Perfect!

This house was perfect and in the perfect location! There was plenty of space for everyone which was important for us for our teenage kids. Also, being on the bay was perfect for our toddler grandson. The short walk across the street for the gulf made it the perfect location to enjoy both sides for everyone! Would definitely book again!

Perfect Getaway

The house was one of the cleanest ones we have stayed in and we rent houses at least 7-8 times a year. The location is perfect, private beach in the back, public beach 2 min away, close enough to restaurants and stores. Beyond stocked, everything you might need, this house has. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you!!

Terrible Management

First, let's talk about the positives: * location is directly on the Bay and only a couple minute walk to the Beach * house was clean when we arrived * we were able to check in an hour early, even without requesting it Now, for the negatives: * only groceries within ~15 minutes are very expensive * not much in the way of chairs or beach accessories on site * 4g/5g internet is very spotty on the property * wifi was not operational when we arrived and property owners seemed to be unaware of that * icemaker was not operational when we arrived and property owners seemed to be unaware of that * no water filter available on site * slow to deal with our wifi issues and completely ignored the icemaker issue * dealing with wifi issues took a substantial amount of our vacation time * no compensation offered for dealing with issues Here, I have composed a timeline to give you an idea of what happened: * check in one hour early * after unpacking, I sent owners a request to get the icemaker and wifi issues resolved * immediate response, but it becomes clear to me that the contact number is a company that has a local team that I don't talk with * company claims that they attempted contact with me on icemaker issue; I have no phone calls, text messages, or message through VRBO so I let them know that * company asks me which internet provider they use (why would I have that info?) * company eventually tells me (after I contacted them several more times) that wifi will be corrected on Monda

Perfect Getaway!

This property is a gem. Location is perfect with access to the Gulf and the Bay steps away. The home is comfortable without being fussy. We had all we needed for a wonferful relaxing stay. We will be coming back to this awesome place many more times. Thank you!

Beautiful home, Great Views.

The home was perfect and beautiful. It was really spacious for 6 adults and 4 kids. We will definitely be renting from Vacasa again ! My only complaint is I wish the walking path down to the bay was a little cleaner and wider of a path, but other than that we had an awesome stay and loved our stay !

Vacation 2023

Loved the house. Had great views of gulf side and bay side. Had nice decks front and back. Loved sitting on the deck and watching the dolphins. It was decorated really cute. Not really a complaint but could use better cookware like skillets and storage bowls. We loved our family vacation and really enjoyed this house. My kids loved the bunk bed room. Plenty of space for our family of 9

I read other reviews about the cleanliness and it was actually clean. We saw no issues. The house is older and there are some updates that COULD be made but not necessary. The beach is accessible from the back but the trip out there is a little rough. Make sure to wear shoes until you get to the beach because there are thorns. Honestly other than that we enjoyed our stay and everything was nice. Any issues I had the hosts were accommodating and that was appreciated.

Lower price because of the lack of cleanliness

The house was perfectly located and spread out well for our family. Sofa was filthy, sand and bugs in the master bed, sand on floors when we arrived, food stuck on dishes and black mold coming from every air vent. I attempted to contact the property manager while there and was responded to by a bot until I commented that as a property owner myself, I’d never hire vacasa to manage my properties. From a business perspective, the dept of health would not allow this house to be a business. I was refunded my cleaning fee and nothing else. I asked to speak with the homeowner to make sure they knew what was going on and was assured that wouldn’t happen. So if you’re the homeowner, feel free to contact me.

Great place to stay

We were two families, 4 adults and 4 teenagers. The house is very spacious, the room for the teenagers was a perfect size and they enjoyed the seating area and there own TV to hang out, they even had their own little fridge. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals, even though pots and pans were not the best quality. The kitchen cabinets could use some little fixing. We loved the easy access to both beaches. The Bay was great for Kayaking, SUP and swimming when the waves were too high on the other side. We liked the two decks, the only little downside was, to get to the back porch you had to walk through the master bedroom. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it to a friend.

Views were wonderful but there were issues with the house.

We enjoyed our stay house there were issues such as in the air vent in the den had black mold on it and on the last evening we turned the heat on there was no heat. Finally got in touch with someone and they could not do anything until the next day. So my husband found that there was no heat hooked up only new AC installed on 8/11/22. The inside temperature got down as low as 54 degrees. We left before 8 am the next morning and the manager finally called about someone coming to check on the heat. I ask about compensation and was told she would get back with me on Monday. I waited until Wednesday morning and left messages and no one has responded. It’s a shame because the house has awesome views.

View is beautiful, home needs work

The view was beautiful, but this home needs work. The roof is leaking through to the ceiling, and the showers are really bad and need to be redone or cleaned well. Master bath doors won’t close, etc. There is also no comfortable outdoor seating. It is a large property with plenty of room, but I’m disappointed that Vacasa would rent a property in such disrepair. .
