This property which offers plenty of private parking and easy self-check-in is a quick $12 Uber/Lyft ride to Downtown and 12 South. The cute studio, fully-stocked with toiletries, coffee, towels and linens, is the perfect place to retire after a long day of traveling, honky-tonking, shopping, brewery-hopping and sight-seeing.

This is a convenient location to many attractions and great restaurants . The hosts are responsive and accommodating. My husband has been dealing with a sore back , but the bed in the unit was very comfortable for him.

I highly recommend this place! It is thoughtfully decorated and appointed to make you feel cozy and “at home”. It has a very comfy king size bed also. Host was good at communicating and check in was effortless with a coded key pad. I definitely plan to go back when I’m in Nashville again.

This place was very clean, cozy, and it was in the perfect location. I was able to get to downtown Nashville in 15 mins pending traffic and to all other areas that I was visiting. The area was nice and quiet and the home was very spacious and peaceful. It had such good vibes. Access to the host was amazing as they were very responsive and communicative for anything that I needed. I booked and stayed here based on previous reviews and it did not disappoint! I will definitely be staying here again for my next visit!
