Lakefront townhome located in an exclusive gated community. Just a 20-minute drive to Memorial Stadium in Clemson. A great option for a lake getaway or Clemson home games.

Our home is located in the Regatta; a small, quiet, gated community. Most of the owners are full-time residents. If you would not describe your group as “quiet,” then you may want to explore other accommodations. Our home is subject to rules of the HOA, including noise restrictions. Guests may not have more than 4 vehicles. Any trailers must be parked in the garage or off premises.

Immerse yourself in luxury in this 3 Bed/ 3.5 Bath townhouse with stunning views of Lake Hartwell. Located in a gated waterfront community conveniently located near shopping, entertainment, Clemson, and I-85.

Enter the home through a Charleston-style porch. This home boasts high-quality finishes, deep crown molding, and hardwood floors. The kitchen includes custom cabinetry with granite countertops, SS GE Profile oven, stove, and microwave, a bar/island, pantry, and a breakfast nook. Laundry room located just off the kitchen. Spacious living/dining room with gas fireplace and french doors that open on to the deck to enjoy the beautiful views. The living room includes a pull-out couch. Master bedroom is on the main level with spa-like bath, double sinks, granite, walk-in closet, and french doors that open on to the deck. Downstairs includes two more bedrooms and two baths with access to a full covered patio and porch swing. One of the downstairs bedrooms has two sets of bunk beds to sleep four with two additional twin mattresses if needed and a full bathroom. The other downstairs bedroom has a queen bed with its own full bathroom. Central vac and security system. A short walk down a concrete path leads to covered boat slips and a community dock.

Can sleep up to 10 in beds with the sofa bed. Highspeed WiFi and YouTube TV are provided.

Short boat ride or drive to Portman Marina, The Galley and Green Pond Landing. Nice grocery options less than 5 minutes away. A boat slip is available for an additional charge, but you must coordinate with the owners if you plan to use it. Boat trailers are not allowed to be parked in the Regatta.

My family and I travel to a Clemson football game every year. The home is lovely! It was clean and you can’t beat the view! Clemson Parents Weekend

Lovely condo with lots of privacy directly on Lake Hartwell and perfect spot to spend the weekend while visiting Clemson for Parents Weekend. Only 20 minutes from the stadium and away from the craziness of downtown Clemson. Enjoyed this super clean, spacious and comfortable condo especially the outdoor space.

Family vacation and fishing tournament

We stayed for a week in the townhouse and brought a trailer and bass boat with us. The trailer fit easily in the garage just like Bart and Jennifer told us. The boat was kept in the slip right behind the house. It was so convenient for us. The house was right on the lake and was beautiful beyond words. We would definitely recommend anyone staying here. Loved the place and working with Bart and Jennifer.

Our stay at Bart & Jennifer's lakeside townhouse on Lake Hartwell was nothing short of divine! What an incredible place - well appointed, luxurious high-end finishes and certainly what must be the best view of the lake! The primary suite waking up to those lake views was the most incredible way to start the day. Our hosts went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They were responsive, have thought of everything and check-in/check-out was simple and easy. It's a hidden gem, and a destination we hope to book again for years and years ahead!

Thanksgiving 2024

We celebrated Thanksgiving and a football game with our daughter, who attends Clemson, and her roommate and family (11 total). The kitchen was stocked with pans and measuring cups and all that we needed to fix our feast. The living room and tables were the right size to hang out, watch tv, and play games. Not everyone stayed at the house, so we had more than rough room to sleep and relax. The home was beautiful and the lake view was stunning! This trip is certainly among our blessings this year!

Interesting Circumstances

We stayed at this property the weekend after hurricane Helene went through. Had we known how hard hit the area was, we might have changed our minds and stayed away. The property had no power the whole time during our stay (and for some days afterwards I understand), but the hosts were kind enough to let us continue to keep our plans and stay at their property, and the weekend with our son at Clemson was wonderful despite the circumstances throughout the area. Communication with the hosts throughout our stay was amazing, both via phone and texts, which was much appreciated. Other than no power, the place was perfect for our stay and I would highly recommend staying here when you are in the area!

Great quiet and clean condo!

We really enjoyed relaxing in this condo with great views of the Lake! We rented it for a clemson game, which was about 30min away without traffic. Walked around downtown Anderson too and had a great dinner at Sullivan's. Great location for fun on the lake or a football game!

The communication was excellent!! I had questions about the house and if it would work for us. Bart was quick to reply and helped us out in getting our boat and trailer situated for our stay. We were in town for the Highschool BASS National championship that launched out of Green Pond landing and this location is excellent and extremely close. Thank you for a great week!!

Excellent place to stay

You will LOVE this place. We did not want to leave! I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness and this place got it right! The owner was easy to reach and very friendly. He checked on us to make sure everything was okay with our stay. The view from the back porch was beautiful and we loved sitting out on the back listening the lake sounds and birds singing. We could choose to sit in the covered area or the open area of the deck. We rented kayaks from Lake Hartwell Kayak and delivery and our place was so close to the lake it made it very convenient. The sitting area in the living room was plentiful and the kitchen was perfect for the nights we chose to stay in. We will definitely be back!
