Located just a 5 minute walk to the heart of Northstar
Village, this remodeled ski-in, ski-out condo will comfortably accommodate 6 people.
Summer or winter, Northstar has a lot of activities and restaurants to enjoy. Skiing, ice skating,biking,and golf are a few located in Northstar. Truckee is a 10 minute drive away, and beautiful Lake Tahoe 15-20 minutes away(Kings Beach). River rafting is also a popular summer activity.
This cozy condo has 2 floors. The bottom bedroom has a queen bed and is private for 2. The upstairs area has a queen and 2 twins with another full bathroom. The well equipped kitchen has ample room to cook meals. The shared laundry room is located right outside the door.
The clubhouse has a workout facility, pools, hot tubs, and arcade.
Shuttle service is available from the condo to the village.
Week night is Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights.
Until confirmed, prices are subject to change without notice.
$500.00 deposit, refundable
Cleaning fee is $130
10% Truckee tax rate
NO PETS, NO SMOKING
check in 4:00pm, check out 10:00am
$100 for lost recreation clubhouse key

Cancellation Policy:
A sixty (60) say notice is required for cancellation.
Cancellations made more than sixty (60) day prior to arrival date receive 100% refund.
Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, or that are made within 60 days of arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant and refund of rent or deposit.
If final payment is not received within 10 days of scheduled arrival, deposits to date are forfeited and property is put back on the market

Martha was extremely responsive, kind, and easy to work with! The pictures don't do this condo justice. The unit is nicely updated, comfortable, and has a well-stocked kitchen. Getting to and from the Village is an easy walk. Skiing in and out of the condo is also very convenient. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Great Ski Condo

Enjoyed our stay at Northstar. This condo is a very short walk to the Coyote Fork ski trail at the end of the road, which leads to the Highlands gondola.

Family ski weekend

Great place to stay for a ski vacation. We stayed three nights with a family of four….More than enough space! Very clean and well kept. We enjoy nice things and this condo was well furnished and styled. Kitchen fully equipped for us to make a full spread on our last night and easy walk to the village for dinner the other nights. Most importantly, Martha is a 10/10 host. Will certainly stay here again.

Lovely family stay

We enjoyed our stay at this ski condo! The ski-in and out experience was super convenient and made our mornings much simpler. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs and there are some nice jigsaw puzzles to entertain the family by the fireplace. Would love to visit again!

Family ski vacation

Great spot for skiing Northstar. Note that Northstar gondola is not really walkable. You need to drive or call shuttle. The condo itself is very well equipped and comfortable.

Great stay, exactly as described and well stocked

My friend and I stayed here with our kids (ages 6-10) and it was perfect! Well stocked kitchen and blankets, great ski-in/ski-out location, and very clean. It's a bit of a walk through the parking lot to the ski trail, but my 6 year old did it no problem in about 5-10 minutes. Martha was easy to work with and we would stay here again.

Phenomenal ski in / ski out condo!

This was our second stay here and the condo did not disappoint! We are a family of 5 and loved the space and amenities. We used the kitchen to cook, the NOPA rec center hot tubs, and loved watching a movie with the fireplace on. Can’t wait to return!

Great ski condo

We wanted a convenient location for a couple of days of skiing with our kids. This ski-in/ski-out condo was perfect, and it was fun being so close to the village, where we went for dinner and some ice skating in the evening. Communication with Martha was easy and efficient.

Fun week, great condo!

We had a great week stay at this property. The location was ideal. Easy access to the slopes. A short walk to Northstar Village (we hardly moved our car.) Exceptional service by the owner. Fantastic snow. We will definitely be renting this unit again.

Home Away From Home

This was our second time staying at Martha’s place and we will be back, hopefully many many more times! Beds are comfy, unit is clean, and the living room couch is set up great for a family. Communication with Martha is easy and quick. Highly recommend!

Fantastic ski condo!

We had a family of 5 (3 kids ages 7, 9, 11) and fit perfectly in the condo. It’s high quality furnishings, very comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen made our stay so lovely. We loved the gas fireplace, big couch and bar stools for everyone. The locations was very convenient, and we also enjoyed the recreational center hot tubs. Martha was excellent to work with. We will be staying again and can’t wait!!

The condo is very nice and location just up the street from Northstar resort which is a huge plus. It’s halfway between downtown Truckee and Kings beach. A 5 star location. The only negative is if you don’t do well in the heat, there is no AC in the condo..

Wonderful ski-in/ski-out get away

Everything was as advertised. Great place. Everything in the condo was well kept and working great. The couch is SO comfortable I didn’t want to move. The fireplace was cozy and amazing. The kids loved the upstairs loft and bunk bed. It’s a short walk to the ski trail that our young kids had no problem with. Walking down to the village is easy. Thank you!
