The flat does not have access to the 2 swimming pools even for one day
Duplex flat for 5 people, with direct access to the sea 50 metres away, a 3-minute walk. Very well equipped, open-plan kitchen with top-of-the-range appliances in a large living area, lounge, dining room, Wifi and international TV, with ocean views.
Two beautiful bedrooms (with the option of a cot and high chair on request) with 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is a master bedroom, open onto the terrace, which also boasts splendid sea views.
The flat has 3 WCs (1 upstairs and 2 downstairs).
Two spacious terraces with garden furniture allow you to enjoy your meals while admiring the sea (Dona Ana and Meia Praia beaches).
A safe is available in the flat.
Fitness room and tennis court available at extra cost.
Only 5 to 10 minutes' walk from the town centre and a SPAR shop.
Great coastal walks in the area during your stay.

Kitchen was Great for cooking and eating in!! Deck AWESOME!! Very clean close to beaches and restaurants and Spar grocery store. We were at the BEST beach in this area we felt. Great access to board walk that went for kms! Humberto and Adelaide accommodated ALL our needs and requests…We throughly enjoyed every minute of our stay!! Highly recommend staying here!!

Relaxing stay

Gorgeous property, lovely location.Views from balcony where just fabulous. Property is well maintained and has everything you could want for. Only negative was you couldnt use the pool.Would definitely stay again.

A perfect week in Lagos!

Humberto’s place was great. Walking distance to everything we needed, a well stocked kitchen, and a wonderful patio for enjoying the absolutely amazing view. The area is full of walking paths and beaches, and we really enjoyed walking to the local fish market most mornings. There is a grocery store (Spar) about 5 minutes away with a good selection, and nice wines at very low prices.

Very Good Value in Lagos

Excellent property. Extremely well equipped enabling renters to cook in the apartment. Beautiful location overlooking the sea. Has a private parking garage when street parking full. Older or elderly renters need to know it is 2 storey - bedrooms and bathrooms on lower level. Daily cost to use the pool which is run independently.

Wonderful location

We could not have been happier with this beautiful property. The balcony overlooking Dona Ana beach was our favorite place to enjoy the spectacular views with a glass of local wine. We would love to come back here!!

My wife and I had an excellent stay. The apartment was spacious and had great amenities. Beach, pool, balcony, and close to the city center. It can’t be beat.

Great beach stay

We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment! It was very clean and had a beautiful view! The check in process went smoothly. You are so close to everything and we walked everywhere. The AC worked wonderfully for being a hot week and you cannot beat the top deck space to lounge at.

Awesome stay

This 2-level apartment on the beach was amazing. The house was very spacious and clean and offered an amazing view from the balcony. Host is very nice and friendly and offered a lot of great advice. The location is also perfect, less than a 10 minute walk from the lively downtown. 10/10

Beautiful Lagos Apartment

We had an amazing time in Lagos. The unit is exactly (if not better) than the pictures and reviews describe. It is centrally located near restaurants and hiking trails. Adelaide was very helpful and check in was seamless. We rented a car because we spent a few days in Lisbon before going to the Algarve, but didn’t need it while in Lagos everything was accessible by foot. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location, great vacation!

We greatly enjoyed our stay in this very nice Lagos apartment. The apartment was very clean and included all the amenities required. The bed in the master bedroom could be more comfortable but that was the only thing that was not first class. The view from the apartment is outstanding, the proximity of the beach and the access to Lagos (5-10 minutes walk) makes it a perfect location. The owners and the staff are very easy to deal with and very reliable.

Amazing vacation!

The apartment was just as beautiful as the pictures indicated. The view from the balcony was spectacular. We have been to the Algarve once before but the area around the apartment was just beautiful. We walked the beautiful boardwalk trails every morning and each day just marveled at the beautiful coastline. Beautiful wildflowers in the fields. Humberto was always available and quick to answer any questions I had before we arrived. Adelaide met us at the apartment and again answered any of our questions, a very sweet lady. We loved it! Donna, Karl and Nick ❤️

Perfect location for our family

This was our first VRBO experience and everything went very well. Humberto was always prompt and patient with our questions before we arrived. Adelaide was very friendly and explained everything we needed to know about the apartment and the area when she dropped off the keys. The apartment was fantastic and exactly as described. We could watch the sunrise from the upper balcony and hear the ocean waves. Every morning we walked to the bakery to get breakfast and in the evening for dinner. The Intermarche supermarket is close by. If we had the opportunity to stay in Lagos again, we would not hesitate to stay here.

Exactly as expected + great location!

