We had the best time. The view was as beautiful as promised and definetly the highlight of the apartment :) We loved the design and deco of the apartment. It was just so beautifully done. Everything needed was there. In the kitchen and the bathroom. The beds were comfortable as was everything else. We loved the fact that we had an elevator and the garage with private parking. We enjoyed the area and the beach in Granville. Stephanie was very friendly and Mme Rouelle was very thoughtful and a perfect host. Thank you so much for a wonderful time! We‘d love to come back :)!

Wunderbare Aussicht! Wohnung ausgestattet wie beschrieben. Leider war das Tor zur Tiefgarage zeitweise defekt. Nicht verstehen können wir, dass man bei dem Preis bei Ankunft kein Blatt Toilettenpapier und auch keine Spümaschinentabs vorfindet.

Très chouette expérience !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Granville. L'appartement est très bien situé, spacieux (nous n'étions que deux, mais à quatre, c'est plus que vivable) et bien équipé (rien ne manque et, à noter, tout est en bon état), avec une vue formidable dont on ne peut se lasser ! Le centre ville est proche, une petite quinzaine de minutes à pied, avec toutefois quelques dénivelés mais les rues sont bien agréables à parcourir. La place de parking prévue est bienvenue pour visiter la région et en cette saison, nous avons pu nous garer facilement (et gratuitement) sur le port de Granville.Nous avons eu d'agréables échanges avec la propriétaire avant notre arrivée, qui a répondu à nos questions et nous a conseillé des balades, tout autant qu'avec Stéphanie qui nous a accueilli à Granville. Rien à dire, si ce n'est que nous sommes repartis sans en avoir franchement envie !

Appartement tout confort et vue magnifique

Granville est une ville où il fait bon vivre. Les ballades sur les sentiers du littoral sont agréables. Nous avons bien apprécié notre logement beaucoup plus spacieux qu’il n’apparait sur l’annonce et trés bien équipé.

semaine de vacances en famille

Une semaine à Granville parfaite, beau temps, belles plages, parkings gratuits, l'appartement est dans une résidence calme, parking souterrain sécurisé, plage accessible à quelques minutes à pied, nous avons passé une belle semaine, visité la Chèvre rit, ballade dans les remparts, le Mont Saint-Michel pas très loin. A refaire !

Appartement conforme à la description Plusieurs points forts, pièce principale très lumineuse avec une belle vue mer, logement décoré avec goût, jolie vaisselle, bonne literie, terrasse, et parking au sous-sol très pratique Seul bémol la météo était très mauvaise cette semaine de juillet ... excellent emplacement

vue sur mer sublime, emplacement de premier ordre, proche du centre pour ceux qui marchent, la pluie un jour sur deux ne nous a pas trop perturbés. Granville est une très belle ville et l'accueil de Stéphanie, très souriante, est très agréable. Nous reviendrons.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit wunderbarem Ausblick

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, mit allem Komfort, sehr sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist einfach wunderschön. Und der Empfang durch Stefanie war sehr unkompliziert und sympathisch! Super auch der Tiefgaragenparkplatz, besonders da man doch fast überall mit dem Auto hinfahren muss. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: die Schlafzimmer gehen zur stark befahrenen Straße.

Logement avec une très belle vue sur la mer avec une plage facilement accessible depuis le chemin des douaniers. Logement "comme à la maison". Le seul petit hic le lit pour adulte en 1,90m quand tu mesures 1,90m.

Un bel endroit de vie

Un appartement très bien situé à Granville. L'accès au centre ville à pied se fait sans difficultés. Il est très bien équipé, bien conçu et calme. Une vue sur la mer à couper le souffle quelque soit le moment de la journée. L'accueil est très agréable. Une location que je recommande sans hésitation
