The location of this property is thee best-on Tamiami Trail across from a PUBLIX and the new Sarasota Museum of Art Museum. The Marie Selby Botanical Garden and Downtown Sarasota are a short walk away. The Cays an easy drive ( though traffic can be very congested during certain times of the day. I can highly recommend

Has Everything on the Wish List

Condo was absolutely as advertised, and more! Exceptionally clean, dual master suites with renovated bathrooms, everything in proper working order and ready for our summer stay. Property management keeps the grounds and pool area perfect. This is in a great location; lots of shopping, dining, and the beach all within a 20 min driving radius. Centrally located, and still very quiet and serene. Be mindful this is a second-floor unit, with steps to access both unit and bedrooms. Owners exceptionally prompt with communications. Definitely great for golf/girls weekend, small family or couples trip. Would not hesitate to rebook if we we back in the area.

This was such an enjoyable apartment to stay in for 6 weeks. It was sparkling clean. Fully stocked with linens, kitchen supplies, and beach/tennis gear! Matt was a communicative and helpful host. I will miss it!

Location of condo is fantastic for downtown, beaches, St Armands, Legacy Trail, Golf, Baseball . Facilities are excellent - books, gym, parking, Supermarket across street. Would highly recommend for a fantastic base for Sarasota and the surrounding areas :)

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean & fully equipped. Plenty of clean linens available. The location is great for walking to downtown & the Bayfront. Many good restaurants close by. We rate this property very high on our list.
