SOULAC / MER, New single storey house with a surface area of 122 square meters, developed by a builder in 2012.
This charming house includes three bedrooms, one of which is a master suite with a shower room, a sitting area, a fully equipped American kitchen open to the dining room, a bathroom with WC, an independent WC, an open pantry.
The exterior includes a wooden terrace and a wooden chalet-style garden shed, all on an enclosed plot with trees of around 870 square meters.
This house is ideally located less than a kilometer from the beach, shops in Amélie and two kilometers from downtown Soulac.
