This beautiful lodge style home on 8.5 acres has 7 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, & 3.5 bathrooms. It is conveniently located just 10 minutes from Flathead Lake. Flathead Lake offers several recreational areas that offer bathrooms, picnic areas, swimming, and boat ramps. Along the majestic lake you will also find stands selling locally grown cherries, apples, and plums. The town of Bigfork offers all the amenities needed including grocery stores and dining. Kalispell is only a 20 minute drive and Glacier National Park is 45 minutes.

The main floor contains the main kitchen, living area, a half bath, the laundry, and the master suite with full ensuite bathroom. The living area has that rustic Montana feel with a wood burning stove and beautiful log accents. The upper level is perfect for multi-family vacation groups. There is one shared bathroom, but two bedrooms are located at one end of the house while the other two are situated separately on the other side. Another great multi-family feature is the mother-in-law suite. On the basement floor is a separate living area with a kitchen, laundry room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. The bathroom is a full bath with a shower(no bathtub in the basement bathroom).

Outside there are multiple trees that shade a beautiful lawn ideal for entertaining and evening fun with the kids and family. Relax on the porch in the hot tub after a long day of adventure. The front lawn has a fenced yard ideal for younger kids to play safe. There’s plenty of room on the property to run and have endless hours of fun for families of all stages and ages. We absolutely loved staying here! The property was nice and big and had more than enough amenities for the whole family! The little ones loved the playground and us adults loved the deck and many places to sit to converse. There weren't any check out instructions, but a quick message cleared everything up for us! Overall, the stay was clean, beautiful, easy, and accommodating!

Great place for large gatherings

This place is perfect for large gatherings. We had 12 with us and it was perfect. Beds were super comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to fix large meals! Communication with owner was excellent. She always responded back quickly. Everything was thought of. To a crib and pack n play to fans in most of the rooms. 10 out of 10!

Perfect house

This house was just perfect!! We had a wedding at the venue next door, and both the location and size of the house were just what we needed. Watching the sunset from the deck was an added bonus!!!

Great house for multiple families!

This house was perfect for our three families. There were 14 of us and we had plenty of room. The kids had a great time playing in the huge yard and we all enjoyed soaking in the hot tub. The wrap around deck was a great place to have your morning coffee and a perfect place to chat in the evenings. I would definitely recommend this house for a large group! The check in and check out process was super easy too.

We planned at the last minute and found this house that had more than enough bedrooms!

There was plenty of room since there are 3 levels to this house. The deck with the bbq and hot tub was nice and it was a nice spot to watch the sunset. The house itself is a bit unique with many types of flooring, but didn’t bother us for being a vacation home. With the different floors came small level changes that could be a trip hazard if you’re not careful including one area of the deck. There was a small kitchen downstairs so two families could easily stay here. The three levels and two family room/tv areas was nice. The location worked well for us since we went into Big Fork and Kalispell as well as Glacier National Park. Some things to be aware of: there was no garbage disposal (at least we couldn’t find a switch) and the master shower took a while to figure out how to actually make the water come out of the shower head. The washing machine could not run a cold only load. There was no central AC so only the lowest level stayed cool. The upper level has a portable AC that vents out of a window and that helps some, but we made the mistake of turning it off the night we arrived and it took days to get the house cooled down much. If you’re Ok with not staying in a super modern home and space is a big priority, this house would probably be great for you.

Amazing Montana Getaway

Our friend group had an amazing time at this awesome property. The house is very spacious and an easy drive to Glacier or Flathead lake. It’s on enough property to feel like you have your space but convenient to get to the store when you need something. Check in process was easy and everything went smoothly. Would definitely stay again.

Elbow room plus

This house has plenty of room to spread out in. When you add in the porch that wraps nearly around the whole place with rockers out front and gliders and dining table out back, it is particularly roomy. Really comfortable beds and nice furnishings make it extremely comfortable. There is an entire basement apartment, essentially, since it contains a kitchen, sitting area, laundry, bathroom, and two bedrooms on that lower level. The hot tub is extremely clean and well cared for; it also has colored lights, which is fun. There is some sound some nights from a venue next door, but it wasn't loud enough to keep any of us awake. I would definitely go back.

Amazing Family Getaway

I am totally amazed at this home. Everything we could ask for and more. A little about us: Couple traveling with friends and family. Total of 5 adults and 3 kids (4, 7 and 17). This home was perfect for our little get away. Lots of room, beautiful country setting, fully furnished and outfitted with everything we needed and more. We made family style dinners and had lots of dishes, cooking tools and pots and pans, etc. My husband loved that they had 2 propane BBQs /grills. Lots of room to eat together inside and outside. What a peaceful setting out on the beautiful back deck overlooking the grounds and view of the mountains and horses in the pasture. We used the hot tub in the evening and really enjoyed sipping wine and watching the stars. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and I had the best sleep in the king size bed. Kids had the upper floor to themselves. Hotel quality towels and linen was a real treat that we normally don’t experience in vacation homes. With such a large home it really felt like we had our own space. Even our teenager was happy with the WIFI and TV! I would 100% recommend this home. The owners are great people. They gave me recommendations for local restaurants, fishing charters, hikes we could do, and even mobile massage therapist! I asked the owners about doing a family reunion at the property and they they were very accommodating. I am already organizing this for next summer as I think it’s perfect for a big get together or girls weekend. Lots of room for bocce ball, 3-legged races, soccer, baseball and more. I found the owners and their staff to be very kind people with a wealth of knowledge about the area. The lake side community of Big Fork has a lot to offer and glacier National Park is not that far away for hiking. Lots to do and see but also great if you just want to stay at the house and relax with a book while everyone else was out doing activities. Thank you Mike and Cozy for a wonderful stay we will be back!

A splendid experience!

It was wonderful to have space to spread out and do our own thing but also to come together in the central living space. The 3 levels absorbed 3 family units beautifully. We had room for reflection and rest between group activities. We loved being able to move between various spaces freely. The fantastically appointed kitchen was big enough to handle all the various meals and snacks, and the hot tub was certainly a bonus, especially after active days and nights hiking and dancing. And there was more than enough parking for all our rental cars! A splendid experience, especially if you're a big group attending a wedding at the lovely next-door venue. Thank you!

This place was PERFECT
