3 bedrooms of 10 m² each overlooking the pool side garden, a lounge / dining room crossing and kitchen area, a bathroom with Italian shower, a storeroom with a washing machine and a separate toilet.

each room is equipped with a storage (cupboard or chest of drawers), duvets and pillows provided.
bedroom 1: 1 double bed (sleeping 140 * 190),
bedroom 2: 1 single bed and 1 single drawer bed (sleeping 90 * 190 each)
bedroom 3: 1 single bed and 1 single drawer bed (sleeping 90 * 190 each)

corner mezzanine with possibility of 2 additional beds (sofa BZ in 140 * 190)
1 separate WC.

on request we provide baby equipment: cot with mattress and changing table included, bath and high chair.

the kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a combi-freezer fridge, induction hob, an oven, a dishwasher (12 seats), a Senseo, a coffee maker, a toaster, kettle, food processor, etc.

End of stay cleaning: at the expense of the tenants, possibility of taking the cleaning option (100 €)
