Authentic sheepfold full of charm renovated and enlarged, located two minutes from the village of Viens with its local shops, bakery, Proxy, and several restaurants, in the middle of a pretty garden with its swimming pool of 5x10m. The house has four bedrooms, and a mezzanine, 4 shower rooms, 4 WCs, living room and kitchen / dining room. On the terrace, space for meals under the arbor and another space for an aperitif with wrought iron furniture. There is also a covered terrace with a table and chairs for dining in the shade.
Rental only per week and from Sunday to Sunday.
