Schaffer’s Millゴルフクラブの7番ホールに位置する、この息を呑むような3階建て、3ベッドルーム、3。5バースの「マウンテンモダン」タウンホーム。 この家には、静かに読書を楽しめる2階のデッキと、マシュマロを焙煎しながらゴルフコースとNorthstarの壮大な景色を楽しめる内蔵の火ピットを含む2階のテラスがあります。

最上階に位置するマスターベッドルームには、彼/彼女の流し付きの専用バスルームと、独立した大きなバスタブの隣のスタンドアップシャワーがあります。 メインフロアはオープンコンセプトのキッチンとリビングエリアで構成され、設備の整ったキッチンで素晴らしい食事を作りながら、友人や家族を楽しませるのに最適です。

階下には、ランドリールーム、引き出し式ソファとウェットバー付きのメディアルーム、ツインとダブルベッドのある二段ベッドルーム、そして最後にクイーンサイズのベッド、ウォークアウトパティオが備わる3つ目のベッドルーム、専用バスルーム

Stunning Snow Covered Golf Course View!

House is gorgeous with private spaces for everyone. Well stocked kitchen. Gym and pool area were perfect for the non skiers. 20 minutes from Northstar Village. Be mindful of traffic beginning around 3 pm on 267. It’s very congested! We will definitely come back to this property in the future!

Very nice home in great location, with a few misses

This is a very nice home in an area of Schaffer's Mill that is quite nice. The home is well-appointed and stocked. Pros: Top of the line kitchen, great floor plan, very well furnished. Cons: the second bedroom could really use a king size bed rather than a queen, the hot water (tankless) was a bit temperamental (took a long time to get hot), and there is a fan motor of some sort that cycles continuously, creating a pretty loud hum that was annoying. This could be heard at all times in the family room and downstairs bedrooms. I encourage the owner to find a solution to this problem.

This was our 4th or 5th time staying at Schaffers Mill and this time made us rethink about returning. The codes we received to come into the gates were incorrect and when we arrived no one was at the guard stand. The codes were not just wrong for the guard gates but had issues the following day at the rec center. There is not a lot of hot water in the house. Or at least in the master shower. It took at least 5-7 min for the shower to get hot water. When it finally did, it was off and on and then it was out. The air conditioning unit wasn’t working well. Was extremely hot particularly in the master bedroom. I called the property manager on day 2 to let her know of everything. She told me she’d get back to me. I didn’t get any info until I called back on day 3 in the late afternoon. She wanted to come by and evaluate the situation, but frankly felt full of excuses. We decided to go home a day early. Too pricey for the issues and response.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay. The gate and amenity access issues were caused by a temporary system glitch during a code update. Once notified of the hot water and HVAC concerns, we immediately investigated. We found that the HVAC system, while relatively new, needed servicing, which has been scheduled. The hot water concern was related to a recirculation issue affecting how quickly hot water reached the upstairs primary bathroom, and this is also being addressed. We offered to visit the home during your stay to inspect and troubleshoot these items, but were unable to do so before your early departure. We take guest concerns seriously and acted promptly once these issues were reported. As a gesture of goodwill, we also provided a refund of more than 10% of your reservation cost for the inconvenience. Thank you for your feedback. It helps us continue improving the guest experience.

Epic Spot and House

This location and house is amazing. Great proximity to Truckee and Northstar. The house was fully stocked. High end everything. Kids loved sledding in the back yard. We could never afford to buy a place in this resort but renting this house gave us a taste of the good life. :). The clubhouse was great. We enjoyed drinks on their heated patio with our dog. The staff was so friendly and treated us like we lived here. Great food too. I highly recommend this house. We will be back if it isn’t completely booked. Brandon and Jennifer

Great property.. exactly as advertised

Spacious and good location overlooking creek/golf course. Well stocked with everything. Club house was nice and staff very friendly. Thermostat had a mind of it's own (got too hot or cold) but we were able to manage.

great spot

we rent often in tahoe - typically at northstar, though this was our first time in Schaeffer Mill. the place was bigger than northstar properties, really well appointed and super clean. really nice view as well and easy enough to get to northstar. would definitely stay again!
