Annecy, Menthon St Bernard, Beauregard Road

10 minutes walk from the lake and the center of the village. The view of the lake and the mountains of the Annecy basin is very nice. Leisure activities and sports are numerous.
2 bedrooms (double beds), kitchenette (fridge, microwave, 2 induction hobs, toaster) bathroom in ground floor of the house with entrance (by the room), garden and terrace independent. No living room or dining room. Cot available. We live on the 1st floor with our children.
Sheets, towels, mats, tea towels, sponge provided.

French, English and Japanese fluent.

English:
10 mins walk from the lake, and village. 15 mins from Annecy by car. Bus to city are available.
First floor of an individual house, you can enjoy privacy with a separate garden and terrace. Wonderful view on the lake and surrounding mountains. Very quite neighborhood.
2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds, 4 people capacity + 1 baby bed available. 1 bathroom with 1 shower and 1 toilet. 1 kitchenette equipped with microwave, fridge, 2 induction plates and toaster. No living-room and not comfortable eating place inside. First floor of our house, we are at the second floor with our 2 kids.
Bed sheets, towels, sponge, dishcloth provided.
All renovated in July 2016.
Fluent French, English and Japanese.

Gîte bien exposé et calme.Très bon accueil. Aménagement intérieur idéal pour 2 et non pas 4 personnes: la pièce "à vivre " est occupée par un grand lit. Très belle terrasse, bien aménagée. Accès et demi tour sur le chemin, délicats.

Séjour d’une semaine au mois d’aout. Logement attenant a la maison des propriétaires, propre avec terrasse vue sur lac/montagne ainsi qu’un jardin. Environnement particulièrement agréable et calme. Nous avons passé nos vacances dans ce gîte de Menthon-Saint-Bernard. Gîte propre, bien équipé, jardin privatif, vue sur le lac (et les montagnes), très bien situé et très calme. Épicerie japonaise (appartenant à Takafumi) à une vingtaine de mètres. Idéal pour les amateurs de whisky 😉 produits japonais de qualité ! Nous remercions Mélanie, Takafumi et leurs enfants pour leur accueil. Ce sera avec plaisir que nous reviendrons chez vous 🙂

La maison est située sur un beau coteau plein sud. Elle est un peu en hauteur ce qui permet de voir le lac et les montagnes. Le cadre et très agréable. Mélanie et son mari nous ont accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de flexibilité sur les horaires.

Parfait pour un weekend ensoleillée

L'appartement est très bien situé en hauteur sur Menthon. La vue est magnifique. L'appartement est très propre et frais en été. Le seul bémol serait le manque d'un espace séjour a l'intérieur et le fait de passer par une chambre pour entrer dans l'appartement. Mais comme l'extérieur est très sympa, et que la météo ensoleillée, nous avons pu profiter des canapés et transats et de la vue sur le lac. Les propriétaires sont très gentils également, la communication a été très facile. Je recommande, et reviendrai certainement.

En week-end en famille dans la région d'Annecy, nous avons passé un excellent séjour : maison à 10 min à pied de Menthon St Bernard et ses délicieux commerces de bouche, accueil chaleureux, excellente literie. Pas de salon dans la location mais compensée par la terrasse avec vue sur le lac : un bonheur sous le soleil !

Appartamento confortevole

Ci sono due camere matrimoniali, un angolo cottura, un microangolo pranzo e un bel bagno spazioso. La cosa più bella e il tavolo sulla terrazza dove poter fare colazione fuori, con visto sulle montagne circostanti. È vicino al centro del paese, al lago (5 minuti in auto) e al bellissimo castello di Menthon. La signora Melanie è molto gentile. I letti sono comodi e c è tutto il necessario per trascorrere qualche giorno di relax.
