Mama Bear Retreat has three levels.

Upper Level:
* King bedroom (#1) with private shower-bath (#1)
* Workstation loft

Main Level:
*Wheelchair-friendly king bedroom (#2) with private shower-bath (#2)
* Queen bedroom (#3)
* Cabana bath (#3) with tub/shower, and access to rear porch
* Living room with reclining sectional, single-recliner and fireplace
* Kitchen with sit-at island with 3 bar stools
* Dining with seating for 8
* Front porch with 3 rocking chairs
* Rear, screen-enclosed porch with hot tub, dining table & chairs, 8 chairs)
* Mountain-viewing deck with 4 rocking chairs

Lower Level:
* Combo rec room and sleeping area (bedroom #4) with 2 queen, pull-out sofa beds, bunk beds, game table & 4 chairs, foosball table and fireplace
* Game room with pool table, shuffleboard table, chess/checkers table and other indoor games


The following "starter items" are provided for each guest stay:
A roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, dish-washing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, and some makeup remover cloths.
Bath towels and linens are provided, and 6 hot tub towels.

* Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am
* Must be at least 25 years old to make a reservation. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
* No smoking inside the cabin or "Bunkie" .
* Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle.
* No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
*Travel insurance is recommended since there are no refunds due to acts of Mother Nature.
* Thank you for not bringing pets into or onto the property!
