Large 180 m² character villa on two levels, fully equipped and offering a high level of comfort.

Pleasant in both summer and winter, the villa features air conditioning, underfloor heating and cooling via a heat pump, as well as a large wood-burning fireplace.

The private 12 x 6 m pool (72 m²), 2.30 m deep, is a real highlight and allows proper swimming. It is salt-treated (no chlorine), heated by a dedicated heat pump, with automatic pH regulation, built-in lighting and a solar shower. It is secured with compliant gates and ironwork barriers for young children.

High-speed fiber internet (Wi-Fi 6), suitable for remote working and entertainment.

The villa is easily accessible by road while being quiet and private, with no overlooking neighbors. It enjoys open views over the surrounding countryside and the village of La Cadière-d'Azur.

It is set at 150 m altitude on a 5,000 m² plot with private parking, within a larger 3.5-hectare property (vineyards, olive trees, pine forest), overlooking Le Plan-du-Castellet.

Brilliant, well-equipped villa

We have just had a brilliant two weeks at this beautiful house. The property is very well equipped and thought out, with everything you could need. There are beautiful views toward La Caderie d’Azur and the Sainte-Baume mountain ridge from each of the two terraces and the large, private pool was great, with plenty of sun and shade. Supermarkets and boulangeries were less than 10 mins drive (or a walk through the vineyards) and we enjoyed visits to beaches and Bandol for dinner, all within 15 mins drive. Bernard and Marie were great hosts, there if needed but happy to leave us to it. We would love to return one day. Thank you!

Als fünfköpfige Familie hatten wir einen herrlichen Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus. Haus und Garten sind ruhig gelegen und können von der Straße nicht eingesehen werden. Man hat also wirkliche seine Privatsphäre. Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Alle Zimmer sind geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, Klimaanlage vorhanden. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Hier macht das Kochen Spaß. Der Ausblick vom Haus und den Terassen ist wunderschön, besonders bei Sonnenuntergang. Wir haben viele Stunden am sehr großen und sauberen Pool verbracht. Man kann in ihm richtig schwimmen. Die Gastgeber Marie und Bernard sind außerordentlich freundlich, aber auch diskret. Sie stehen bei offenen Fragen immer bereit und bieten ihre Hilfe an. Den letzten Abend haben wir mit ihnen bei einem Aperitif sehr genossen. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen. Zum Meer sind es nur 20-30 Minuten Autofahrt und zum alten Ort Le Castellet nur ein paar Minuten. Dort gibt es einige Restaurants und schöne Läden. Herzlichen Dank, Marie und Bernard!

Traumhafter Ausblick und wunderschöne Landschaft

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen und erholsamen Urlaub mit einzigartiger Aussicht von der Veranda. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen - aber alles (Restaurants, Bäckerei, Metzgerei, Markt, Sehenswürdigkeiten) in wenigen km erreichbar. Zum Meer fährt man 15 - 20 Minuten. Das Haus und vor allem der Garten sind in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand - Empfehlenswert! Vielen lieben Dank an Marie und Bernard. Bis bald :-)

Un séjour merveilleux !

Idéalement située, la villa est proche des plages de Bandol, Sanary ou encore des Lecques, mais également des villages du Castellet et de la Cadière d'azur, tout est réuni pour y passer un séjour d'exception. La maison est encore plus belle que sur les photos et sa piscine est un vrai bijou. Petit plus, des propriétaires charmants qui ont le souci du détail afin d'accueillir dans les meilleurs conditions les vacanciers dans leur petit coin de paradis. Un grand MERCI pour ces 2 semaines de rêve.

Nous avons passé de très bonne vacances dans cette belle villa tout y est calme grand espace tout le nécessaire pour ce sentir chez sois une piscine magnifique et des propriétaires vraiment accueillant et très sympathiques je recommande fortement merci vraiment aux propriétaires .
