Located in the Cumbres II urbanization, in the promenade area and very close to the beach.
It consists of living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Large and very bright, with sea views from all rooms.
Full equipped. In the living room there is an additional folding bed.

Fabulous Apartment

This apartment is just right it has everything you could possibly want for making great Dinners or a walk away from some lovely restaurants. To pool is so handy and clean some days we had it to ourselves The walk up the hill is a killer but well worth it as the view from the balcony is stunning we will be coming back hopefully

Estancia fantástica

Cuando se junta un sencillo apartamento con una terraza impresionante, vistas al mar y la montaña, la comodidad de tener dos baños (íbamos dos parejas de adultos) buen equipamiento de utensilios de cocina ( los cuchillos cortaban de maravilla) y un tiempo maravilloso, solo se puede pensar en cuándo podremos volver a disfrutarlo. La playa de Ventanicas-Cantal muy buena. La cuesta de acceso y las escaleras al alojamiento no nos supusieron obstáculo pero hay que tenerlo en cuenta. En nuestro caso acabamos de llegar y ya tenemos ganas de repetir.

El piso es muy cómodo, la piscina a muy buena temperatura, la vista desde la terraza, dónde se puede estar a todas horas del día, espectacular. Volveríamos sin dudarlo.

Winter in Mojacar (Dec to End of Feb)

Great location even if it’s up a steep hill the benefit of being very close to the beach, bars etc and the beach side promenade is great which makes up for this. Not really a snowbird property as it does not get sun on the terrace during the winter months. The apartment is practical with everything you need for a stay but it is in need of updating a little. The owner is very quick to respond to correspondence we had a couple of issues with the TV that were rectified immediately.

A great experience in this property

I've just returned from a month long stay in this property. I have to say it lived up to it's billing. The views are breathtaking. The apartment is really comfortable and has all the facilities needed for a fantastic stay. There is a steep hill to negotiate up to the apartment, but it wouldn't put me off returning for another stay. Josefa is a pleasure to deal with and nothing is a problem for her. The whole experience was fantastic and I will certainly be returning. There are many restaurants and bars close by so no shortage of good food and beverages. The pool area and the whole complex is impeccably kept and I would have no hesitation in recommending this property. Thank you Josefa. Best Regards Dessie from Dublin

"Hola Josefa. Gracias por todo. Nos hemos sentido muy cómodos en tu apartamento. Al final solo fuimos con mi hija, ya que la novia de mi hijo trabajaba y se quedó él y también el perro. Lovely apartment in a lovely area

I stayed in this apartment for one month from early December to early January and it was a delight. The apartment is very comfortable, well appointed and well situated. Because it’s designed as a summer apartment, it can get cold in the winter but I found the heating (aircon) more than adequate. Having said all that, this area of Spain was a lot warmer that other areas I visited during this period. The area is very scenic and a joy to explore. Local supermarkets etc. Catered for all my needs. This is a truly lovely apartment in a lovely area of Spain.

Lovely Bright Apartment With Stunning View

We were very pleasantly surprised at how comfortable this apartment was. It is well equipped and the Terrace has a great view. Josefa was lovely to deal with over the booking. I can recommend it if you are staying at Mojacar Playa, as you can walk to the beautifully landscaped sea front, restaurants and bars. Must visits include Mojacar Pueblo, Vera and Bedar.
