This home sits among the trees one mile northwest of downtown Ketchum, half a block from a stop for the local bus system at Bald Mountain and Warm Springs Roads. Skiers, snowboarders, and summer hikers and mountain bikers will be one mile northeast of the Warm Springs Base Area, two miles north of the River Run lifts, and three miles west of the base of Dollar Mountain. You'll also find a variety of dining, shopping, and recreational options in downtown Ketchum and Sun Valley (three miles east).

Great location, comfy and everything you need

I stayed here with a group of friends and we had a lot of fun. Baldy is ~5 minutes away as is downtown. The kitchen was well stocked, the hot tub worked well and the beds were comfy. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

All the comforts of home!

This lovely creekside home was the perfect oasis after a day in the snow! Inviting fire, well stocked kitchen and plenty of hot water, not to mention the beautiful view. Comfy beds and plenty of towels. Easy check-in and out. HIghly recommend.

Great location, great hot tub!

Awesome airbnb just a few mins drive from both Dollar and Balds Mtns. Comfortable beds, big well-equipped kitchen. Our only issue was Vacasa itself, who were very unhelpful regarding late checkout, additional toilet paper, etc. Try to book this property on another site instead of Vacasa if you can.

Perfect Home & Location!

With a family of skiers this was the perfect home with close proximity to ski lifts and downtown Ketchum. The beautiful backyard has you facing Warm Springs Creek with various birds, ducks and wildlife. Parallel to the creek an open wildlife habitat up against a mountainside. The home is clean, well loved and has everything you could need - including comfortable bedding. We will definitely be returning!

Nice home and location.

Bedrooms were very nice and comfortable. Closets were sufficient despite having some of the owners' goods in them. Bathrooms were also nice and the hot water on demand was really nice for multiple people taking showers. The loft beds are fine for kids but not too comfortable for men or large adults. No dresser storage on the loft. Kitchen is awesome with everything you could possibly need to prepare and store meals. Not shown in the online photos is a handicap chair that goes from the main floor to the upstairs. It did not work and was a minor obstruction when carrying bags upstairs. Hot tub was very nice after skiing, but we had to dig our way into it. We also had to dig our way into the house as the steps to the deck /front door from the driveway had built up ice and snow making unpacking of the vehicles sketchy. You will NOT want to walk to the bus stops. They are not close and the road in was very icy yet assessable. Plan on driving to the Warm Springs parking lot especially if you have kids. The deck overlooking the stream was awesome once we shoveled the snow off. Elk were in the backyard and creek each morning looking for food. 😊 Gas grill worked fine. Bring or buy your own firewood. We used the fireplace each night and burned about $20.00 of store-bought wood for a 3–4 hour fire. We had two cars in the driveway with no problem. Overall, very good place in a awesome location.

The house was clean and cozy. I enjoyed the decor. The kitchen was so easy to cook in, lots of space for prework. We wish the other beds were full queen beds. It was a little snug with two adults sleeping. The best part is the view, the creek was so relaxing to hear and see. thank you

This home has everything you need and more. It comes well equipped with bedding that is luxurious, and a kitchen with top of the line appliances that made everything fabulous. The hot tub was clean and heated ready to go when we arrived. We'll be back!

Really cozy and clean gem

Quiet spot tucked between town and warm springs lodge. Convenient, clean, well appointed and updated. Could not get the downstairs TV to operate, the DW is missing a wheel, had to supply own washing detergent, coffee filters are small and hard to find. Overall a lovely place - hot tub worked great and was recently serviced. Plenty of towels and lots of space to spread out and relax especially at night listening to the creek.

Wonderful value!

Beautiful house with hot tub looking out onto the river. Very comfortable inside with ample sleeping space and restrooms. Loved the wood burning fireplace and well equipped kitchen. Plenty of towels provided. Location is perfect! Close to Warm Springs and downtown Ketchum. I believe this is a newer rental property so there are a few areas that could be improved on - too many personal items in the house (cupboards/closets), only a 4 cup coffee maker provided, no extra toilet paper and only 4 dishwasher tablets. Also, received an email saying we could NEVER have more than 8 ppl in the house....I understand that for overnight, but we are not even allowed to have an extra two friends over for dinner? Seems strange. Checkout states to start a load of towels in the washer, but there was no laundry soap provided. Still working out some kinks, but the house was beautiful and comfortable - we would highly recommend it and would rent it again.

Extremely comfortable creek side property

One of the nicer VRBO properties we have stayed in. Incredibly well stocked with anything one could need for a weeks getaway. Everything worked well. The hot tub was a nice bonus. Very convenient to the both town and the Warm Springs base lodge. Recommend highly.

Beautiful property. Great location

The house was incredibly well stocked and comfortable. Much more so than most of the VRBO properties that I have rented in the past. Convenient to both the Warm Springs base lodge at Sun Valley and the town. We loved the wood-burning fireplace, hot tub and the back deck with the view of the creek.