When you reserve an apartment you are never sure if the pictures will match the reality. I can tell it is the case and probably even better while on-site. The location is great (pool and beach access) plus the appartement was well furnished and supplied. I was able to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner without any issue. All the appliances were working well. Adelaide was very helpful and quick to respond. I definitely recommend!

Lovely apartment with amazing views

This apartment is in the perfect location with just about the best views imaginable. Having breakfast on the terrace, listening to the waves breaking on the beach below and gazing out on that view was a wonderful start to each day. The apartment is clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Easy walk into town to the many restaurants there, though slightly harder walking back uphill! Only slight drawback to the property was the number of steps, both to access the property and between the two floors inside - not recommended for anyone with dodgy knees.

Beautiful property, perfect location.

We stayed in Humberto's beautiful apartment at the end of July 2021. It was the best holiday property we have ever stayed in. It was spacious and had everything you need for your stay. It was spotlessly clean. The best feature is the very large balcony. You could sit there anytime of the day and watch the boats and kayaks going past all day. The corner sofa was the perfect spot to have a lunch and your evening drink. The kitchen had everything you needed. The bedrooms were a good size, comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. The Bathrooms are tastefully decorated with excellent showers. Adelaide the property manager was a very helpful lady who gave us great advise and was there to help us throughout our stay. The property is a short walk to the old town with its abundance of shops/restaurants. We have already booked to stay in the apartment again next year. I would highly recommend this apartment. Looking forward to our next trip to Lagos.

Fantastic apartment!

We stayed for 10 nights and would have happily stayed longer. The apartment was the best we have ever stayed in. Clean, spacious, well equipped and a view second to none. We spent hours on the balcony watching the boats and kayaks. For my mum who enjoys the heat but not the sun the awnings were fantastic. Communication with Humberto was excellent. He always replied to queries quickly and was very friendly. Rita (Adelaide's daughter) met us at check in and was always on hand to deal with any queries. She was very helpful. The pool was clean and well maintained. A pass is required to enter the pool area which meant there were no unwelcome visitors. The old town is just a 10 minute walk away and the Spar (which is very well stocked) is just a 5 minute walk. A taxi home from the taxi rank in the old town is under 5 Euros. It is uphill on the way back so a taxi is good if you have an older person with you. The boardwalk along the cliffs is lovely and scenery superb. We hired kayaks for a trip at sunrise from Paddlefun.com and would definitely recommend them as you go on your own rather than part of a group. We had a car which we used to go to Carvoeiro and some beaches. Meia Praia was impressive for a walk - 3 miles of golden sand with a boardwalk right from the car park to the beach. We could easily have done without the car as everything is within walking distance. We plan to stay again in the future. Thanks for a fantastic holiday Humberto!

Perfect Apartment in the Perfect Location

We are a family of 5, aged teens, twenties and fifties. We all had a wonderful stay. We were delighted to have found this beautiful apartment, and enjoyed it so much we were sad to leave to move on to a pre-booked villa. The owners were more than accommodating with our questions and arrangements before our trip. The communication was easy and pleasant. The housekeeper who met us was lovely and made us feel very welcome, even though our arrival was quite late. She was extremely helpful sharing her local knowledge. The apartment is gorgeous. Tastefully refurbished with practicality, style and comfort. It is clean and easy to maintain with plenty of storage space and well-designed lighting. The sea views are magnificent from every room, and the first floor balcony is heavenly, with comfortable, flexible seating and dining options. There is a perfect, comfortable spot for any time of day. The location of the apartment is perfect. The enormous pool is right outside (pool-access cards were given as part of our stay) and Praia Dona Ana beach, one of the loveliest on the Algarve, is only a few minutes walk, right beneath the cliff on which the building stands. There is a beach cafe/restaurant right there and boat rides to the Grottos - (although I would recommend the trips from the Marina for a longer trip at the same price.) The apartment is walking-distance to Lagos old Town and the Marina, so we didn't need a car. There are a wealth of shops, restaurants, beaches, churches, activities and places of interest very nearby. The little snack bar on site, beside the apartment, is handy for emergencies, as is the mini-market near the complex entrance, (but the opening hours are ambiguous!) Although the apartment is within a large block it feels very private and is not overlooked. There is very little noise, even though it is close to the pool and communal gardens. First thing in the morning, watching the sunrise over the sea from the balcony there was nobody else to be seen. I almost don't want to publish this in case the apartment gets too booked up for my next stay - I can't wait to return! :)

What an incredible place to stay! The views and the proximity to everything made our stay fantastic! Communication with the host and property manager were quick and informative. The main floor kitchen and living space (deck too) made for great mornings and evenings.
