This house of 113 m2, is located in one of the typical streets the town of Cadaques, a second row of the sea, 1 minute from the beach. It is a former fisherman's house completely renovated and updated in 2014. It consists of a ground floor, with direct access from the street, where is the room, the dining room and the built-in kitchen; a first floor with a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and a laundry room; a second floor with a bedroom with a double and a single bed and a bathroom with a bathtub; and an independent studio that opens onto a large terrace with magnificent views.
It has a parking space near the house. It has free Wifi. It has heating by electric radiators.
In winter season (from October 1 to April 30) electricity consumption will be charged. - Cleaning at the end of the stay will be charged separately. - Sheets and towels not included. You can rent sheets and towels.

Awesome town

Cadaques is a special town and the house we stayed in also reflects how special it is. We liked very much the house… it had all that was needed to be comfortable. The house has many stairs and the town has also steep hills which makes it so special.

Wir waren mit unseren erwachsenen Töchtern zu Gast und haben das Haus sehr geliebt. Es hat eine super Lage und eine fantastische Aussicht. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Wenn überhaupt etwas anzumerken wäre, dann das die Betten für uns ein wenig klein waren und die Küche ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen - aber für uns hat es genau so gepasst. Petite Maison sur 3 étages avec belle vue sur mer

Très belle maison de village, décorée avec goût et bien placée à CDQ, juste derrière la plage del poal. Terrasse au 3eme étage avec une vue panoramique sur la mer.Seul bémol au niveau des équipements : pas de lave-vaisselle. Sinon, tout était parfait !

Un séjour incroyable dans une superbe maison de pêcheur rénovée !

Un séjour incroyable du fait du temps magnifique que nous avons eu et qui nous a permis de randonner à travers le superbe parc naturel du Cap de Creus durant toute la semaine. Et incroyable également par la situation de la maison dans le vieux Cadaquès à deux pas du bord de mer et de tous les commerces. La maison est tout simplement géniale. Bien équipée (rien ne manque), décorée avec beaucoup de goût, spacieuse et le gros plus, la terrasse qui domine tous les toits avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la baie de Cadaquès. Certes il faut monter les étages mais ça vaut vraiment le coup ! Le plus également : la mise à disposition d'une place de parking dans un garage ce qui est indispensable lorsqu'on réside sur Cadaquès surtout en période touristique. On reviendra avec plaisir et si on avait pu on serait bien restés ! :)

La plus belle terrasse de Cadaquès

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable à Cadaquès. La terrasse offre une vue incroyable sur la mer et le village de Cadaquès. Elle est située au 3eme étage de la maison, tandis que la cuisine est au rdc, ce qui est sportif mais c’était sans surprise. Les propriétaires sont très réactifs. Ils ont répondu à toutes nos questions et nous ont même permis de récupérer les clés un peu plus tôt. Seul petit bémol : la cuisine n’était pas très propre à notre arrivée mais l’agence immobilière en charge de la location a tout de suite fait intervenir un professionnel pour remettre un coup de propre donc rien à dire !

Mitten in Cadaques

Zwei wunderschöne Spätsommer Wochen mitten in Cadaques erlebt. Beide Badestrände sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Aussicht von oben auf die Bucht von Cadaques ist immer wieder ein Erlebnis. Kommen gerne wieder.

Magnifique vue sur mer

la terrasse au dernier etage est grande et la vue est incroyable. La maison est parfaitement située et le garage est un atout. La maison est tout équipée (il manque juste un lave vaisselle et une plancha qui serait agreable). Seul point negatif, nous n'avons pas eu de wifi de la semaine, un reparateur est venu en fin de semaine mais n'a pas resolu le probleme... vraiment dommage

Schönes Stadthaus mit Traumblick

Zum zweiten Mal waren wir in diesem Haus und haben wieder den Komfort, die schöne Einrichtung und natürlich die Dachterrasse genossen. Beide Schlafzimmer haben jetzt Deckenventilatoren, was sehr angenehm ist. Die Möwen waren dieses Mal wirklich laut, was wohl an der Brutzeit lag. Aber sonst war es auch in Cadaques wieder sehr schön. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Nous aimons beaucoup Cadaques. L’emplacement était idéal, à quelques pas de la mer et des restaurants/bar et commerces mais rue piétonne calme. Vue exceptionnelle de la terrasse qui nécessite de monter les étages mais permets ainsi d’entretenir la forme ! Dispose de tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances.

Cadaques fisherman's House

We have just spent a week in this beautiful house. It is well equipped, tastefully furnished and beautifully preserved with what appear to be original windows, shutters and doors while the view from the terrace is spectacular. You will need to be able to manage steep stairs between floors - 3 sets - we thought of them as essential to counteract the effects of the delicious ice cream available just below the house. It's a really lovely place to stay right in the middle of town but just set back enough from the sea front to be slightly calmer. Our one observation is that a ceiling fan (like the one in 2nd floor bedroom) in the 1st floor bedroom would be really helpful in very hot weather. We hope to book it again next year.

Superbe maison du coeur de village avec une vue magnifique sur le port de Cadaquès. Proche de toutes les commodités. Celebrated a wonderful 70th birthday retreat with family in this charming house.

A well stocked, delightful home from home in the best location in Cadaqués. The view from the terrace is perfect for sketching, basking in sunshine or just watching the day's harbour activities. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and will be sure to return.
