We’ve stayed at this property a couple times and this is the best place to stay in Salado. Bungalow Oaks is decorated beautifully for an enjoyable, relaxing stay with everything you’ll need. We highly recommend!

Bungalow Oaks was perfection. Beautifully decorated, scenic views with deer as a bonus from the back porch, delicious homemade blueberry muffins and within walking distance of restaurants and stores downtown. We would stay here again and again. This was our first visit to Salado and Bungalow Oaks was more than we could have imagined.

We absolutely loved this cottage. It was exactly what we needed for a place to recharge and unwind. The place was incredibly designed and had all the amenities you could ask for. We thought the delicious muffins were a great touch and they were perfect with our coffee in the mornings with our coffee. A special thank you to our host as well. They were so kind and accommodating. No need to search anywhere else if you are staying in Salado. We will be back for sure!

The room was darling! It was well-decorated and had every convenience we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, the location was wonderful and the back veranda was like being in a treehouse. It was very relaxing and comfortable! Definitely recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay! Bungalow Oaks is so well done! Its proximity to Main Street was perfect! We loved sitting in the back porch in the mornings and watching the deer. The hosts were so kind and thought of everything!

Bungalow Oaks is the perfect getaway place. The hosts went out of their way to make our stay special , from the fresh homemade blueberry muffins left for breakfast in the refrigerator to the bottle of wine to help celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday. Very comfortable bed, wonderful shower and relaxing back porch to have your coffee. Very close to the heart of town and an easy walk to the shopping and hang out areas. This will be our go to place to stay when we are in the area.

Everything was wonderful from the precious cottage to the great deck on back to the location to shops. So clean and charming! Nice surprise in fridge for breakfast and well stocked for overnight stays. Would definitely rent again!!
