This historic home on the west side of the Village of Elk Rapids! Prime location just two blocks from gorgeous sandy beach, playground, shops, restaurants, movie theater, and more! The spacious main floor offers a large dining room, living area, bedroom, one half bath and one bath with a shower, and a huge mudroom in the back of the home for backpacks, beach gear, or winter items. A large enclosed porch offers additional space for lounging or games. Upper level master suite includes a bath with jetted tub and a walk in closet/dressing room. The fenced back yard contains a large shaded deck and a fire pit for summer nights. Sleeps 10 - STR Permit # STRB22-069

Perfect size, the porch was perfect to play games or just read in evenings, while others sat on patio. The stairs were tough, but was fantastic ;will do again.

Second Summer Stay

This was the second summer our family has stayed here. The home is comfortable and allowed us to spread out or spend time together. It’s a great space in an excellent location so close to River Street and the beach. The house has been ready to go when we arrived both this and last year and it feels like we are staying with family. We booked for next summer before our vacation was over this time and are looking forward to coming back next year.

Home Away from Home

Our family of six had a very comfortable week staying here. Everyone had their own space when needed and there was plenty enough room for us to gather as well. We even had our friends over for dinner who were staying nearby and everyone was so comfortable. There are many conveniences and comforts is this home and we love that it is an historical home. The location is so incredible as well. Elk Rapids is a gem! We cannot wait to visit again next year!

Heeby Jeebies

We were greeted by a rotten pumpkin 2 months after Halloween. A pile of cigarette butts on the picnic table and a broken door hinge. We found mouse traps (empty thankfully), potatoes growing sprouts, milk jugs 6 weeks past the expiration date and other peoples trash. The key code we were given was missing information. Not all of the electric worked and we waited an hour and half to have someone come out to flip the power breaker. Two of the 3 nights, I had bugs in my bed. Not a clean or well cared for place.
