Superb 3 room apartment of 43m2, renovated in 2015.
Sheets, towels and cleaning included in the price.
The apartment is located in the Cliff area facing the Morzine valley.
It is easily accessible from the entrance of the station with its proximity to the Cliff covered parking (no need for carriage or snowcat shuttle to access).
Enjoy the quiet of the residence Saskia 1 ideal for families and features a spacious lobby maintained and guarded day and night by P & Holidays.

The apartment is in close proximity to many shops which will facilitate the organization of your stay: supermarket, bakery, laundry, SKISET rentals, restaurants and cafes.
For children the appointment of the ESF is within 200m.
Departure and return on skis.
The residence has an elevator providing access for the disabled.
For 6 people: one large room overlooking the slopes not overlooked with a double bed "king size" and flat screen TV, a second bedroom with two bunk beds of a person "and a convertible sofa bed" King size "for two in the living room. beautiful view of the mountains (peak 2170m Nantaux), golf Avoriaz, and on the slopes "beginners". Spacious bathroom. toilet. Free Wifi secure and cable TV flat screen with DVD player in the living room. Secure ski locker is available.
You'll stay on site for the keys.
The beds are equipped with pillows and duvets and are made upon arrival.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
The final cleaning is also included in the rental price.
"The house Avoriaz" next to the apartment is available for rent baby equipment, baby-sitters, welcome baskets, airport transfer ....

This is our second time at the property, it’s a great property in an amazing location in a fantastic resort. The property is at the top end of Avoriaz with very good access to the car parks making it easy to get settled quickly with ski in/out slopes. Very short walk to shops, bakery, bars and restaurants. Great communications with the owner Jerome - thanks again for another great holiday.

Amazing Resort for New Year

Family of 5, we stayed over New Year. The accommodation, slopes, restaurants and bars, swimming pool and new year entertainment was all fantastic. The fireworks was a highlight.

Second time staying here. Amazing location in a magical ski resort. Ski right up to front door and straight onto the piste in the morning. Less than 5min walk to restaurant, bars. Beautiful view of the mountains.

As a family with an 8yrs, 11yrs and 12yrs, this apartment was perfect. We knew the location from staying across the road in Kouria recently, and location is always key to us. With a few lovely restaurants close by and absolute ideal ski out conditions, away from the centre although you can easily walk there within minutes. The apartment was spotlessly clean, had everything we needed. The separate toilet and bath/sink area was very handy with 5 of us! We'd definitely stay here again. Thanks to Jerome and his team.

We waren met zijn zessen in dit appartement 4 volwassen twee kids. Het is wat krap maar goed te doen en ideale ligging. Enigste wat onhandig was is dat je skischoenen in het appartement moeten dus de vloer steeds nat is.

The apartment is perfectly located in the Falaise district. The apartment it's self is very well equipped plenty of room and all the beds including the sofa bed are very comfortable. Very warm because there are plenty of heaters and the separate shower and toilet are great for us all getting ready. Very modern decor with a cosy feel. We absolutely loved the apartment next time we go to Avoriaz we will book this apartment.

Perfect location - compact, clean and comfortable!

I would recommend this apartment in terms of good value, cleanliness and location. It is very convenient for arriving at the top station in Avoriaz and the local Sherpa market, but more importantly you are a mere 10 seconds away from skis / board on and dropping into the Proclou and accessing the entire ski area - truly ski in / ski out. We are a family of 4 (2 x boys aged 7 & 9) and this apartment was perfect for us. Jerome (the owner) was very helpful on email in advance of our stay and Carole (who manages the apartment) was on hand and contactable as needed when in the resort. We had a great time - thank you The Sutherland family
