I offer a beautiful studio condominium right on the Fayetteville Square! Located in the heart of the entertainment and social district of Fayetteville, this 2nd story art condo is surrounded by scenic windows overlooking the square. Just a few steps out the door and guests will find the farmers market on weekends as well as a variety of dining and shopping. Only a short walk from the the Walton Arts Center, downtown, and everything else Dickson street has to offer! Also close to the University of Arkansas campus!

Amazing!!!! What a gem! This beautiful studio is a perfect little loft nest for your weekend getaway to Fayetteville. Don’t miss the Wrights barbecue. Don’t miss the Saturday market right out the door. Don’t miss breakfast at the buttered biscuit. My Lord, what a beautiful city, full of beautiful people and an amazing and gracious host like Elliot and this beautiful special couples hiideaway right in the middle of everything.Can’t wait to get back there.

Location is ideal if you want to be downtown! Nice decor and very clean. A/C works great. My only complaint was the water pressure- very difficult to wash my hair in the shower with so little pressure. But I would definitely stay again.
