The flat does not have access to the 2 swimming pools even for one day
Duplex flat for 5 people, with direct access to the sea 50 metres away, a 3-minute walk. Very well equipped, open-plan kitchen with top-of-the-range appliances in a large living area, lounge, dining room, Wifi and international TV, with ocean views.
Two beautiful bedrooms (with the option of a cot and high chair on request) with 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is a master bedroom, open onto the terrace, which also boasts splendid sea views.
The flat has 3 WCs (1 upstairs and 2 downstairs).
Two spacious terraces with garden furniture allow you to enjoy your meals while admiring the sea (Dona Ana and Meia Praia beaches).
A safe is available in the flat.

A perfect week in Lagos!

Humberto’s place was great. Walking distance to everything we needed, a well stocked kitchen, and a wonderful patio for enjoying the absolutely amazing view. The area is full of walking paths and beaches, and we really enjoyed walking to the local fish market most mornings. There is a grocery store (Spar) about 5 minutes away with a good selection, and nice wines at very low prices.

An Unforgettable Stay in Lagos!

Our recent stay at this VRBO rental was nothing short of spectacular. My daughter and I spent eight wonderful days soaking up the sun, enjoying the stunning oceanfront views, and fully embracing the relaxation this property offered.From the moment we arrived, the accommodations exceeded all expectations—spotlessly clean and equipped with every amenity we could have asked for. Waking up to the sight of the ocean and enjoying sunshine from sunrise until late afternoon made every moment feel magical.The property provided access to a pristine pool, but the real highlight was the beach, just a short five-minute scenic walk away. With padded lounge rentals and a restaurant serving food and drinks, we were able to spend full days in complete comfort.Another major advantage was its proximity to downtown Lagos—a leisurely 15-minute stroll opened up a world of incredible dining options, where every meal felt like a delightful discovery. Although we rented a car for our drive from Lisbon, we found ourselves relying on it only for quick grocery runs, as everything we needed was easily walkable.Best of all, the weather was on our side every single day, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the beauty of the surroundings. This stay was so memorable that we are already considering a second visit in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an unforgettable getaway!

Wunderschönes Apartment in traumhafter Lage

Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt - in nur wenigen Minuten ist man am Strand. Auch der Ponta da Piedade ist direkt vor der Haustür. Wenn man aus dem Fenster schaut, hat man einen atemberaubenden Blick aufs Meer. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen.

Gorgeous beach location

Beautiful location! The views from the patio are breathtaking. The accommodations are very clean and modern. Tons of room for a family. The beach and walking trails are right outside the door.Adelaide is a Godsend and only a moment away if you need anything.

Great location

The place was in a great location access to everything. The place had everything and double of some. Anything you needed it had it. Very spacious with comfortable beds and a magnificent outdoor terrace with owning and eating space and sitting with 180 degree view of the ocean and the beachThe only draw back the bedrooms are downstairs. If you are physically challenged you will have a problem. Otherwise I would rent it again it’s a 10 on my scale Thank you for having us we had a great time

Can’t wait to return

The apartment is located in a perfect spot. The sunrises were spectacular. We didn’t have a car to go places but everything is within walking distance. If not Uber, train or bus services are close by. Humberto and Adelaide were wonderful to deal with. Highly recommend booking with them.

Tolle Wohnung mit traumhafter Terrasse

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in dieser Wohnung verbracht . Es gibt viel Platz,bequeme Betten, eine super ausgestatte Küche ,sogar etwas Sandspielzeug auf der unteren Terrasse und vor allem einen tollen Ausblick auf der oberen Terrasse !Wir können die Wohnung rundum empfehlen !

Aufenthalt als Familie (2 Erwachsene, 2 13jährige) in 10/2024

Unser Aufenthalt in Humbertos Wohnung war wirklich toll! Die Wohnung ist großzügig, über zwei Etagen, mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern im Erdgeschoss. Dort befindet sich auch eine Terrasse, über die man direkt zum Pool, zur Snack Bar / Tennisplatz, oder zum Meer gelangt. Im Obergeschoss der Wohnung befindet sich neben einem weiteren WC, ein sehr großer Wohnbereich mit offener Küche und einer Terrasse mit einem fantastischen Ausblick aufs Meer und die naheliegenden Klippen. Die Wohnung wird in der Anzeige realistisch dargestellt. Es gab in unserem 2wöchigen Aufenthalt auch einen Handtuch- und Bettwäsche-Wechsel. Neben dem wirklich erstklassigen Meerblick, ist auch die Nähe nach Lagos sehr positiv zu bewerten. Zu Fuß sind es ca. 10 Minuten in die Altstadt mit vielen Restaurants, Bars und etlichen Shoppingmöglichkeiten. Ein Spar-Supermarkt ist ebenfalls in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Check-In und Check-Out in die Wohnung hat problemlos geklappt. Insgesamt muss man allerdings zugeben, dass die ganze Anlage etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Das ist aber aus unserer Sicht eher nicht so ins Gewicht gefallen. Insgesamt können wir daher abschließend sagen, dass wir gerne wieder in Humbertos Wohnung ziehen würden, wenn wir das nächste Mal an die Algarve reisen.

