We had an amazing stay! The house was exceptionally clean and spacious. It was very well equipped and we enjoyed being able to cook outside on the barbecue. The pool was fantastic and the surrounding gardens were well maintained and peaceful. Sylvie was an excellent host and was always available to answer any questions. Fayence itself is a beautiful town with many great restaurants and bars. We look forward to returning next year!

Very nice house which we rented for two consecutive years now. Our host Sylvie is very very kind and extremely responsive to any small issue that may need attention. Nice bedrooms and living room, but the pool area is the big plus for this house. And the closeness to the town of Fayence. We can recommend it without hesitation.

A peaceful haven

Great property, 3 double rooms all with washing facilities, large spacious living area and well appointed kitchen. Outdoor space was fabulous, great pool, plenty of shade or sun whatever your preference, lots of seating areas and sun loungers. In a beautiful thriving town, great market and restaurants and a short drive from lake Cassien. All facilities in walking distance but you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere due to the peace and beautiful planting. Host was really helpful and came very early to water plants so as not to disrupt your stay. Fab

Excellent relaxingvisit

We had an excellent time staying for a week at this villa. Sylvie could not have been a more considerate host. She gave us a great welcome and was always available to deal with any matters that might arise. No problems at all arose throughout the week we were there. Everything was very satisfactory. The house is attractive and comfortable. The pool is perfect. All the bits and pieces that visitors look for in a house to make their stay comfortable were there. A happy and memorable visit. Great base for Cote d’Azur

Around 40 mins from Nice airport, we chose this property as it had a pool & was well located for day trips to beach/towns (Nice, Cannes, Grasse, Sainte Maxime etc). Sylvie is an excellent host & communicated well on the run up & whilst we were there, getting some food and drink in for us as it was a late Sunday Check in. The house was clean, with all necessary appliances (including washing machine/drier so don’t take too many clothes!). Wi-fI was plentiful for phones and iPads. Good sized supermarket (SuperU) walking distance away. Fayence centre is a 10-15 minute walk away with lots of eateries. Time of year we went there were mosquitoes (as there are in most places along the south of France) so just make sure you spray the rooms before bed time and use citronella outside on the patio. Would recommend to return. Great value

maison de vacances recommandée

Belles vacances à Fayence. De nombreuses visites sont possible dans la région et la distance à la mer et du côté des montagnes et des gorges est faisable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la terrasse et surtout la piscine durant notre séjour.

Séjour magnifique au calme, proche du Lac de Saint-Cassien

Très agréable maison, propre et bien équipée. Parking sur place pour deux voitures. Jardin et terrasse avec barbecue au top. La piscine est magnifique, et le propriétaire (Sylvie) est très sympathique. Merci! Et à bientôt, Sylvie.

Ein Haus zum wohl fühlen

Wir hatten mit vier Erwachsenen einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem tollen Haus. Das Highlight war ja sehr große Pool und der sehr gepflegte wunderschöne Garten. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet und wohnlich eingerichtet. Geschäfte, Restaurants und auch das Zentrum von Fayence waren fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr schön! Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Kulinarische Höhepunkte in Fayance

Das Haus zeichnet sich dadurch besonders aus, weil es sich nur wenige Gehminuten von unserem absoluten Lieblingsrestaurant Auberge Fleurie befindet. Daneben kann man sich auf einen schönen und größeren Pool freuen. Das Haus liegt ruhig und hat alles was man so braucht. Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber in Ordnung. Kontakt zu Sylvie, der freundlichen Vermieterin, unkompliziert.

Vacances dans le Sud sans l'inconvénient des bouchons

Belle et agréable maison spacieuse. Le seul petit bémol est qu'il n'y a la clim que dans une chambre à coucher. En aérant le matin et avec les ventilateurs c'est supportable, d'autant plus qu'il y a une superbe piscine.
