In the beautiful Provence region, CASSIS, a small marina and its creeks...
Flat T2-51 m2 + terrace 10 m2 (with sun loungers and dining table for 4 people). Private lockable bike room on ground floor.
Cleanliness is maintained between each rental.
Bed linen and towels are included in the rental price.
The flat is located in the town centre, 300m from the beach, the Casino, the port and all the shops, in a small, quiet, gated residence, with outside parking in the gated residence (spaces not allocated).
Newly refurbished flat, modern and attractive decor, on the 3rd and top floor without lift, sunny, with views of the Cap Canaille hills.
Bright, fully air-conditioned flat with open-plan kitchen
and large terrace. TV and Wifi
Possibility of visiting the magnificent creeks between Marseille and Cassis on foot or by boat. These creeks are also popular with rock-climbers!
Superb views from the top of Cap Canaille (highest cliff in Europe). Numerous water sports can be hired (sailing, kayaking, canoeing, boats, etc.).
Don't forget to visit the AOC vineyards of Cassis for its excellent white and rosé wines.
Near Cassis, pretty seaside resorts, La Ciotat, Les Lecques, Bandol with their sandy beaches for the enjoyment of young and old.
If you want to visit the big cities, Marseille (30 minutes away by car or by train or bus from Cassis), and Aix en Provence (40 minutes away by car).
And in the hinterland, you'll find many typical Provencal villages, lavender fields and other wonders that make Provence so charming!

Appartement idéalement situé a 300m du centre ville de Cassis. A 200m possibilité de prendre le bus pour la gare est aller a Marseille. nous étions en vacances la semaine de Pâques, nous avons bien suivi les conseils de Catherine pour avoir une place de parking a l'intérieur de la propriété et nous n'avons pas eu de soucis pour se garer . La location est spacieuse et les grandes baies vitrées apportent bcp de lumière. La cuisine est bien équipée. bref nous avons passé un excellent séjour et conseillons fortement cette location...La proprietaire est extrement sympathique et agréable et vous conseille vraiment. adresse a garder.

Nous avons séjourné depuis le lundi après Noël et quitté l'appartement le lundi suivant. Celui-ci bien situé à proximité des commerces et du port. La propriétaire très agréable était absente mais le gardien de la propriété nous a très bien reçu. Petit appartement charmant bien agencé et fonctionnel pour un couple. Notre séjour était tourné vers les randonnées dans les calanques. Pour certaines randonnées nous sommes partis de la résidence (le top). Le petit bémol dans cette location reste le parking (même en hiver). Mais je recommande tout de même cette location.

Madame Deyme hat uns mit ihrer freundlichen, entspannten Art ihre tolle Wohnung für 2 Wochen übergeben. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, das Badezimmer top, alles ist sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Betten waren auch gut, keine durchgelegene Matratzen oder ähnliches. Küche top. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Innenstadt, Strand, Restaurants, Märkte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Hauptstraße verläuft vor der Wohnung (3. Etage). Uns störte der Verkehr nicht besonders. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder und freuen uns bereits. Vielen Dank Madame Deyme

Super séjour passé à cassis,propriétaire Très sympathique Et soucieuse du confort de ses locataires. L appartement est très propre bien équipé et meublé avec goût. La proximité de la plage et des commerces est très appréciable,les marchés de cassis,la visite des calanques en bateau,les restos et le bord de mer nous on beaucoup plus. Stationnement un peu compliqué mais c est souvent le cas en bord de mer.

Superbe séjour

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine. Appartement refait à neuf avec tous les équipements. Tout était conforme à la description. A deux pas du port et du centre ville. Accueil chaleureux à notre arrivée. C était top. Le seul hic mais la propriétaire n y peut rien, assez difficile de se stationner dans la résidence, premier arrivé, premier servi. Une fois stationné, on peut tout faire à pieds.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par la propriétaire. L'appartement correspond en tous points à la description. Il est bien agencé et très fonctionnel et la climatisation est vraiment agréable. Le seul bémol est le simple vitrage dans le salon. Nos enfants étaient dans la chambre et n'avaient aucun bruit, mais nous dormions dans le salon et l'avenue sous la fenêtre étant très passante, nous entendions donc le trafic ... Venant d'un endroit très calme, cela nous a perturbé les premières nuits. Sinon, rien à redire!
