortable for our group of 6. We could have easily accommodated up to 10 people and would have still felt very comfortable. We appreciated the proximity to the community pool/fitness area and all the amenities the home offered, especially the bikes and beach gear. The communication was always fast, clear and friendly. We started missing the Ohana Treasure as soon as we checked out. Hope to return again one day.