The best of Lagos

Situated a 3 minute walk to the best beach in Lagos, and also a 15 minute walk into the old town, full of restaurants, shops, galleries, etc. We had a rental car but didn't need it. The upper terrace has to-die-for views, and the lower terrace provides direct access to the pool area. We will be back - it's so lovely.

A perfect spot in perfect location

We absolutely loved our stay in Humberto’s apartment. We were 2 couples and could not have asked for a better location or layout. Any questions we had were answered promptly. And, we could not have had a better location. Directly above a small cafeteria associated with the pool, as well as above Praia Ana Dona which has a beach bar, and a quick walk into town. If we ever return to Lagos, I will look no further than this apartment.

Excellent séjour

Bonjour, C'est notre deuxième année consécutive que nous réservons l'appartement de Humberto au mois de septembre et en sommes toujours très satisfait. Très grand, il est sur deux niveau, bonne climatisation partout et très bien équipé en cuisine si vous voulez vous faire des repas. Et que dire de la merveilleuse et grande terrasse extérieur bien équipé elle aussi, avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer, la piscine et prendre son café le matin pour admirer le levé du soleil. L'appartement est proche de tout , Épicerie, vieux Lagos, resto, plage ce font bien a la marche. Humberto est un hôte très gentil et répond très vite a vos demande, ainsi qu'Adelaïde qui est très gentille également . Nous étions quatre et si nous retournons a Lagos, nous réserverons encore avec Humberto. Alain et ses amis.

Great Apartment all round

The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay - balcony furniture, kitchen, TV, lounge and bedrooms. Great location for beautiful beaches, lovely pool and wonderful sea view. Walking distance to town and great restaurants . Had a great stay, highly recommend. Many thanks!

Stunning beach/pool property

Absolutely gorgeous property with easy pool and beach access. The condo has everything we needed and the best property caretakers! Rita and Adelaide were fantastic to work with and super charming and helpful. We would happily stay again, it was wonderful.

Perfect property

The most beautiful property overlooking the stunning Algarve coast. We were delighted with how spacious the apartment is. The location is perfect. A few steps to the pool & a few more to the beautiful beach. Lagos town is a very special place filled with incredible independent business’ from shops to restaurants, all with a friendly smile. The Spar shop is less than 5 mins walk and if you carry on past the spar shop you’ll find a less hilly route into the town. Communication with the owner & management team was seamless. We will definitely be returning 😁

Location, Location, Location

Location and views are the highlights of this property. Our check in and communication with hosts was excellent. Adelaide was great showing us where local restaurants are -with recommendations. We tripped the main breaker trying to turn on the oven to cook a pizza. Adelaide walked us through how to reset it and we had no more troubles. Interestingly, we stayed at 6 VRBO properties on this trip. This was the only property that did not provide shampoo or bath gel/soap. Also we each (4 people) had 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel for our 5 night stay —Need more towels. The couch upstairs could use a good cleaning. The description of the property discloses that there is a charge for lounge chairs around the pool, however they were very sad chairs. Cushions worn out. We looked into Tennis and found the racquets were not useable-no grip tape on the handles - only wood. This is NOT controlled by the host but we were disappointed that the “resort” amenities were not better maintained. Overall it was a very good stay.

Amazing location

Fantastic stay. Incredible view from the balcony. Apartment very clean and everything you need!! Short walk into old town and it is downhill so a plus. Might want taxi back especially if carry lots as it is a steep hill!! Place as advertised and would recommend.

A beautiful setting with everything close by. The listing was exactly as described and had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. The kitchen was well equipped and the living space was very comfortable with a lovely terrace and a gorgeous view.

Best view in Lagos

Overlooking Dona Ana Bay, this is a spectacular property. Clean, modern, well-stocked kitchen, but best of all, a great outdoor space overlooking the cliffs on Dona Ana bay
