Ideal for a holiday away from the city or for a weekend getaway weekend, the High House presents its visitors with a magnificent dawn on the reservoir and the village awake with a stunning sunset and with a sky as starry as today it is hard to find.
The house, which seats up to 10 people, is fully equipped, allowing to enjoy all the comforts of both this region has to offer:

Tranquilizante e reconfortante

O fim de semana foi verdadeiramente recuperador. A Casa do Alto, localizada no ponto mais alto da Aldeia proporciona uma bela vista sobre esta e um reconfortante vista sobre a paisagem na qual, o vasto espelho de água da barragem, goza de um exceptional enquadramento. O caminho do Porto até ao local faz-se muito bem, sempre em boas estradas e as indicações fornecidas foram precisas não sendo sequer necessário o recurso ao GPS. A casa é muito acolhedora e funcional e de uma limpeza irrepreensível. Experiência a repetir (espero que em breve) e com outros amigos - seria egoísmo não partilhar esta maravilha com os amigos.

Um fim de semana magnifico, numa casa muito confortável, com muito gosto, bem cuidada e limpa. Fomos muito bem recebidos. Sentimo-nos como em nossa casa. Uma paisagem deslumbrante sobre a albufeira. Local excelente para dar passeios a pé. a região oferece bons restaurantes com preços muito convidativos. A casa tem também otimas condições para se fazerem refeições. Aconselho a estadia na casa do Alto. Voltaremos em breve!

A Casa do Alto em Montalegre é o sitio ideal para aliviar do stress aonde o silêncio e a paisagem magnifica são as maiores companheiras. É possível fazer aqui todas as atividades desportivas relacionadas com a natureza quer caminhas, bicicleta ou aquáticas. A casa é muito confortável e dispõem de excelentes condições para reunir a família ou um grupo de amigos. A gastronomia local é tipicamente transmontana de excelente qualidade e preços em conta. Eu recomendo.

Uma vista deslumbrante e uma aldeia mágica para relaxar da correria dos dias. A casa tem ótimas condições! As camas são muito confortáveis e os pormenores como as mantas, o gel para as mãos e o pão fresco para o pequeno almoço fazem a diferença pela excelencia. Recomendo vivamente!

A Casa do Alto permite-nos aproveitar sentidamente a região do Barroso. Concentramo-nos nisso e tão só nisso. Permite-nos essa dedicação pela delicada simplicidade e pelo conforto com que nos mima. Pormaiores como diria o Mia Couto. Recomendo. Mas não estraguem.

A casa é muito acolhedora e bem equipada para o calor e para o frio. O ambiente em redor permite passeios no meio da natureza e o convívio com o meio rural. No alpendre, com uma vista panorâmica sobre a aldeia e sobre a albufeira, disfruta-se de uma paz muito repousante. Foram dias muito bem passados. Havemos de voltar.

"Faz-se Caminho Andando"

Recomendo a Casa do Alto como local de partida para descobrir toda a magnifica envolvência desta terra Barrosa. Na Casa do Alto nada falta: uma vista soberba sobre a albufeira de Pisões, decoração acolhedora que leva o hospede a sentir-se em casa, o acolhimento humano da dona do espaço e de toda a sua equipa. Valeu a pena.
